18/01/2026: A perfect cozy restaurant. Their spaghetti menu has so many great choices. Our server helped us to pick a delicious meal. Cooked and presented perfect. We enjoyed a bruschetta and a tiramisu too! All with a very nice local Italian beer. Fantastic meal. The dining area was cozy and clean. I would highly recommend this for a special night out

01/12/2025: I went to this pizzeria last night with some friends and we had a wonderful meal. The pizza of the month (with chestnuts, buffalo mozzarella, and cavolo nero) was the perfect treat for these cold winter days; plus, the meatball mix was just like Grandma's on Sundays in her ragù: flavorful and delicious. The staff was excellent, super friendly and helpful; I can't wait to go back.

06/01/2026: We had an impromptu lunch for two at Limoneto, and it was a wonderful surprise. Stunning location under the lemon trees, super relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, simple dishes but carefully prepared using fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and approachable. An unplanned stop we'd definitely do again!

22/02/2026: I had lunch at this deli yesterday. I'd been there several times before, but I've noticed that the food has gotten much worse. I ordered a full menu with rice timbale and veal stew with potatoes. Everything was awful. The rice was overcooked and the sauce was terrible. The main course consisted of meat—it was unclear what animal it came from, but it definitely wasn't veal—and the potatoes were raw. My husband helped me finish the main course, but then said that the food he'd eaten had left a bad taste in his mouth and acidity. So, it's a complete fail as a deli. I hate to say it, but like many others, it's gained popularity by raising prices and degrading the quality of its dishes.

15/12/2025: Casa e Bottega truly impressed us with their impeccable service. We stopped in last minute needing a quick breakfast before catching our ferry, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The space itself is beautiful — filled with greenery and well-cared-for plants, with a cute, relaxed vibe that immediately makes you want to stay longer. It’s the kind of place where you’d love to slowly enjoy breakfast and sip coffee without a rush. Even though we were short on time, the ladies made sure our food came out quickly so we could eat comfortably and still make our ferry. The service was excellent, and the food and coffee were both great. Would absolutely come back and spend more time here next visit.

12/12/2025: From the moment we walked in I loved this place. It had such a warm, peaceful, friendly atmosphere and decoration. I can’t say enough about how welcoming they were for our dog. Then the food came… So delicious. It started with the beautiful meatballs that melted in our mouth. And then the crêpes, ravioli, and the gorgeous local dessert, sbriciolata cake was the cherry on the top. And they was open in December when so many other places are closed, I can’t recommend this place enough..

28/12/2025: We spent Christmas with our 5-year old in this great little hotel hidden away from the busy town centre of Cava de Tirreni. The room isn't full luxury, a little dated, but it has a lot of personalities. The views from the hotel are stuning. Staff members are super nice and very accommodating, nothing seem a bother. Located behind it is a rather big (late 1300s) cathedral - Territorial Abbey of La Trinità della Cava. This is a "must-see" if you stay at the hotel. I was blown away by the interior of the church as it didn't seem to be much from the outside. It's a lot (a LOT) bigger on the inside. There are guide tours available at price of 3€ to see more than just a main church. One thing to note is that, in case you decided to drive, it's quite a challenging journey. The road is small and windy, loads of blind corners, unless you're familiar with all the streets, or a seasoned Italian driver, I'd recommend to avoid it. There is a local bus (No. 61) that will take you from the hotel to Cava town centre. We had to organise daily taxi pick-up and drop-off from/to the hotel due to Christmas period. But was easy enough to do via WhatsApp messages. You may also want to do a day trip in Pompei while youre here. It's easy to get to by train from the Cava station. And Salerno is only 2 stops away the other direction.

18/10/2025: Our dinner at Isidoro was a wonderful experience. Everything was truly impeccable: a very comfortable atmosphere, super tasty food, and excellent service.

29/09/2025: We were there three nights in a row and had a great meal. Family-run and impeccable service. We highly recommend it.

17/10/2025: Great food overall but the highlight for me was the tiramisu. I've been trying every tiramisu I could've find in this coast band from Napoli to San Marco and this by far was the beat god damned tiramisu I've ever ate. I'm not really huge on the fancy presentations/preparations but it was a very lovely one at that if that's your sort of thing. Again, the tiramisu; it's simply divine. Go get it 10/10

14/01/2026: We were a group of 12 people, it was January 1st. I called to reserve a table, but it was full; they offered takeout. We managed to find a spot outside; there are tables on the stairs. The pizza was very good, smaller than the ones you'll find in the area, and quite pricey: two pizzas and two half-liter bottles of water, totaling €22. About €9 per pizza and €2 for the bottle of water. The prices are in line (and high) with the location. Then, January 1st... That's fine. The pizza is still good, and Ravello is enchanting. I'll be back next time, booking in advance and enjoying some traditional dishes... see you next time.

11/01/2026: This was the best pizza I have ever had in my life. We had the chance to try it during our honeymoon. Pizza Nerano is still a flavor I talk about with my friends to this day—an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend trying it.
