30/09/2025: I hadn't been there for many years and had fond memories of it, but the reality was even better: everything was delicious: marinated anchovies, scapece-style courgettes, tuna panzanella, lentil soup, rabbit, and finally the legendary chocolate salami. The house Montepulciano di Ponza wine was delicious, everything was perfect, the service was perfect, and the bill was 55 euros per person.

29/09/2025: Excellent trattoria, a regular on the island for years. Delicious food, adequate service. It's often crowded, so you might feel a little cramped.

The location is set within two wonderful gardens that isolate you from the city... and allow you to relax... the interior is cared for in every detail, it is elegant and refined! The waiting staff is kind and attentive and what can I say... the cuisine is something exclusive and superlative! And what makes this place unique are also the people who coordinate it... the owner Fausto, always kind and available with our needs and the super Miriam, patient and very knowledgeable! 09/10/2025: I'm a little late writing my review of this wonderful location. We booked for my daughter's First Communion and everything was wonderful, starting with Myriam, who with so much patience and professionalism made this a wonderful day for us and for all the guests, who, almost a month later, are still complimenting me. Excellent food, excellent and elegant setting. The very kind staff in the hall were available until late afternoon. We will definitely return to the restaurant and perhaps for another event. ❤️Thank you again 🫶

18/10/2025: A popular local restaurant specializing in both lake and sea fish. Meat options are plentiful. The menu is a good size without being overly limited. The lake fish specialties, which are locally sourced and of excellent quality, are highly recommended. I recommend the fettuccine with whitefish. The prices are more than fair; considering the big city, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

01/11/2025: For our first night at this restaurant, I was a little worried I wouldn't like anything anymore, but I loved the spaghetti with bacon, pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, the fries, and the sorbet. My brother had the carbonara, and my parents had the veal cutlet with radicchio and bacon. It was all delicious, and I know because I tried everything. 5-STAR RESTAURANT!

27/10/2025: We found this place by chance on Google and went there (two adults and an eight-year-old girl). After ordering our three pizzas and two beers, the maitre d' convinced us to first order a "light" appetizer (just to nibble on)... So he brought us a bottle of microfiltered water (which we hadn't asked for), a focaccia, a charcuterie board, three battered zucchini flowers, and a burrata. Finally, the pizzas (if you can call them that) arrived, and they looked and tasted almost undecent. The bill put the final nail in the coffin: the appetizer cost €24 + water and €8 cover charge. Total: €70. If you'd like to try it yourself, feel free to sit down... and give the maitre d' free rein.

The cuisine is excellent, the welcome by Elisa was truly an added value. Before leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the location, Mr. Maurizio, an exquisite person with very elegant manners, who also made us experience the true soul of this historic building. Recommended to all those who are looking for a unique, original and, at the same time, traditional experience linked to the authentic values ​​of life.

09/11/2025: An oasis of peace and beauty, practically a stone's throw from the heart of Rome! A true castle with an adjoining tower, luxurious rooms yet respectful of the period architecture. Sumptuous halls with frescoes. I was a guest for a birthday in this corner of paradise! The castle is surrounded by a beautiful private park with ample parking and even a swimming pool, which, in the summer months, is perfect for dissipating the heat! The food was exquisite, the appetizers served with meticulous care in the garden, a triumph of cured meats, cheeses, and dairy products of every type and of the highest quality, and the fried foods made on the spot before our hungry eyes. The first and second courses, seated at the table inside in sumptuous halls with tapestries and frescoes, provided the perfect backdrop for our sumptuous banquet. Food for all tastes, all palates, and all allergies! And the desserts, once again served outside, were truly ecstatic. I'd say it's an excellent place that you have to try: it's definitely the dress rehearsal to understand what it will feel like one day in... Paradise!

01/11/2025: We decided to try this local pizza joint. We ordered tomato bruschetta, it was good for a place like this. My wife had a pizza, well cooked, not burnt (like others are saying).My calzone was tasty. We didn’t expect super food for high-end restaurants but it do the job very well coming from this local small place. It is perfect for a taste of the neighborhood. The service was great.
