30/07/2025: A huge disappointment, unfortunately. I came to Acquapazza with high expectations, wanting to give a special experience to my nephew, the son of restaurateurs in Madrid and accustomed since childhood to eating in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. I chose this place without asking for advice, trusting the name (my mistake). Let's start with the positive: the location is truly enchanting. At the top of the island, with a spectacular view of all of Ponza, the atmosphere is refined and very evocative. The staff was kind and courteous, nothing to complain about in terms of human touch. But from a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect much more, especially in two fundamental aspects: service and cuisine. Regarding service: despite there being few tables, the attention was lacking. Our wine remained forgotten in the cooler, and several times we were forced to serve ourselves. In a restaurant of this caliber, this is unacceptable: in certain price ranges, customers deserve careful attention, discreetly but consistently. No one expects extreme formality, but attention is. And it was lacking here. About the food: beautiful presentation, beautifully plated dishes. But the flavor? Mediocre. No memorable dishes, no emotion. I left the restaurant with nothing that made me want to return. I've enjoyed much more at all the other restaurants I've tried on the island, at much more reasonable prices. The bill, however, was extremely high (€350 for the tasting menu, for three people with two bottles of wine for around €30 each), and frankly not justified by what we received. A Michelin star must be earned every day, and maintained with rigor, commitment, and research. Here, I had the distinct feeling that they were living off their income.

15/07/2025: Intimate atmosphere, elegant views, Michelin-starred dishes. The precise service: Acqua Pazza is famous in Ponza for its refinement and customer service. The dishes are carefully prepared and rich in flavor. Recommended.

05/08/2025: On the occasion of the 2025 Jubilee, we came to Rome on a bus with 70 people and stayed at the Caravel Hotel. We were lucky enough to find this pizzeria next to the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there, and they even welcomed our group of 70 people to give us dinner. The service and professionalism were spectacular. The wood-fired pizzas, with a thin, crispy crust and a delicious filling, and the al dente pasta with a spectacular carbonara. The prices were very affordable. If we return to Rome, we will go again without hesitation. On behalf of the drivers, we give them a 10. Thank you for everything.

08/08/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant today. Both the inside and outside were beautiful. The waitress was kind and professional. We had the eggplant meatballs, which were delicious, and the sauce was also good. The chicory piadina was very good. There were only 5 meatballs, and considering they were small, they could have put a few more, but the important thing is that they were good. The cover charge of €2.50 and the coffee at €2.50 are excessive in my opinion. The fact that the restrooms were nice and clean is really important.

12/08/2025: Food - Absolutely fantastic, the pizza was fresh and packed full of flavour. Breschetta was also delicious with fresh tomatoes and herbs. We stopped here for a late lunch and only got a bit of food. Service - Overall the service was just okay. It took forever to get the bill because the server was busy talking with a friend. There was a few times we though they forgot about us. This could have been due to the time we visited as it was a really late lunch. Atmosphere - We sat on the Patio and it was nice even though it was so hot. They have fans under their canapy that helps move the air around so it was quite nice. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here and our drinks but the service could have been a bit better but I would still reccomend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

19/07/2025: If you're looking for a place to eat well and feel at home, "La Rosa Rossa" is the right choice. The pizza is delicious: thin and well-seasoned. The first and second courses never disappoint, too, always prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. The staff is kind, attentive, and professional, and special thanks go to Roberto, who with his passion and expertise makes every visit a pleasant experience. It's the go-to pizzeria for many neighborhoods.

08/07/2025: The staff was very friendly, suggesting the menu and wine based on our preferred flavors. The food was very tasty, and small touches like the amuse-bouche and the sugared cookies at the end made the experience even better. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

25/05/2025: Personale molto cordiale e gentile , premurosi col cliente , ti fanno sentire in un ambiente familiare. Il cibo superbo ,un antipasto fuori menù molto buono e un primo eccezionale.. 14/08/2025: A very charming restaurant, with typical Greek colors and plenty of seating both inside and out. We had the VINE LEAF ROLLS WITH RICE, the EGGPLANT ROLLS WITH FETA, the GYROS DE PITA (skewered pork with focaccia), and the SUZUKAKIA (Smyrna meatballs with tomato and mint). Everything was excellent, including the accompanying sauces. Perhaps a little too much oil on the two rolls. Very fast and friendly service.

09/08/2025: I went to this restaurant for dinner with my partner, having booked a Smartbox. The menu included: a Greek salad appetizer with two Greek dips, a first course (choice of meat or baked goods), and dessert. The food was truly excellent, from start to finish: high-quality and fresh, generous and flavorful portions, and the staff were kind and friendly. It was a pleasant and satisfying discovery, something we'd never tried before. We'll be back, regardless of the Smartbox. Recommended for anyone looking to spend an evening eating something different.

07/07/2025: A place where locals go. We ordered carbonara and gnocchi, and they were amazing, the best in Italy so far, and we're coming from Venice and Florence. Highly recommended if you want good, tasty food at a great price, plus the fantastic service they offer. We'll be back.
