07/10/2025: The restaurant is good, boasting a lovely grill where delicious meat is cooked.
The rooms are spacious but a bit dated, and a little more attention to cleanliness wouldn't hurt.
The location is convenient because it's close to the Magliano Sabina highway exit, but since they face the highway, the rooms are quite noisy (impossible to sleep with the window open).
Overall, it's quite expensive for the quality offered.

01/11/2025: It is a very beautiful pizzeria with nice deco and nice atmosphere. The service personal are really nice and polite. The pizza was a taste of piece of heaven. We ate true-margeritha and capriccious. Both fantastic. The prices are very reasonable in compare to Neapel. Grazie Millie ;-)

10/11/2025: Excellent, meticulously prepared food. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Torre di Lavello is lovely. Attentive and attentive service, though still a bit underwhelming. If we return to Tuscania, we'll definitely stop by.
01/11/2025: Trattoria-Pizzeria La Torre di Lavello, located in the heart of Tuscania and named after the Romans' name for the Etruscans ("Tusci"), offers a welcoming atmosphere steeped in historical ambiance.
The dinner featured carefully prepared dishes full of character: a rustic house appetizer with mixed cold cuts and grilled vegetables; beef tartare with Tropea onions, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped pistachios, and a fresh and harmonious homemade mayonnaise; Gragnano spaghetti with cacio e pepe served over creamed beetroot soup, an original and successful combination. All accompanied by a good red wine.
Fast service, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended.

05/11/2025: Charged twice — terrible experience. I felt scammed, and it seems common in touristy places. (What a rip-off.) The food was just average, nothing special, but don’t trust the prices. The waiter offered us a “special” truffle carbonara (never saw any real truffle, maybe just truffle oil), and the dish that was listed as €14 on the menu suddenly became €28.
Also, don’t even think about asking for bread — they’ll bring a “double portion” on the same tray (which makes no sense for a table of 10), and the price goes from €4 to €8.
They added a 10% charge, saying it was VAT, and then told us that the tip had to be paid separately.

16/11/2025: It’s a typical Roman trattoria, and it gets quite busy at dinner time. The environment is simple, and the staff is welcoming and genuinely funny.
Food was well seasoned. The kitchen team is also polite, relaxed, and clearly knows what they’re doing.
Prices weren’t shown on the menu, but the final bill felt honest and fair.
A simple, straightforward place worth the money.

When I order fish, they leave the head on the serving plate, as is only right.
Luciana, the owner, is always kind and accommodating.

Today we had lunch at this beautiful place, meticulously cared for down to the last detail, nestled amidst nature and greenery.
We ate wonderfully, and everything we ate was handcrafted and made with local ingredients.
We really appreciated the Sangiovese wine produced on the farm, truly excellent.
The service was excellent.
The location is incredible. There were 14 of us, and many of our friends had never been here before. They said they'll definitely be back, and very soon...BRAVO!

21/09/2025: I could sum up the experience in one word: "top."
We tried the more substantial tasting menu, and it was worth it.
The ambiance is truly original, it exudes a sense of peace, the service is elegant, and the cutlery is changed after each course. Last but not least, the food... truly original choices, the duck trio dedicated to Goethe and the Mater Matuta appetizer were fantastic.
And, as usual, the final question: would I go back? Absolutely, especially since it's not close to home.

27/09/2025: We really liked the hotel. It's very well located. Nearby, along the river, is a main street with good restaurants. The sea is nearby. However, we didn't like the beaches or the sea itself. We didn't swim in the sea, even though we arrived in Fiumencino a day before our flight specifically with the goal of visiting the sea.
The hotel is very clean. There's a shared kitchen for breakfast, but it's very light. We were given a bottle of water. The hotel owner provides a shuttle to the airport. We went to the airport by public transport – bus number 8. The stop is a 7-minute walk away. Tickets cost 1 euro. The bus runs every 30 minutes. We bought tickets at the ticket office at the stop. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, but we were allowed to leave our luggage until 12:30 PM. I recommend staying at this hotel.

17/11/2025: A restaurant where eggs are the star, and in our opinion, it's a bit over the top. They try to innovate, but they don't quite pull it off.
The service was very good.
17/11/2025: We had two carbonaras: the one with truffle was good, even though the truffle was truly minimal, and the viola was also good. For our appetizer, a tortilla, which, however, tasted more like an omelette than a true tortilla. For these three dishes, water, and a glass of wine, it was €62. I don't think I'll be back.

02/11/2025: It will be one of the last truly old-fashioned restaurants in Lazio. The name comes from a story related to the owner's husband's grandfather. I went there for the first time tonight and loved the atmosphere: undemanding and relaxed. The staff was fantastic. I had wild boar stew, a side of mixed vegetables (similar to minestrone with a little broth, delicious), and a crema catalana. Highly recommended.

We dined two consecutive nights at this true Argentine gem in Rome.
From the owners to the staff, they are simply extraordinary.
Those familiar with Argentine cuisine (we go often because part of the family lives there) can appreciate the authenticity of the tradition and the top-quality ingredients even more.
Special praise to the parilleros y asaderos for their skill in cooking the meat.
Considering the quality of the ingredients, the prices are almost too good.
A special mention for the best flan de pan I've ever tasted.
We'll see you again soon!

10/05/2025: Dans le magnifique cadre romantique de la Villa Laetitia, ce restaurant qui a récemment reçu sa 3ème étoile au Michelin, bien méritée, propose une cuisine de très haut niveau, raffinée, très créative avec de superbes produits régionaux offrant saveurs, arômes et couleurs dans l'assiette. Tout est parfait du début à la fin du repas.
Service très professionnel tout en étant décontracté nous donnant une très bonne explication de chaque plat proposé.
Belle carte de vins pour tous les goûts.
Nous avions choisi le menu 'dégustation' de 8 services et ce fut un vrai régal!
Petite attention sympathique: ayant demandé un menu détaillé à la fin du repas, il nous fut apporté 2 petits menus rédigés 'à la demande' correspondant exactement à notre repas, y compris avec le vin que nous avions choisi et dégusté.
Nous sommes repartis enchantés de cette magnifique soirée gastronomique!
