09/11/2025: La Floridiana was truly a pleasure to visit. The dashing direttore di sala, Antonio , was charming, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. He took amazing care of us during our stay, making perfect wine pairing suggestions and ensuring that we had all the information we needed to fully enjoy Capri. Food in the hotel was amazing, and the included breakfast was spectator, as well as the atmosphere. We planned to stay only one night, that turned into two in large part due to Antonio and company. The location is amazing. A short walk through a pedestrian only area where you walk by villas and gardens. The view from the restaurant and our room was unrivaled. Quiet, clean, and private, we always felt like we had the place to ourselves. November is a fantastic time of year to visit, worth every penny. Thank you La Floridiana!!!

Informal atmosphere with few dishes, little choice but this is a sign of authenticity......the staff and owner are few but friendly, excellent value for money, highly recommended....reservations are required, there are only 8 tables.......I forgot, generous portions

06/03/2026: The dishes were well-executed. The service was really fast. The choice was limited to two starters. I would have expected slightly larger portions. €20 for a starter and main course (I didn't order a side dish, which may have been included, but I wasn't told). Overall, it's good, but I don't agree with the hype. There are perhaps better options in Vomero.

03/03/2026: A place right in the city center. Top-notch food and super-friendly staff. I recommend a typical Neapolitan dish: ziti alla genovese!! Truly exceptional.

13/01/2026: Excellent place, spacious, bright, and very clean. We went on Saturday night for a pizza that unfortunately didn't impress us; it was too hard, and perhaps the oven wasn't hot enough. The Neapolitan fried fish was excellent. Fast and friendly service. I'd recommend expanding the menu a bit. We'll be back to try the cuisine.

03/03/2026: We had dinner at Ristorante Da Giannino. The mixed grill was excellent and plentiful, with mixed seasonal vegetables and baked potatoes. Reasonable price. We recommend it!

22/02/2026: We had dinner this evening and were very satisfied. We had an appetizer for two with homemade salami, a delicious mixed vegetable dish, and delicious homemade bread. Then we had the linguine with lupini beans, a real treat. Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat dessert. Generous portions, great prices. I highly recommend it!

30/12/2025: The restaurant was a pleasant discovery. The owners are very courteous, kind, and helpful. They were able to accommodate my needs even after I disclosed my vegan diet. The restaurant is very well-maintained, clean, and suitable for any occasion. The dishes I was offered (different each time) far exceeded my expectations; they were excellent. The quality of the ingredients is high. Kudos to the young owners for believing in tradition but also in culinary innovation.

06/12/2025: Lira is a family-run gem, and it shows: the service is welcoming, friendly, and professional; the menu cleverly combines tradition and local ingredients with modern culinary techniques and concepts, resulting in elegant and surprising dishes; and finally, the prices are very fair for an experience I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for something special.

13/10/2025: Another strange experience, honestly. We're not used to private beaches, and in this region, 99% of them are taken over by restaurants. So, you expect first-class service, and the truth is, it's not like that. In such a touristy place, they don't speak Spanish or English. "ABSURD." Afterwards, they only had one waiter, who was hardly a waiter. He set the table in five stages, since instead of carrying everything on a tray, he brought us: the tablecloths first and left. After a few minutes, he arrived with the cutlery and left, then the plates, and then the menus. So if you ask about the food, I'll leave it to your amusing conclusion. In short, expensive and bad. Anyway, Italy....

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

06/01/2026: I'd never been to this restaurant before, but I have to admit it was a truly fantastic experience: chic, fast and attentive service, and delicious dishes. I was particularly impressed by the deconstructed millefeuille, which was probably the best I've ever eaten. I personally paid my well-deserved compliments to the very kind owner/chef. What more can I say? Well done, and keep up the good work.

21/03/2026: A little out of the way and not easy to find, but the restaurant was packed! The food was excellent: the grilled herring, the contorno with perfectly cooked escarole, and the desserts were all superb. The service was discreet, and the waiter was able to recommend wines without pushing the €80 bottle... so while the prices are higher (let's say the level is comparable to a French restaurant), it's truly worth every penny of the food.
