But you can't charge for a small glass—repeat a small glass—of zacapo. I find 15 euros illogical.
05/10/2025: Exorbitant prices and disappointing service.
The woman, presumably a first-timer, accidentally spilled two spritzes on me, completely soaking my pants. I avoided causing any problems, realizing it might have been a mistake due to inexperience.
What I found unacceptable, however, was the subsequent attitude: instead of receiving an apology, the cashier actually told me it was my fault, claiming I had "pulled my jacket." In reality, I was wearing a short leather jacket and was standing still, so this claim is completely unfounded.
In addition to the inconvenience, no courtesy or attention was shown for what had happened, not even a token discount. I believe that a place that calls itself professional should demonstrate greater respect and attention to its customers, especially in situations like this.

03/06/2025: Ho festeggiato in questa struttura il battesimo di mio figlio e ci sono ritornata quest’anno per la comunione dell’altra mia figlia e ci ritornerò sicuramente!
I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e una disponibilità unica il maître della sala lago non solo coordinava il tutto del migliore dei modi ma era sempre pronto ovunque io mi girassi ad incrociare il mio sguardo per accertarsi che tutto stesse andando come io volevo .
La proprietaria Anna, una persona rara da incontrare la sua disponibilità unica in tutto ciò che io le chiedessi entrando anche nel supporto di allestimenti e altro a cui non era tenuta partecipare proprio perché di un’ umiltà e una disponibilità incredibile
Il papà, un uomo distinto e gentile che non solo gestisce insieme ai figli l’attività, ma si occupa anche di fornire prodotti genuini del proprio orto alla cucina .
La struttura vi permette di realizzare ogni tipo di evento grande spaziosa pulita, ben tenuta.

03/06/2025: Domenica 1 giugno si è svolta la comunione di mio figlio in questo fantastico locale. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli dalla bellezza dell esterno alla fantastica preparazione della sala interna. Personale sempre disponibile e garbato. Cibo al top. Ringrazio i proprietari x averci seguito e aver reso questo giorno meraviglioso x noi e x tutti i nostri invitati. Consigliatissimo x ki vuole vivere una splendida festa 😍
