20/07/2026: I recently visited "Campania in Bocca" in Mercato San Severino and had a very positive experience. The place is spacious, well-maintained, and very charming, perfect for a quiet evening. The pizza is delicious, made with high-quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. A significant plus is the easy parking nearby, which makes everything much more convenient.

05/06/2026: I perceive sensations as soft as pizzas and as bitter as bottle-green broccoli and then as creamy as fantastic provolone del monaco up to sparkling emotions with a sweetish aftertaste like pitch-black ice-cold Coca-Cola while these San Severo evenings die slowly and parsimoniously in the maternal arms of a mammoth saffron-yellow moon.

08/05/2026: We weren't staying at this hotel, but we took their complimentary shuttle over for dinner. We ordered starters from the menu and the main courses from the chef's recommendations (which weren't listed on the regular menu). The food was delicious, and we all loved it. The local white wine they suggested was also excellent and paired beautifully with our meal. The desserts provided a delicate and elegant finish to the evening. This is absolutely one of the best restaurants in the area. Highly recommended! After dinner, we decided to skip the shuttle and walk back to our hotel since we were all so full.

05/05/2026: Wow. This ristorante is amazing. I loved the arancini plate. I thought it was just arancini but I they also served some fish and anchovies served on a bread. The seafood pasta was excellent , every seafood on the plate were fresh, I think it was the best shrimps I’ve ever ate in my life AND the best restaurant I’ve eaten so far in our Paris-Italy trip. Don’t even compare to beach ristorante ms that costs an arm because of the view and with only decent foods. The lemon sponge cake was absolutely great. I recommend. Oh, and Hotel La Terrazze offered a shuttle car. The service was also excellent, it was a young man serving us, didn’t take his name but it was Sunday night on the 3rd May at night. Talked to us with respect in English.

09/05/2026: Okay, let me be honest. The pizza was good, but I absolutely didn't like the limoncello and meloncello, a small glass, for €4 each. That's €8 for two small glasses. Absurd. I'm not saying I should give it away, like we do in Naples, but for €4 I'll buy something else.

18/06/2026: I had dinner there after a long day at work. I appreciated the family atmosphere. First of all, the kindness of the owner, who gave me the best recommendations for a quick dinner... I had a melted cheese appetizer that was out of this world! And right after that, lemon chicken strips, which were truly delicious. I can only compliment the cuisine at this restaurant. The service was perfect; I felt right at home.

16/03/2026: A very casual place just steps from the center of Salerno. No-frills Cilento cuisine. Mr. Angelo is super friendly and helpful. When you go, skip the menus and ask him for recommendations. Super fair prices for the location.

01/05/2026: Located on the harbor, it enjoys a beautiful view of the cliffs of old Agropoli. The cuisine is excellent, both seafood and meat, and the desserts are also excellent. I recommend it.

03/05/2026: We stayed here for one night with our 4-month-old baby. The staff was welcoming and organized, accommodating all our needs! The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was generous and catered to food intolerances (including gluten-free), and served on the terrace overlooking the sea... enchanting! This B&B also has a restaurant and is very close to the center of Pontecagnano. We highly recommend this B&B, and we'll definitely be back!

31/05/2026: An extraordinary sensory experience that confirms the absolute supremacy of authentic pizza. As soon as you enter, the aroma completely envelops you, anticipating the pleasure of the first bite. The dough is incredibly light, perfectly topped, with a beautifully airy crust and mouth-watering provola cheese. It's impossible to resist indulgence: we started off with a mouth-watering bucatini frittata and finished with a delicious meal. Sincere praise to the staff for their attentive and impeccable service. Special mention for offering us a taste of a truly exceptional extra virgin olive oil: a Marsicani produced just a few kilometers from here, which has rightfully been named Italy's best for years. A classy touch that demonstrates their absolute care for the local area. A well-deserved five stars!

06/08/2026: The places I like to find. Away from the tourist streets and a lot more authentic and local. Food was excellent and large servings, a good menu selection and very reasonable priced. Genovese was very filling and the house wine was great. Atmosphere and staff were friendly and helpful. Also had a number of gluten free pasta options available

14/08/2026: We were at this restaurant a few days ago, a table for 12, obviously making reservations a few days in advance. When we booked, they insisted we arrive at 7:30 PM (we wanted to book for 9 PM), but we finally agreed on 8 PM. The location was spectacular, with a terrace overlooking the sea that speaks for itself. The menu selection was good, a mix of traditional dishes and dishes that pique your curiosity. The tuna Genovese was excellent, but the stuffed squid was very disappointing; it was tender but not very flavorful and the filling was very soft. Prices were reasonable. The staff... let's just say the friendliness was elsewhere. We left at 11 PM and the place was half empty, so I honestly didn't understand this whole need to make us arrive early.
