Exceptional fish, every time we pass through Cattolica we make it a must to eat at the Pesci in Faccia tavern. Very friendly staff.

Dinner for two, we ordered a shellfish Catalana that was quite good, a decent seafood chitarra pasta, and a fish carbonara that was truly unappetizing for my taste. The price was high for the level of cuisine achieved. Overall, it was just adequate.

We like this restaurant, the fried sea food mix is very fresh and my wife loves the fresh oysters. Price is acceptable and the restaurant is quite close the beach . We returned yesterday , nothing changed the fried calamari and shrimp was delicious as well as the french fries . We did try the dolce and it was delicious.

A truly beautiful place, with a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable and professional service, and all the dishes are fresh, with tender, flavorful fish. Compliments to the chef!

14/04/2026: I visited this seaside seafood restaurant with high expectations, which were unfortunately disappointed. The quality of the food was rather poor: poorly prepared dishes, dull flavors, and fish that didn't seem particularly fresh. The seaside location is undoubtedly its strong point, but that alone isn't enough to make up for the disappointing cuisine and unrelaxing atmosphere.
14/04/2026: Last-minute reservation after the swimming competitions. The location was exceptional, with extensive menus and fresh, well-prepared ingredients. There were nine of us. The restaurant was comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. See you soon!

25/09/2025: Evening in Cattolica = craving piadina! 🌙 Tried the prosciutto, arugula, and stracchino cheese + tuna and mozzarella watercress → amazing! 😋 So many flavors, even sweet ones… definitely worth making again! 🙌

From the classic herb versions to variations with fish, zucchini flowers, cured meats, and stracchino cheese, every choice is guaranteed to be delicious. The dough is light, fragrant, and truly exceptional—one of the best I've ever had. The only thing to keep in mind is the high traffic: the kiosk is always very busy, so it's best to book your piadinas and cascioni in advance to avoid long waits. A place that embodies all the flavors of Romagna tradition—not to be missed. Highly recommended!
