05/03/2026: We celebrated an 18th birthday at Terzo Gusto restaurant, and the experience was simply perfect. We were greeted with great warmth from the start, but the real highlight of the evening was Riccardo, who looked after us with professionalism, attention, and rare kindness. He took care of every detail of the dinner, making us feel truly pampered from start to finish. The restaurant is known for its artichoke specialties, which are truly exceptional and prepared in a variety of ways. The menu, however, is very varied and caters to all tastes: you can choose from meat, fish, and even an excellent pizza, all prepared with quality ingredients. The best moment came at the end of the evening, when the staff organized a wonderful surprise for the birthday girl who was turning 18. An unexpected and truly touching gesture that made the evening even more special. Impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and high-quality cuisine. A restaurant I absolutely recommend and will definitely return to!

08/03/2026: Good morning, I'm very sorry to give an overall negative review of a renowned restaurant I've frequented over the years, but I've noticed a marked decline, especially in attendance, which is reflected in the atmosphere during dinner. The table service is impeccable, but we were directed to the back room, where the crowd was unpleasant, as if we'd been judged to be of the same standard. Then another table was occupied by people who were again unsuitable for the environment. The food was obviously good, but not up to expectations. I'd like to revise a few things.

26/02/2026: It was 7:20 pm, the place was almost completely empty except for two tables. We didn't have a reservation, and the woman behind the counter said everything was reserved, but she could have given us a table at 9 pm... We declined and went to another restaurant! We only arrived on Wednesday, which is their day off... So making a reservation was difficult.

03/02/2026: If you want authentic Neapolitan pizza, this is the place to go, just five minutes from the sea! Every dish is traditional, and the staff are friendly and helpful...you'll want to try it and keep coming back!

26/09/2025: We tried the restaurant, staying at the hotel, with the à la carte menu. The view is the most beautiful on Ponza, a marvelous terrace overlooking Chiaia di Luna beach. The menu is different for lunch and dinner, both satisfying. The prices are obviously high, but for the location and the quality, they're justified. The service is perfect, very professional. For dinner, we tried the fried calamari and grilled calamari on a potato cake, both excellent. The salad was also a surprise. The dessert was a bit disappointing. For lunch, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was excellent. And so was the seafood salad. A feast for the eyes and the palate.

20/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm not interested in denigrating anyone, but rather in encouraging improvement. I'm giving it two stars because you expect more from a four-star hotel restaurant. The location isn't enough—it's very beautiful, and the ambiance is also very good—but the rest is needed. The service could be improved, especially regarding the cutlery arrangement and maintaining the same non-standard servings for two people. Then there's the food. A dish that "ran out" at 8:30 PM should be removed from the menu, and you shouldn't wait to be asked to tell us so. We ordered two first courses, which, based on their names, raised certain expectations, but the flavors were very distant and basic (the base was tomato, and that was basically all we could taste). Then there was the fried fish, which left us unsure about the freshness of the fish, but that's an unprovable feeling. Then there was the side salad (mixed salad with citrus and dried fruit) that tasted like coarsely chopped, bagged salad from the supermarket. With water and a half bottle of white wine, we paid over €100 for two. Now, if you want to stay in that price range you have to raise the quality bar!

06/04/2026: Yesterday I stopped for lunch, since it was difficult to eat anywhere without a reservation. The lunch was decent. The classic bruschetta with tomato was just average. The bread was practically warm, the tomatoes were frozen. The carbonara was average, nothing exceptional. And the thing I didn't like was the glass of wine, which was also very expensive, arrived pre-filled. The place is nice, clean, and welcoming. The prices are high, considering the proximity to the Vatican. But that's how it is in the area.

30/03/2026: We were there in November 2025...spectacular...great value for money...and the service was impeccable. I don't remember the name of the terrace manager...but he was extremely polite and attentive.

22/02/2026: Hands down the best dining experience I've had. We spent a solid 3 hours here, and every minute was worth it. The creativity and flavors completely surpass any restaurant I've been to, putting Shanghai's fine dining to shame.I've attached the menu for reference. Honestly, it's delicious enough to make me wish at the Trevi Fountain just for a chance to come back!

06/01/2026: We stopped in for a bite to eat. The lasagna and eggplant were excellent. The Aperol and limoncello were also great. The portions were generous. The atmosphere was pleasant.
