21/10/2025: Everything was excellent. We tried the cheese and egg meatballs (delicious), the classic carbonara, and the mushroom one (for variety).
The dessert was stellar.
20/10/2025: They serve carbonara in various variations. We tried the 1954 version and Viola with caramelized red onions. Both were delicious. It's just a shame there were no other guests there, because the food (the tartar starter and salmon sashimi were also really good) was absolutely fantastic.
The service is very friendly and attentive. The prices for the food are absolutely reasonable.
The ambiance could be improved a bit. The seating is very nice and comfortable, separated from the sidewalk, but the whole thing is covered with a plastic sheet that looks like someone is trying to separate a construction site.
So, great food in Trastevere!

10/05/2025: Dans le magnifique cadre romantique de la Villa Laetitia, ce restaurant qui a récemment reçu sa 3ème étoile au Michelin, bien méritée, propose une cuisine de très haut niveau, raffinée, très créative avec de superbes produits régionaux offrant saveurs, arômes et couleurs dans l'assiette. Tout est parfait du début à la fin du repas.
Service très professionnel tout en étant décontracté nous donnant une très bonne explication de chaque plat proposé.
Belle carte de vins pour tous les goûts.
Nous avions choisi le menu 'dégustation' de 8 services et ce fut un vrai régal!
Petite attention sympathique: ayant demandé un menu détaillé à la fin du repas, il nous fut apporté 2 petits menus rédigés 'à la demande' correspondant exactement à notre repas, y compris avec le vin que nous avions choisi et dégusté.
Nous sommes repartis enchantés de cette magnifique soirée gastronomique!

09/10/2025: We stopped for lunch while wandering around Rome. We saw a very varied menu and very friendly waiters so we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is great, you are on the sidewalk and experience the whole area. We ordered several dishes, all of which were excellent, the pasta, the vegetable soup which was amazing, and even the schnitzel. We really enjoyed it.

18/08/2025: I happened to drop off packages for Vinted. Besides being polite and professional, there was a problem with the scanner, and they were quick to fix it so the package could be delivered. Not a small deal, especially considering this time of year.

15/08/2025: The meal was perfect! I was impressed by the kindness and effort to explain everything to me, even though I couldn't speak English! I was so happy to have this meal on my last day in Italy! I don't speak Italian, so I ordered from photos, and they recommended dishes that were as similar as possible, making it a delightful meal!

12/10/2025: We booked late, at 9:30 PM, and the owner greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The meat was exceptional, with a wide selection, and the appetizers and side dishes were also very good. The price was exceptional for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return when I'm back in Fiuggi!

14/10/2025: Crowded with tourists, the menu is bland, and the Roman-style saltimbocca is poorly cooked (too salty). The service is good, but the atmosphere is overly stereotypical, with Mastroianni paintings on the walls and red-and-white checked tablecloths.
11/10/2025: Best place in Rome! Nowhere else did we eat this well. The food was absolutely delicious, the service fantastic, and the place super cozy. The Italian music completes the atmosphere! A big thank you to Mattia! An absolute must-visit for everyone.

26/09/2025: A hotel near Rome, only a 3***, but I give it a very good review. It's so clean you could eat off the floor. A truly family-run business is becoming increasingly rare. Family photos of the people serving you adorn the dining room walls. True Italians won't let you leave hungry and will repeat whatever you ask. Meals are served by the family's eldest, his son, and his grandson (who looks about 15). No prohibitions, whining, or complaints, as is common in corporate behemoths. Highly recommended!
