I have so many fond memories of family and friends I always go with. Vegan options, but also pinsa, vegetables, and salads. I always find what I want to eat. Approved!

16/10/2025: We've only tried the deserts but they were Great and the wait was short. It was also quiet compared to other restaurants.

20/10/2025: We were there yesterday, October 19th, for our grandson's birthday [26 people, adults and children]. The garden was beautiful and well-kept, with lots of games, in a very green valley. Excellent menu and attentive service.

13/09/2025: A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home (and Heaven!) Fabrica is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell anyone about—just so you can keep it all to yourself. A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy. I’ll be back again. And again. And again!

18/10/2025: The food is disgusting 🫣 40 euro for uncooked pasta with 1/2 tiny lobster tail. Pasta with red prawns is not good either. The prawns isn't fresh;( no mushrooms, just heavy cream.

10/10/2025: Very nice and welcoming place! The staff is always kind and helpful, and last but not least...the food is delicious. Those who love appetizers will definitely be satisfied, the fried food is superb. Everything else is excellent too! It's not very close to our house, but every time we have the chance, we go for a nice dinner. 🙃🙂 Kudos to all the staff.

10/10/2025: Good restaurant with original dishes and bold flavors. Excellent meat, fast service. Good wine selection. The restaurant is a bit hidden but very rustic.

06/10/2025: Perfect is an understatement. We ate wonderfully; everything was delicious and plentiful. The place is quiet and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff is friendly and courteous and very attentive to their customers. For what we ate, we got what we deserved. I recommend the cheese and porcini fondue. We'll definitely be back. Everything was perfect; we loved it.

29/09/2025: We booked at 8:30 PM, arrived at 8:36/40, and a rude man told us the table wasn't ready and to go to the bench and they'd call us. Fine, I understand, no problem. The table becomes free, and after a while, another man arrives and asks us for our "order"... then they all disappear. After about 20 minutes, one of the two comes by and I ask if they can bring us drinks in the meantime... I wish I'd never done that before. This man yells at us and asks if we'd already placed our "order." I say yes, and he, still loudly and rudely, replies that they just had to wait, and then leaves. We were shocked, but luckily, two very kind and nice young men were there to help us cool down. In conclusion, late September outdoors, a square filled to the brim with tables, the two very rude people from the moment we made our reservation by phone. Average food, perhaps better in low season.

09/10/2025: A top lunch for three friends: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, two grilled steaks, and three pan-fried porcini mushrooms, excellent wine recommended by the chef, water, and three coffees. Total cost: €127, but the quality of the mushrooms and the rest is unrivaled. Franco Pummidoro, for his friends, outdid himself once again, and every time I return, it's always a pleasure. 01/11/2025: For our first night at this restaurant, I was a little worried I wouldn't like anything anymore, but I loved the spaghetti with bacon, pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, the fries, and the sorbet. My brother had the carbonara, and my parents had the veal cutlet with radicchio and bacon. It was all delicious, and I know because I tried everything. 5-STAR RESTAURANT!

27/10/2025: We found this place by chance on Google and went there (two adults and an eight-year-old girl). After ordering our three pizzas and two beers, the maitre d' convinced us to first order a "light" appetizer (just to nibble on)... So he brought us a bottle of microfiltered water (which we hadn't asked for), a focaccia, a charcuterie board, three battered zucchini flowers, and a burrata. Finally, the pizzas (if you can call them that) arrived, and they looked and tasted almost undecent. The bill put the final nail in the coffin: the appetizer cost €24 + water and €8 cover charge. Total: €70. If you'd like to try it yourself, feel free to sit down... and give the maitre d' free rein.

15/10/2025: Excellent atmosphere, the pizzas are exquisite, and the waiter (I don't remember his name), but he was tall and had long hair, gave us excellent recommendations for pizza combinations. I will definitely return.

20/10/2025: It's no longer the place we frequented so often over the years. Eleven of us had lunch there last October 19th, and not a single one of us appreciated the food. Tonnarelli (half-portion portions), cacio e pepe (with pepper only) because they'd seen the cheese in passing, but there was plenty of cooking water in the center of the plate. Mezze maniche carbonara, where each plate was topped with no more than 3-4 strips of guanciale or pancetta. For the main course, beans (no more than 20-25 per plate) with pork rinds, of which the luckiest of us found 3. It was definitely our last experience at Filu'.

01/11/2025: I'm sorry to say this because I'd heard relatively good things about it... but instead, we (four couples) were left feeling "poisoned" after this evening's dinner. I called the owner to ask if this had happened to anyone else, to find out why, but, alas, he gave us a rude answer. Again, I'm truly sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

09/11/2025: Fabulous lunch in a spectacular location. Recommended for those who love authentic Roman cuisine. We chose it at the last minute with the only available table. Typical Roman menu at competitive prices. The typical appetizer (porchetta, sausages, loin, prosciutto, dried meat, buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, olives, and pecorino romano) is fabulous, the porchetta is fabulous (we're in Ariccia), the cacio e pepe (a kind of pasta) and the Roman-style tripe are superb. And, of course, the sautéed chicory. All of this, I repeat, at very fair prices. Special praise to the waitress (sorry, I don't know your name) who was welcoming, kind, and genuine. Brava!
