09/08/2025: On July 20, 2025, we celebrated our son's First Communion in this splendid location, which from the very first moment struck us with its attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was simply perfect: the food was excellent, fresh, and tasty, presented with great care and served with courtesy. And what can we say about the staff? Truly impeccable, from Mrs. Adele, who looked after us with availability and professionalism, to the maître d' and the waiters, always smiling and attentive to our every need. The piano bar contributed to the even more cheerful atmosphere, managing to entertain and engage all the guests, despite our small group. It was an unforgettable day.

21/07/2025: Service and location ok. Salty bill, stale or half-cooked bread. Spaghetti with clams salty and sticky. Shrimp not blended with zucchini. Octopus salad, meat, fruit and dessert ok.

26/08/2025: Truly an excellent experience! As a celiac, I often struggle to feel comfortable when I eat out, but here I was treated with great care. I was able to enjoy delicious dishes without any worries. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone with special dietary needs.

20/08/2025: Good appetizers, mediocre pizza for the price. Waited at least half an hour for said pizza. A friend of mine ordered the parmigiana pizza and got a small plate of parmigiana that wouldn't have fed even a dog and cost €10 (a steal). The second and final steal was the "marinato" with 1/5 of the contents of a €7-8 tray of smoked salmon, a nice arugula base that wasn't even listed on the menu, and "concassé di pomodorini" (cherry tomato concasseed), a fancy name for perfectly normal cherry tomatoes cut in half. Crostini were listed on the menu but were missing from the finished dish, all garnished with four strips of good-quality stracciatella. Basil, which should have been a mainstay of the dish given the listing, was never added. Truly a disgrace. All this for almost €80. This is mocking the customer. The place has nothing to complain about, it's clearly been recently renovated and done well. The kitchen needs an overhaul.

20/08/2025: Very nice restaurant in the center of Naples. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, pizza, vegetarian options, pasta, and desserts. The service is friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!

The food was exceptional yet wonderfully homey, and the prices were very reasonable. Service isn't fast, but that just adds to the charm - it feels like a grandma is cooking in the kitchen 😋.

26/07/2025: This was our first meal when we moved to Italy. Chef Mariella suggested a tasting of local starters that were ALL amazingly tasty and gave a wide variety of options. We then had the onion ravioli with Cacio e Pepe that was AMAZING!!! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious and Chef Mariella and her husband are just wonderful! Cannot recommend enough!!!

29/08/2025: The steak that you see is suppose to be a fillet it was so tough that I could not even cut it. No server came even once to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Paid the entire bill. The owner never even asked once why the entire plate was sent back. Total waste of a dinner experience.

19/07/2025: Più che di una cena occorre parlare di una esperienza.. ogni portata è stata una scoperta, accompagnata egregiamente da un ottimo vino consigliato dall’ottimo Biagio. The venue exceeded our expectations in every way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to get married or host an event in Sorrento. Planning a wedding from England without a planner could have been daunting, but thanks to Michele and Claudia, the entire process was incredibly easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Their communication was 10/10—prompt, efficient, and attentive to the finest details of my requests. Michele was particularly patient as I navigated countless questions and requests when meeting him at the Villa in the days leading up to the wedding. His understanding and support alleviated any stress and reassured me that our day would be perfect, and it truly was! On the wedding day, Michele went above and beyond by arriving at the ceremony venue to assist with my dress preparation and help my bridal party. When my veil got stuck while walking down the aisle, he was right there, saving the day! The Villa itself is breathtaking, and our guests were blown away by the fabulous views. Many of them told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, a testament not only to the villa's beauty but also to the incredible team that makes it all possible. When my husband and I arrived at the villa, Michele greeted us with a refreshing glass of water—such a thoughtful gesture that showed his experience in handling weddings, especially in the heat. The decorations were set up perfectly, addressing my previous concerns as I personally transported all the decor from the UK. Every detail was executed flawlessly, even better than I could have achieved myself. We also booked the food through the Villa, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted! As frequent diners at fine restaurants, we can confidently say the food at Villa Antiche Mura topped them all. The catering team even accommodated last-minute dietary requests from some of our guests without any fuss. The entertainment was phenomenal as well! We booked a band, a violinist, and a saxophonist through the villa, and they were incredibly talented. Our guests were thoroughly entertained throughout the entire day and evening, with many enjoying themselves so much that nobody left early! The entire team, especially Michele and Claudia, ensured that everything ran like clockwork. They thought of the little touches that made our day even more special, creating a seamless experience for us. Thank you so much to everyone at Villa Antiche Mura for your hard work and dedication in making our dream wedding come true! If you are considering a wedding venue, look no further—you will not be disappointed!

10/05/2025: Amazing venue from the very start when we were enquiring, to the finish with the most perfect day. Incredible staff, location, and food. Wish we could do it all again, exceeded all our expectations!

14/08/2025: It is a family restaurant located in a traditional market. The seafood is quite fresh. However, the dishes are not diverse and are also average and not impressive. The price, in my personal opinion, is a bit expensive.
