13/09/2025: A particularly beautiful restaurant located in the historic center of Nola. At the entrance, a cool garden invites you to enjoy a delicious pizza. The interior rooms, all with Pompeian frescoes and themed decor, are also delightful. Aside from all this, the food is divine. The menu offers a wide selection of both meat and fish. I opted for fish. For starters, there were various courses, including baby octopus Luciana-style, mussels, octopus salad, fried anchovies, marinated salmon, and a delicious stuffed shellfish. What can I say? It was all delicious, but the spaghetti with clams took the cake. I've never tasted so flavorful, with some exquisite battered vegetables. It was all washed down with a bottle of Falanghina. The abundance of dishes led us straight to the sweet and sour. I'll definitely be back to delight in the main courses. Excellent quality, excellent service, excellent everything, even the bill. I'm so glad I was there.

Mr. Salvatore, along with his father, the chef, are friendly and attentive, and they satisfy customers even with requests outside the menu. The knowledgeable staff constantly attends to the customer's needs. The recommended wines are excellent. This review clearly demonstrates the satisfaction of dining at Antichi Sapori. 06/10/2025: Antichi Sapori was a lovely discovery. The place was quiet, without any hustle and bustle or distracting noises, perfect for enjoying a peaceful dinner. The staff greeted me with a smile, the kind of welcome that makes you feel like you're at a friend's house. The restaurant is truly charming, clean, tidy, and has that modern touch that's so appealing, but not overdone. The service was excellent, fast, and attentive; I didn't have to wait long between courses, but I didn't feel rushed either. The appetizer had so many delicious things to try, everything was super fresh, with quality ingredients—real ones, not cheap ones. The first course was made with perfectly cooked pasta and beautifully seasoned. Nothing complicated, just fresh ingredients cooked just right. The fried food impressed me. You know when you eat fried food and feel heavy afterward? Not here, it was light, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but above all, dry. The desserts, to finish, were well-made, not too sweet, not too elaborate, but made with care. The price was fair for what I ate. Antichi Sapori is one of those places you'll want to return to. If you're passing through Vico Equense and want to eat well without too much fuss, this is the place to go.

15/10/2025: We went to this restaurant without any expectations, and I must say, we were absolutely blown away! The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was top-notch. Truly amazing! But what really made the night unforgettable was the kindness of Danielle and his wife. They went above and beyond by personally driving us all the way back to our hotel when there were no taxis available after dinner. Who does that? Only someone who is genuinely generous and caring. This experience made it clear: this is officially the best restaurant we’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: I visited this Michelin-starred restaurant for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I had high expectations, which were met every time, from appetizer to dessert. I chose one of the experience menus. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the location was elegant and intimate. Street parking is available in blue lines, or there's a private parking lot less than 50 meters away, which is part of a local 5-star hotel, but you can also park inside.

28/09/2025: Let's start with the ambiance: simple and essential, in wabi sabi style. The service is certainly excellent, no doubt about it. Unfortunately, the sore point is what should be the most important thing: the food. From bitter to burnt to salty in every possible nuance, leaving us at the end of the meal with a bitter taste in our mouths, including the sweet one.

They recommended the catch of the day, and it was an unforgettable taste surprise. The calamari was the best I've ever had. The pizza was excellent. I'm also writing this review to remind myself where to go again. PS. Try the zuppa inglese... simply fantastic.

06/10/2025: Delicious and enormous Margherita and drink for only €10! The pizza is large enough for two. I was impressed that it went from dough to my table in 15 minutes. This place is located on the outside perimeter of the Galleria Umberto I and a few steps from the Teatro San Carlo. So it’s a convenient stop when you visit Piazza Plebiscito.

The dish that literally won me over was the Lardiata 😋 an excellence that alone is worth the trip. It's a dish I highly recommend to anyone who wants to savor a piece of local gastronomic history. All the staff were exquisitely kind and professional, attentive to every need but never intrusive. If you're looking for a place to enjoy authentic Campania cuisine, in a refined environment and where the customer is treated with the utmost care and attention, "La Marchesella" is the perfect choice.
