09/02/2025: We went today for lunch looking for a place to eat well and I must say that we were not disappointed. Excellent food, quiet environment, clean air and above all good food. Meat and pasta produced by the friendly and sociable owner... in short, if you are looking for a place to eat well and pay well, I highly recommend it 😎

03/01/2025: Il 2 gennaio in occasione di una passeggiata nei borghi di Jenne e Vallepietra, oramai con poche speranze di trovare un posto aperto, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante, dove la signora Antonella, nonostante fosse tardi e stesse chiudendo, ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza preparandoci ottime pietanze. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di formaggi locali accompagnati dalla marmellata di more fatta da lei (buonissima!), poi un primo a testa: fettuccine aglio, olio, peperoncino e un’abbondante grattugiata di tartufo fresco, ravioli spinaci e ricotta con burro e salvia. Entrambi squisiti. Siamo usciti contenti per il pranzo, l’accoglienza e il conto più che adeguato. Torneremo!

27/01/2025: We only had lunch, but we were next to the large stone fireplace. The owner was very kind and told us the history of the place, the ancient house dates back to 1700. Excellent and well cooked food

04/03/2025: The restaurant is still just as great as it used to be. There is also the fish or meat menu, with wine, water and schnapps for a sensational 45 euros. Definitely big recommendation. A fixed point on our visits to Rome!

28/02/2025: If you want pay for Ferarri Prosecco brut 55 euro (20 euro in each others restorans ) you should visit this please. Ask price for alcohol in advice otherwise you being surprise with the bill Pasta and risotto was delirious Waiting time a bit long but ok

31/03/2025: Ristorante nel piccolo centro di Caprarola. Propone una cucina tipica con buoni saluti e formaggi, piatti della tradizione romana e le immancabili nocciole locali. Il punto è che tutti i piatti sono buoni ma i sapori non spiccano. Davvero notevole, invece, la bruschetta con ragù bianco di cinghiale. Pessimi i marroni bolliti come dolci e il vino della casa. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Prezzi nella media elevata turistica.

16/03/2025: Perfect little restaurant for Sunday lunch by the sea, overlooking the dock with tables outside. Cozy atmosphere and casual enough service. The first courses and the raw appetizer are excellent, the tiramisu is delicious. Good value for money, the only flaw could be the parking but if you are lucky there is an open space right in front where there is free parking.

26/03/2025: Invitato per un pranzo tra amici, ho nuovamente visitato questo storico Ristorante romano dove la storia e la cucina si fondono creando una atmosfera realmente di ‘altri tempi’. Il menù ben descritto ci ha tutti indirizzati verso una entrata di Carciofi alla romana, deliziosi. Affidandomi poi alle origini della Famiglia Bettoia ho scelto un Risotto alla piemontese, buonissimo, e per finire una torta alla Bonnet anch’essa buonissima. Il Personale discreto, efficiente come si addice ad un Locale di alto livello! Complimenti !

What struck me most was the welcome, which has remained unchanged over time: authentic, warm and attentive to every detail. The staff, with their kindness and professionalism, manages to make every guest feel special, just as they did back then. The atmosphere of the hotel retains its historical charm intact, a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort. The attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness and the quality of service make your stay a real pleasure. Another element that I found with great pleasure is the restaurant, which maintains the same level of excellence as in the past. The quality of the dishes, the care in preparation and the impeccable service make it a gastronomic experience not to be missed, just like then.

25/02/2025: The worst gluten free pizza I've ever eaten before. Not only the dough but also the seasoning, supplì without mozzarella 😳 Hmm....

18/02/2025: I wanted to try this well-known and historic pizzeria restaurant and I was very impressed with both the layout of the internal room, the products used and the parking in front (even if after the rains and in the evening it becomes a quagmire of mud and without lighting). Management via new generation devices, very frenetic operators to serve adequately, also because the weekend is very busy. Environment for all ages, comfortable both for a simple pizza or dinner and to be taken into consideration for an event. Called for reservation and collection on site, minimal waiting, even if little space for waiting which hinders the passages between the tables and waiters (cash desk or reception in the center of the room not suitable for carrying out). I chose a pizza (Ciccio) with additions, 2 small orange drinks (because the large bottle was not available) and a dessert to try the Tiramisu (with a very liqueur flavour), cost within €20

11/04/2025: Mmmh, it can improve and go back to how it once was. The service, I was about to give one star, because one of the waiters was a bit "scruffy", without uniform, it seemed like he didn't like serving. I also worked in catering and I was always with a smile even in the worst moments. The place needs to be improved in its furnishings. The food is ok, a little more character in the dishes wouldn't hurt. I have faith that he can improve. However, I recommend going to eat the mussels and other delicacies.

29/03/2025: Although the reviews on Google are very encouraging, it was to our disappointment that the food and the ambient did not meet the hype of this place. The sea food items we have ordered, octopus appetizer and risotto with seas urchins, were not cooked properly that one could tell the product are not fresh but frozen. The baccalà appetizer and the rabbit ragù linguine were a fair compensation to the seafood disappointment. Furthermore, the price range and the restaurant ambience do not align. For such prices, one would expect a higher quality of furniture.. all in all, it is a nice place but overhyped and overpriced.

07/03/2025: Scoperto per caso l' anno scorso dopo una visita alla Fontana di Trevi che è praticamente alle spalle, questo ristorante ci ha conquistati già dalla prima volta! Ambiente raffinato e nello stesso tempo accogliente e informale, personale sorridente e super professionale (le ragazze veramente speciali!) Pietanze gustose, varie, tipiche e non, servite con molta cura Prezzi in linea e direi per la qualità offerta anche competitivi Un commento particolare ai dessert Sono spettacolari! Crema catalana e tiramisù da provare assolutamente!! Per noi e le nostre figlie è un sicuro e piacevole riferimento a Roma Consigliatissimo! Famiglia di Benevento
