From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The setting is charming and elegant, just steps from the famous Piazzetta yet offering a quiet, intimate atmosphere perfect for a relaxing evening. The service was truly outstanding, and we want to give special thanks to Alexandro and Sonia, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. Alexandro was attentive, knowledgeable, and guided us through the menu with excellent recommendations. Sonia brought a genuine warmth and attentiveness that made us feel like honored guests. Their hospitality was sincere, personal, and greatly enhanced our overall experience. The food was exceptional. We enjoyed a beautifully prepared seafood pasta, fresh grilled fish, and appetizers that showcased the best of local ingredients. Everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The wine list offered a great selection of regional options, and the sommelier helped us choose a pairing that elevated the entire meal. For dessert, we followed their advice and tried the lemon specialty — and it was the perfect choice. Light, refreshing, and full of citrus flavor, it captured the essence of Capri in every bite. La Capannina is not just a restaurant, it’s an experience of Capri’s best — exceptional food, heartfelt service, and timeless charm. 24/06/2025: Typical pizzeria, definitely cheap but not for this reason with poor products, on the contrary Not many choices of pizza, but in the end... Do we really need so many choices?! Just to go back!

24/06/2025: I have traveled to Italy several times, I have eaten pizzas in front of the erupting Stromboli, I have even eaten pizzas prepared by my mother, but as far as I can remember, this is the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life.

20/06/2025: Fair enough considering the Anacapri prices and food. Food is okay: my wife had a Pollo al Limone and I had a Seabass al Limone (didn’t take photos 🤦🏼‍♂️). Staff was gentle, but the restaurante allows people smoking in the garden, which is really annoying.

20/06/2025: A hidden gem in the heart of Anacapri Tonight my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Il Solitario, a restaurant nestled in one of the oldest and most fascinating gardens in Anacapri. The cuisine is in perfect harmony with the principles of the Mediterranean diet. We enjoyed the freshest fish, a light and crunchy Italian-style mixed fry, tasty grilled vegetables and generous portions, all seasoned with excellent extra virgin olive oil and bread, homemade by the owner. The wine list was well-curated. The cocktails also surprised us with their balance and presentation. The service was impeccable: kind, attentive but never intrusive staff, who made you feel immediately at home. Finally, the prices are more than fair, especially considering the high quality of the food and the overall experience. Il Solitario is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants on the island of Capri — a place where tradition, authenticity and hospitality blend together perfectly. We will definitely be back.

02/06/2025: It would be impossible to over-praise Caruso's. The venue itself, the food, and the service were all magnificent. Kudos go especially to server Salvatore, who worked carefully and patiently to avoid my wife's lactose allergy by modifying each fish as necessary. Absolutely magnificent on all counts. .

24/05/2025: My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at Caruso roof garden during our trip to Napoli. Giovanni, Andrea and Pasquale provided great service to us. The food was delicious! They were accommodating for my wife's allergies as well. The view was beautiful. Overall, we had a great experience.

Excellent quality and more than affordable prices. The staff was really kind and helpful. We felt like we were at home. We will be back❤

10/06/2025: Amazing experience! The food is heavenly and the desserts were amazing! We stumbled upon this place during our last day in Naples, we were taken by the authenticity of the place and the kindness of the waiter. The food was amazing, I can’t even start with the perfect pasta and the tender beef steak we had. Then we tried their heavenly homemade and local desserts, I fell in love with the chocolate cake and the homemade orange jam, and let’s not forget the amazing lemon sorbet.

03/06/2025: Dinner with friends, very good food and very honest prices. Special menu, not the usual Neapolitan trattoria, traditional but not at all banal. Special mention for the stuffed cuttlefish and for the desserts. Highly recommended!

16/06/2025: This was an amazing meal with my family. It was my sons birthday is this exceeded all expectations. My favorite was the octopus salad and the truffle pasta. Maybe the best pasta I have ever eaten. All the plates were cleaned and we left stuffed and fully satisfied. We will be back when come back to Sorrento. The chef is just lovely and service was outstanding.

We chose the 4-course vegetarian tasting menu, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was beautifully plated, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with flavor. As we sat enjoying our final bites, we couldn’t help but feel a little bad for the crowds of tourists packed into the busy spots along the main strip only a few minutes walk away from the crowds. If you’re looking for a dinner that’s a bit more intimate, elevated, and genuinely memorable, make the short walk. You won’t regret it.
