Every dish was impeccably delicious, the wine was simply amazing, and the sea view made the atmosphere truly special. 13/05/2026: A truly delightful experience at Falalella restaurant in Cetara. I chose the tasting menu accompanied by a wine tasting, and it was a perfect choice. Each course was carefully crafted, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients that showcase the local tradition. The wine pairing was well thought out and made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true gastronomic experience in Cetara. I'll definitely be back!

05/12/2025: We were guests at Hotel Poseidon and made a reservation at Il Tridente expecting a safe, professional dining experience. Instead, my family endured an incident that could have killed my son, paired with some of the worst behavior I have ever witnessed from a manager in hospitality. We clearly informed the staff that my son has a nut allergy. Despite this, they placed a starter breadbasket on our table with no explanation whatsoever—and it contained nuts. My son took a bite, unknowingly. Only 20 minutes later did a waiter return with a “nut-free” basket and admit the first one had nuts. We had not been told, warned, or advised at any point. I raced up the entire property—multiple elevators and several flights of stairs—to grab his emergency medication. Anyone familiar with allergies knows that within minutes, this mistake could have become deadly. My son’s life was put at risk because the staff failed one of the most basic responsibilities of a restaurant. But what made this experience truly appalling was the manager. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was shockingly rude, dismissive, defensive, and outright hostile. As I explained what had happened, he repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice, and insisted his staff “would never” make such an error. He acted as if I was the problem for daring to bring up a life-threatening mistake. The waiter himself then stepped in and admitted the truth, proving the manager wrong. Even after being confronted with the facts, the manager still showed zero remorse. No apology. No concern. No accountability. Not even basic human decency while I was shaking and trying to ensure my son was safe. His attitude added a level of emotional distress that was completely unnecessary during an already terrifying situation. For a restaurant positioned as fine dining, this was an absolute disgrace. Mistakes can happen—but the way management chooses to handle them reveals everything about an establishment. And this manager showed a level of arrogance and indifference that is completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone one where guests’ lives are at stake. I will never return, and I strongly warn any family with food allergies—or anyone who expects even minimal respect or compassion—to avoid this restaurant entirely. No parent should have to fight with a manager while fearing for their child’s safety.

06/07/2026: We dined with a variety of appetizers, delicious and plentiful, also reminiscent of local traditions. A selection of pizzas, freshly made with quality ingredients and served in abundance. Desserts, coffee, and liqueurs. All for the modest price of €20.00.

14/07/2026: I'd definitely give it a 5-star rating. The place is perfect, simple, well-maintained, and the staff are helpful. The dinner was perfect, the gluten-free food was perfect, and it's one of the few places that doesn't charge a gluten-free supplement. Highly recommended.

08/07/2026: Proof that, in Cilento, even when you get a little further from the sea, you can still find authentic Cilento cuisine. Excellent ingredients, olive oil tastings directly from their own mill, a wide selection of Cilento dishes, vegetables, legumes, cheeses, and wine. Everything is delicious at excellent prices for the quality. Fast service, young, professional, and friendly staff. They have a shop selling all their produce. Excellent dinner.

05/05/2026: So nice place! Very quite, beautiful area. I would say hidden gem. There is very nice walking path along the beach next to the restaurant. Not expensive in comparison to others. Very friendly staff! We visited twice during one weekend:)

15/05/2026: A very good restaurant with a beautiful view. We were there for lunch today and were very satisfied. Good service, and the waiter spoke good English. The menu was available in several languages ​​on the website. We had the braised chicken drumsticks with salad and fries, and stuffed eggplant. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this restaurant.

30/05/2026: Wow! Finding a non touristy place in Positano is not easily possible. While this is not touristy area their prices truly are but the food is so so amazing. Good - all items we ordered as vegetarian including dessert were wonderful. Reserved the nicest seats before you arrive Bad - they provide shuttle service to your place but we waited for 40 mins and nothing and then when someone shows up they didn’t take us because we are not on their route! We spend $120! And restaurant staff was not helpful at all.

30/05/2026: Came in here in 2016, and returned twice in 2026 when coming back to Positano. The plating won’t wow you, but the taste has you coming back for more. The views are impeccable, and the fact that this family run is inspirational. There are so many flashy and flavour lacking restaurants in Positano - this spot bucks that trend. Simple, tasty and memorable. It’s a long hike up from the action, but absolutely worth it. Also, it’s always easier walking down than up after you eat - especially with a deliciously full stomach. 05/07/2026: A true hidden gem in Salerno! We stumbled upon this restaurant on our first night and loved it so much that we came back every night for the rest of our trip. The food was delicious, authentic, and incredibly affordable. I couldn't recommend it more to anyone visiting Salerno!

06/07/2026: I believe this restaurant has new owners and a new menu and this is their first summer season under the new ownership. There is tons of potential here and I would return. I believe they are still getting used to the summer crowds and, though the restaurant is off the beaten path, it was busy and service could have used one more waiter. We tried stuffed pepper appetizers and the octopus. The octopus had good flavor but was just the tiniest bit tough. The stuffed pepper was delicious and different from other appetizers we'd had elsewhere. The pizza was amazing. Some of our crowd said it was the best pizza they had all trip. The pasta with the fish of the day was also the best pasta I think I had all trip. I loved it! The fresh catch of the day served acqua pazza style with fresh vegetables was also flavorful and delicious. The truffle ravioli was also very good and one of our guests said it was her favorite pasta she had during our trip. The tiramisu was very good. However, we had to wait for the Delizie al Limone dessert because the chef hadn't finished it (though it was after 9pm at night). It was good but slightly frozen in the middle (the chef had to flash freeze it for safety we were told). Overall, our meal was delicious and as I mentioned before, we would return. I think as the new owner and chef gets more experience, they have tons of potential and will get better and better. A few minor improvements would have made this definitely 5 stars.

05/07/2026: The food I will recommend the steak and seafood. Do not do the risotto and pasta they were not really good. However the staff is amazing. They are so great and pleasant. A sure winner in my eyes. That cheese salad also amazing.

23/07/2026: A warm welcome, friendly staff, and a menu with mouthwatering photos and a wide selection. The photos weren't misleading, and the food lived up to expectations. We each ordered a bruschetta and a plate of pasta; the portions were generous and the dishes were absolutely delicious. We were seated near the open kitchen, so we watched all the mouthwatering dishes being served. The only slight downside was the noise level, but it didn't spoil the experience. Reservations are recommended.
