03/04/2024: Here we are talking about the so-called 'Il Rusticone Restaurant', where the term 'hospitality' seems to have disappeared from the staff's vocabulary.
The welcome was as warm as a popsicle in an igloo.
The waitress, probably in training for the position of "gastronomic ignorance of the year", not only proved to be totally ignorant about the menu, but made a goldfish seem more knowledgeable than her in culinary matters.
It is clear that the pursuit of excellence here stops at the front door.
Your advice for 'Ristorante Il Rusticone'?
Less indifference, more competence, and perhaps they will be able to dream of competing with the true protagonists of the restaurant industry.
PS: I'm sorry you were offended. If the waitress really turned out to be the owner it would be even worse since from the reviews of those who handled mine, it would seem that her daughter is not very nice to the remaining customers.
Try putting it in the kitchen, it would definitely make more money and it wouldn't scare customers away.

Posto incantevole , piazzato nella natura e molto dettagliato all interno.
Ci si sente subito a casa anche se ci si va per la prima volta, stuff super accogliente, e molto bene istruito sulle pietanze servite.
Alimenti a kilometro zero, con una cultura culinaria antica, pietanze squisite preparate con prodotti locali,anche molto flessibile al riguardo di chi non mangia carne.Servizio veloce e preciso, alla fine il liquore di albicocche fatto in casa e offerto dalla gentilissima signora era un capolavoro.Merita più di 5 stelle di recensione, ci tornerò presto sicuramente. Altamente raccomandato.
09/10/2023: Consiglio questo posto per chi ha un animo sensibile e profondo . Quello che propone il gestore non è solo un occasione per riassaporare cibi della tradizione ma anche l’occasione di poter ammirare la vasta raccolta di oggetti d’epoca . Un tuffo nel passato che tocca sia la sfera storico culturale sia quella enogastronomica . Il signor Tonino con sapienza e competenza sceglie con cura la materia prima che spazia dalla cicoria selvatica alla cipolla di Montoro , tutte rigorosamente cucinate come una volta . Qui potete degustare le tanto acclamate polpette al sugo e tante altre tipicità . Ad affiancare Il signor Tonino ci sono Antonella e Luciano . La prima si diletta a proporre dolci antichi e a guidare i commensali nel loro viaggio gustativo , mentre Luciano con discrezione soddisfa ogni richiesta . Insomma , C’era una volta è un vero viaggio .
