The food was very tasty, and small touches like the amuse-bouche and the sugared cookies at the end made the experience even better. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

15/11/2025: We had dinner as a couple at this fabulous restaurant, and everything was perfect. Let's start with the service: incredibly refined, the fantastic Sara served us from start to finish, taking care of every detail of the dinner. A huge plus was her meticulous knowledge of wines, which allowed her to recommend the perfect pairings to accompany the dishes served. The cuisine: delicious and innovative dishes, we really appreciated the inclusion of fresh truffles on the menu. I personally had the sea urchin gnocco with saffron and fresh truffle, and it was a fantastic experience. The appetizers were quality, and another plus was the freshness of the ingredients, which was evident from the first bite. So, a big round of applause also to the kitchen team for all the effort and care they put into their dishes. Finally, the gift box as a bill holder was a really nice idea. Well done Davide, the owner, a delightful person with great, innovative and high-quality ideas. We had the pleasure of chatting with him at the end of the evening. We were intrigued by his vision of cooking and the care he takes in selecting the ingredients he uses. Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back soon to delight in your cuisine.

20/10/2025: We were there yesterday, October 19th, for our grandson's birthday [26 people, adults and children]. The garden was beautiful and well-kept, with lots of games, in a very green valley. Excellent menu and attentive service.

15/10/2025: A completely vegan restaurant offering delicious and original dishes, with bold, unexpected flavors... and a feast for the eyes too! The tempeh with tuna sauce is a must-try; it's delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful. When I booked, I asked for a surprise dessert for the birthday boy, and they were so discreet, making it a perfect surprise! It even came with a candle! Definitely worth a try!

05/10/2025: A wonderful lunch at this restaurant run by young people. We all tasted delicious dishes, with great attention to detail in the use of diverse ingredients, including local produce. We were amazed by the balance and deliciousness of the pork tenderloin on carrot cream and plum and soy sauce, and the paccheri with gorgonzola and hazelnuts. We finished with excellent desserts, including the Basque cheesecake and a brownie with chocolate ice cream and hazelnut cream, paired beautifully with a Sicilian passito. The wine list is beautiful, with unusual choices at reasonable prices. Wine by the glass is available, including an excellent Velletri Syrah. The staff were very attentive. For me, accustomed to Tuscan prices, the price was less than I expected.

09/11/2025: Situated in an exclusive location, on the sea, where tranquility is an exceptionally welcome option, I let myself be lulled by the sounds of the sea that accompany me up to the threshold, illuminated by warm light, contrasting with the midnight blue coming from outside. Once inside, fascinated by the marine furnishings, a sweet young lady approaches me and welcomes me with a smiling greeting and leads me to the reserved table. Tonight I arrive with a huge craving for pizza, but I see the waiters passing by showing off very tempting seafood dishes. I stick to my choice (postponing the tasting of the chef's prepared dishes until the next time). Soon, the requested Paradiso bocconcini arrive, shaped like a swirl, rigorously prepared with soft pizza dough and stuffed with ricotta, mushrooms, cooked ham, and mozzarella... oh, what a delight! I compliment them and learn that the bocconcini are an invention they invented on their first day of opening (which dates back 26 years) and are very proud of. I don't stop, the craving for pizza persists, but this time, I choose the traditional one with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil, with a small option of fried dough, which we in Naples call Montanarina! The requested pizza isn't on the menu, so they ask the pizza chef for his opinion, who, exceptionally, grants the request and the challenge is up, and so is the pizza. Won 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I recommend it 100%

The staff is wonderful—attentive and friendly, creating an atmosphere you'll want to return to. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try authentic Italian cuisine. 21/11/2025: The restaurant is absolutely amazing!! The food is amazing, authentic, inexpensive, and a far cry from the other touristy restaurants in Rome. The pizza is to die for with its thin, flavorful crust, the pasta is melt is authentic, and the environment feels like home. I came to Rome with a cold, and something about this restaurant and its hospitable staff drew my attention, and thank God it did. If you’re looking for something while on a budget this is your place!!

A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy. I’ll be back again. And again. And again!
