01/10/2025: A very nice restaurant, super clean, the owner is very kind and friendly, and the food is superb, from the traditional carbonara to spaghetti with clams, all well-seasoned and flavorful. We stopped for a quick lunch, "we were just passing through Rome," but if we return to the capital, we'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Greetings from Bari, Alina 😉

12/10/2025: When I want to eat well, when my wife, who is celiac, wants to eat well and find everything she needs, like someone who isn't, then an hour's drive from Rome is this perfect restaurant. I've been there several times and have never been disappointed. Good food, well prepared, very good. The restaurant is old and well-kept. The wines and spirits are excellent. The village is beautiful, and the clock tower is worth a visit. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products, the quality of the cuisine, and the quality of the service. Recommended.

12/10/2025: Very kind and friendly girl. Superb food and a very fair price. We had a starter of Fassona beef tartare with a crispy egg and truffle, and fettuccine with fresh porcini mushrooms. For main courses, rabbit and turbot. Small and very welcoming place. Very, very good 💪🏻

31/08/2025: We had a delicious meal, with friendly service and a chef. We opted for a delicious piece of meat, vegetables, potatoes, and fries. The meat was super tender! In short, a great place to eat.

15/10/2025: The old tavern is always a guarantee. I've returned here after years, and the food remains just as good. Sure, the prices used to be more affordable, but considering the quality of the meat, you're paying a fair price. Recommended.

13/10/2025: The tavern is located in the center of Viterbo. The interior is striking, all stone. The menu is almost entirely meat-based, from every type and source. We ordered a medium-rare tagliata (rather tough for my taste), chicory (decent), baked potatoes (good), and desserts (good). The place quickly fills with the smell of meat, which lingers in the room, probably because there's insufficient ventilation. The staff was rather brusque and unsympathetic, one young woman in particular. The quality/price ratio was decent.

04/10/2025: Casa Gusto is always a success. The dishes never disappoint, the atmosphere is familiar, and the decor is unique. Inside, it feels like being on a boat, the veranda makes you feel at home, and if you're lucky, you'll even meet "Spigola," the sly cat who will welcome you to his little "Capri" square. Whenever we're craving seafood, we call Roberta, who welcomes us like family.

22/09/2025: A delightful experience thanks to the two wonderful ladies, Roberta and Loredana, who welcomed us with professionalism, kindness, and joy. Their service was excellent. We ate wonderfully. The risotto with cream of scampi, their award-winning dish, was excellent, but everything we ordered was high-quality and delicious. I surprised my mom with a birthday treat here, and we were so pampered. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a reasonable amount of money in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, ladies! 26/09/2025: It turns out to be one of the best restaurants for anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean cuisine, can read a menu, and makes the effort to speak the local language. The quality is truly top-notch; we were very satisfied and were happy to pay the modest bill.

13/10/2025: We stopped by chance on our way to a day trip, and it was a wonderful discovery! Delicious food, carefully prepared dishes, and a truly extensive menu. Considering the quality and selection, this place is definitely worth considering. Very satisfied!

21/09/2025: A positive experience (lunch on a Saturday in September), with a good tasting menu and a reasonable price. Recommended.

20/09/2025: Walked in, alone, just after opening. Despite arriving without a reservation, was greeted warmly and was sat with a fantastic view of Lake bracciano. The staff were superbly accomodating of my very poor italian, and allowed me to ask them multiple questions between options on their menu. They recommended the linguine with the fish of the day, and provided a wine recommendation that worked wonderfully together. For dessert, I was recommended their fruit tart with white chocalate ganache. By far one of the best desserts I've had during my time in italy. As mentioned above, their service was superb. Behind me was seated a group of somewhat loud individuals, and while I didn't mind them at all, the way they were treating the staff seemed extremely rude. Despite this, the staff never showed any signs of being unsettled or annoyed. I rarely say this for any restaurant outside of my town of residence, but I would easily take a trip to the town of Anguillara for the sole purpose of dining at Chalet Del Lago again.
