10/10/2025: Delicious, authentic pizza. Lovely ambiance, lively place. Excellent value for money. It was a pleasure to stop by!

08/10/2025: I'll start by mentioning the kindness of the waiters. It's not a given, and it's always a pleasure to find it. We ordered pasta with provola and potatoes and spaghetti with clams, followed by fried meatballs with grilled vegetables. Everything was excellent, even the house wine, which was well-priced.

03/08/2026: The best food we had during our time in Positano. We stayed at hotel Merincanto. This was a beautiful restaurant with live music from a guy and a guitar and a beautiful voice! The food was AMAZING. Thank you!!

03/08/2026: We tried several different entrees and starters and none were very good. The risotto was extremely fishy with a brutal aftertaste as was the octopus spaghetti. Tasting the seafood is one thing but this was an unpleasant lingering effect. The service was even more lackluster. You expect laid back customer service but we were forgotten after the food was delivered. Never asked if we wanted another drink, never approached for dessert, had to get up and ask for the check after waiting 20 minutes without a visit from our waiter. Meanwhile the manager held an extended loud and animated conversation with the table next to ours with no concern to our experience. I would never go back with so many better options in Positano.

24/07/2026: I am not Italian that why I didn’t know here is resturant😅 I came here bc of eusa event. The food was amazing 🤩 I ordered steak which quite expensive and too much for my self bc 500g min. for steak even my husband couldn’t eat all. But one of the best steak I had in my life.

16/06/2026: We were greeted at 11:00 PM without batting an eyelid, but rather with a sincere welcome. We were served in a wonderful setting. Beautiful plants adorned a spotlessly clean and fresh terrace. The hostess was impeccable and attentive to our every need. The food was excellent. From the mussels to the main courses. From the delicious pizzas to the exquisite sandwiches. Impeccable in every way. I extend my sincerest compliments to the Bugigattolo staff for their rare and excellent service. The bill was paid with unparalleled honesty. Highly recommended +++++

24/06/2026: The authentic Amalfi experience. Excelent food - homemade pasta with seafood, housewine with peaches was a pleasant surprise, also the buschetti offered on the house. The view is fantastic. I would love to come back.

14/06/2026: A wonderful discovery Starting with Mario, the father of a wonderful family, who comes with his little boat to pick you up and help you dock. A super friendly family, with perfect service beyond all expectations. The cuisine is sublime, the fried fish is perfect, and the pasta with squid and provola cheese is cooked by a wonderful mother. A family that opens the doors of their home to you in a corner of paradise.

26/04/2026: Palazzo Avino is an enchanting place, where the beauty of the location blends perfectly with exquisite cuisine. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the kindness of the staff. A special mention goes to Marinella, who looked after us with extreme care throughout the lunch. In particular, we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for the support and sensitivity she showed when my fiancée was slightly ill; her presence was essential in managing an unpleasant episode with discretion and professionalism. We will definitely return to this corner of paradise. Highly recommended!

12/06/2026: We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Il Grottino Azzurro. The fresh homemade bread and olive oil were the perfect start to an amazing meal. The food was delicious, the quality outstanding, and the service exceptional. We were picked up by their shuttle bus and enjoyed a lovely walk back afterwards. A perfect evening in Positano, highly recommended.

11/05/2026: Courtesy and professionalism reign supreme in the service, both from the waiters and the sommelier's knowledge of the wines offered. The restaurant is beautiful, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The chef is truly skilled; he has his own identity that shines through in his dishes (both iconic and otherwise). The ingredients are top-quality. I've been to this restaurant twice: the first time I took the highly appreciated tasting menu, and the second time I took a masterclass on Super Tuscan and Brunello accompanied by food by Chef Avallone, which was also very, very interesting. The star is more than deserved!! I'll leave you with a quote of mine: "There's wisdom in the dishes."

15/04/2026: Centrally located in a historic building. The interior is meticulously crafted, modern yet welcoming, with a few well-spaced tables. There's also a refined wine display on the wall. The staff accompanied us through our lunch impeccably, professionally, knowledgeably, and with just the right amount of formality. What wouldn't you expect from a restaurant like this? Popcorn! Elevated to a Michelin-starred level. From the entree to the dessert, the dishes were carefully crafted and carefully planned, each ingredient's flavors perfectly complementing the other, and overall, there was excellent balance. The wine pairing was sublime. The sommelier suggested some truly unusual pairings, demonstrating her expertise and professionalism. A highly recommended restaurant, capable of providing memorable experiences and flavors.

07/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to Salvatore, who has become a friend as well as a great pizza chef. High-quality, very tasty products. If you want a great pizza or a tasty panuozzo, you have to go to Salvatore's!!

28/03/2026: What can I say? Unique traditional dishes made with care and attention to detail. The prices are also low considering the quality of the finished product. The portions are generous. The service is simple and welcoming. Whether you're passing through or a local, I recommend this place for a proper lunch without spending a fortune.

07/11/2025: Was really hopeful it would be great! Kids spaghetti fine, but nothing amazing. Pumpkin risotto was good. Meatballs were raw and sent back. Packaged up as take away and got home... for them to STILL be raw. All of that for the low price of almost 150 euros. Much better places to eat on the coast. Skip it.

28/10/2025: Service was excellent, the food is good, and we definitely enjoyed our dinner. Be sure to make reservations. This restaurant is recommended. Americans please note that the portions are small, relative to typical American expectations for dinner. You definitely need an appetizer with your meal if you are hungry. No salads or vegetables, which is also different relative to typical American meals. This restaurant is not unique in the general lack of vegetables for dinner. We experienced this across Italy and Denmark during our trip, so this must be typical.

23/06/2026: A very enjoyable experience overall, especially thanks to the breathtaking views. The location is truly spectacular, offering some of the most beautiful scenery in Ravello and making the meal feel special from the moment you sit down. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and well-executed dishes that showcased the local cuisine. Every plate was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The only reason for four rather than five stars is the value for money. Portions were noticeably on the small side, and prices felt quite steep even by Amalfi Coast standards. While the quality is certainly there, the overall experience would feel more balanced with slightly more generous servings or more reasonable pricing. That said, if you’re looking for great food paired with unforgettable views, this is still a restaurant well worth visiting.
