11/06/2026: A Greek tavern in the heart of Trastevere: quick, courteous, and professional service, and good traditional Greek dishes, especially the meat. We tried the off-menu wild boar moussaka, and I have to say it wasn't bad at all. The amphora-aged rosé wine was excellent. If I had to find a small flaw, I'd say that compared to the pitas I've tried so far at other traditional restaurants, theirs didn't wow me, but that's a small matter. The quality/price ratio is also good, especially considering the location. Approved.

10/06/2026: The souvlaki meat was tough, the pita was just frozen, the feta was tasteless, I don't understand why they make the salad without lettuce, the pita arrives late and the meat gets cold in the meantime, upon express request not to have onions in the salad, this one arrives with onions, a dish arrives that you didn't request, there is a musty smell downstairs, from the 5 stars I gave in the past we have dropped considerably.

13/06/2026: We went to Bistro 8 e 9 in Trevignano Romano to celebrate my birthday and were truly delighted. The location is stunning, with tables directly overlooking Lake Bracciano, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was excellent: the blonde woman who served us was extremely kind, professional, and understanding, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. A truly successful dinner in every way, in an enchanting location. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to spend a lovely evening on the lake enjoying excellent food and receiving impeccable service. We will definitely be back!

29/05/2026: We had the set menu for lunch with wine pairing. Starting with many amuses we had the main menu. The accompanying wines were better than expected. I can recommend this restaurant very much. The next day we returned for lunch at their downstairs bistro.

19/05/2026: Whatever I’m going to write won’t do justice to this restaurant, a true Michelin experience beginning to end First, we had an important celebration and to do that well, I’ve notified the restaurant of all the dietary requirements and there were quite a few … when we sat down they knew each one of us, and that opened the door the following wonderful experience as they customised the menu for us The food was absolutely gorgeous, we took the tasting menu and before and between the portions there were other culinary experiences - we must have had at least 15-20 different type of food, a lot of new ideas, tastes that went above and beyond I have to just say something so there won’t be any doubt, you’ll be very full by the end of the meal, there’s enough food and more The service was implacable, they were nice, caring, attentive, present - everything you could have asked for The experience took us 4 hours - we loved every minute of it Just to give two small advices of if I really need to be picky, They didn’t fill our water but we had the bottle and did it ourselves- not a big thing, I’m just used to this service in this type of restaurant And the second, I have agreed with the waiter to revisit the wine menu at a certain portion but he never came back to speak about it so I ended saving less wine … again, I could have called him if I really wanted it so it’s not an issue I recommend visiting Moma, it’s an expert you won’t forget

02/05/2026: The restaurant is housed in a former stable, making it very quaint and incredibly clean, but seating is limited, so reservations are recommended. The seafood menu is top-notch, with unusual and delicious dishes that are truly delicious, coming from someone who isn't a big fan of fish. Obviously, quality comes at a price, but for those who love this food, it's a must-try experience. The pasta is homemade, the fresh fish is expertly prepared by the chefs, with unusual yet extremely delicious flavor combinations. Of course, there's a wine list for every budget, expertly recommended by Sara, who, in her dual role as sommelier and waitress, explains both the dishes and the wines. The staff are truly friendly, and the service includes "pampering" at the beginning and end of the dinner, which I won't reveal to leave you in suspense. It's a real gem, with just one drawback: parking can be a bit difficult at times, but... everything else!

17/04/2026: Exceptional place! If you're looking for a modernly designed venue, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, and a vibrant, youthful atmosphere, this is the place. The food is divine: creative dishes, quality ingredients, and impeccable presentation. The real added value is the staff: the wait staff and kitchen staff are simply exceptional, professional yet welcoming and cheerful. You immediately feel at home, yet in a high-end setting. Highly recommended for a dinner with friends or a special evening. We'll definitely be back.

The service and staff are impeccable throughout, not to mention the excellent food and the elegant, fun atmosphere. The photography is professional and approachable, and when it comes time to get the party started, the spectacular DJ sets are a blast! In conclusion, I recommend this venue to anyone who wants to celebrate their special day in an unforgettable way!

30/05/2026: A typical trattoria in the historic center of Viterbo, near the Rocca. Typical dishes, plentiful, and of excellent quality. Quick service with attentive customer service and a high level of courtesy. Excellent value. A fixed menu is available for €20 (first course, second course, side dish, water, wine, and coffee), allowing you to choose from the daily menu. We'll definitely be back.

21/05/2026: Without a doubt the best pasta in all of Italy! We went to Rome, Florence and Oriveto and this small place on a historic hill takes the cake for best pasta in all of Italy. Well worth it to come here.

14/05/2026: Okay so the vibe of the place is incredible. Guys, you want a very romantic dinner with your woman, book here. Candlelight, even incense! We had the onion soup which was amazing. Not your typical French onion. They have a decorated puff pastry lid that was amazing and a typical italian vegetable (not beef) stock. Exceptional! Our steaks were perfectly prepared and I could tell the bearnaise was homemade. Wine list is extensive, but pricey. We found delicious sangiovese for $65-70. Took an extra bottle back to the room. Please support this business. It's worth it!

15/04/2026: If you are staying near the Coliseum or if you need a restaurant nearby after a tour (just a few blocks away), you must visit this restaurant. It is your quintessential Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is romantic and rustic. It is not very large. The service is impeccable. Our waiter, Tarek, gave us many food and wine suggestions. The wine pairings were perfect with the different courses. The ingredients were fresh, menu creative, and the wine selection is extensive. We highly recommend.

24/03/2026: We had some very good pizzas, huge, thin, and with a crispy crust, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizzas on the menu can be customized to your liking when ordering. The only problem is that they're so big that by the time you get to the end, they're already cold! Recommended.
