A truly wonderful experience! The food is excellent, and from the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a warm, welcoming, and familiar atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The owner is a wonderful person: friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to his guests. The food is excellent, authentic, typical of the local environment, and prepared with locally sourced ingredients, which truly makes the difference. This place deserves nothing but praise: well-kept, authentic, and full of passion. Highly recommended for anyone who, like me, loves these truly authentic places.

La Cantina Ristorante da Francesco is one of those places that reminds you what it truly means to eat well. Here I rediscovered the flavors of yesteryear, the authentic ones, made with genuine ingredients and recipes that respect tradition without shortcuts. Because of my work and the relationships I cultivate, I've eaten in many renowned restaurants, especially in Lazio, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, and Campania, and for this very reason I believe I can confidently say that this is among the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. It's even more impressive to know that such a high standard can be found just 20 minutes from home.

An excellent dinner in the spirit of Cilento tradition We had dinner at Cantina da Francesco. I'd already been there during the summer, and given the fond memories, I decided to return. The dishes faithfully adhere to Cilento tradition, from appetizers to desserts. Fresh, top-quality ingredients, bold, well-balanced flavors. Each dish is truly an explosion of flavors. The service is truly beyond excellent, with a unique level of attention and kindness toward customers. The option to choose your portions so you don't overeat and can try a little bit of everything is greatly appreciated. The moment when the freshly made pasta is displayed at the table before being cooked is truly beautiful. I couldn't choose which dish I liked best; they were all impeccable. I ate there with my family and immediately felt at home. The owner is incredibly friendly and explained all the dishes available to us, describing them in detail. The quality of the food is excellent, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, locally raised meats, and the pasta is made to order—in short, authentic, Cilento, and locally sourced food.
