The staff showed genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a true passion for delivering a memorable dining experience. We chose two standout main courses: Risotto alla Carbonara (Best Seller): A creative and technically precise reinterpretation of an Italian classic. The risotto’s creaminess, the balance between pecorino and guanciale, and the perfect texture of the rice reflect culinary mastery and a respectful yet modern approach to tradition. Homemade Potato Gnocchi: Light and velvety in texture, made with top-quality ingredients. Each bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the freshness of the produce and the chef’s skill in blending simplicity with sophistication. The desserts maintained the high standard of the meal, with elegant presentation and well-balanced flavors. 08/06/2025: Gracias a Miguel y su esposa! This was easily the best meal we had in Ischia. The setting is beautiful, we sat out on the terrace. We got recommendations for food and wine and everything exceeded our expectations. If you are in ischia you have to make a stop here. The food quality, the service and the atmosphere cannot be beaten. We will be back - César y Nicola.

16/05/2025: Después de haber pasado una semana maravillosa en Sorrento, decidimos celebrarlo con un almuerzo especial en el restaurante La Pergola Sorrento - Bellevue Syrene esperando el tipo de servicio y calidad que corresponde a un establecimiento de cinco estrellas. Desafortunadamente, la experiencia fue nada menos que impactante. Desde el principio, el servicio fue poco atento e inconsistente. Nos preguntaron dos veces qué tipo de agua queríamos, solo para que nos dejaran esperando hasta la tercera ocasión, cuando tuvimos que avisar al personal nosotros mismos. Esto marcó el tono para el resto de la comida, desorganizada e indiferente. En cuanto a la comida, fue una completa decepción. Después de una hora esperando mi hamburguesa con queso, pidió mediana, llegó bien - hecho y apenas caliente. Los ñoquis de mi esposa corrieron la misma suerte: tibios y poco inspiradores. Si se supone que esto representa una buena comida en un entorno de lujo, entonces simplemente no vimos la diferencia entre este y cualquier otro restaurante estándar en Sorrento. La atmósfera general carecía de cualquier toque especial que justificara las altas expectativas (y precios) de un hotel de cinco estrellas. El servicio se sentía descuidado, y la calidad de la comida era poco impresionante. Al final, el restaurante La Pergola Sorrento - Bellevue Syrene no logró ofrecer tanto hospitalidad como cocina, dejándonos con nada más que decepción. Lamentablemente, basándonos en nuestra experiencia, no recomendaríamos este lugar a nadie que busque una comida o servicio excepcional.

16/05/2025: Qué fantástico restaurante de principio a fin. Reservamos para nuestros amigos cumpleaños especiales y esto no decepcionó. Recibido a su llegada por el personal amable y conducido a nuestra mesa con vistas a la bahía, las vistas son espectaculares. Copa de burbujas a la llegada y el servicio y la comida en todo eran de primera clase. Extra especial ya que el personal proporcionó un desierto local con velas para nuestros amigos y el pianista residente jugó feliz cumpleaños. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente para cualquier ocasión especial, ya que sin duda lo hicieron especial.

Alessandro, el propietario de Hosterio Il Brigante, fue un gran anfitrión y las recetas eran clásicos de la región. El ambiente y la comida nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos comiendo en su casa.

02/06/2025: En una ciudad famosa por excelentes restaurantes a precios razonables, Osteria la Carmela destaca entre los 6 restaurantes finos que hemos probado allí en 2024 y '25. Este no es un lugar que se gana sus muchas buenas críticas basadas en grandes habitaciones ventiladas y restaurantes al aire libre. Es una ostería de una habitación sin asientos al aire libre y menos de una docena de mesas. Pero todo sobre él es excelente - - el menú (especialmente platos de marisco) , la preparación de la comida, el vino de la casa, el servicio de bienvenida y los precios muy razonables. En el Carmela, me siento como si estuviera cenando en una acogedora casa privada napolitana, con al menos dos generaciones de cocineros familiares en la cocina. Este es un lugar especial, bien situado cerca de Vía Toledo y el famoso Museo Arqueológico Nacional. Espero tener la suerte de cenar allí una y otra vez.

31/05/2025: Beautiful place! We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend of mine. The restaurant was beautiful, with sober but elegant lighting. The waiters were attentive, with fast but efficient service. The best thing was the food. The food was delicious, very finely prepared. Among the appetizers, I highly recommend the mozzarella in carrozza and the parmigiana. The latter is undoubtedly among the best I have ever tasted. The main courses were very good, and with a price consistent with the quality of the product. The desserts were delicious, what a panna cotta! In short, one of the best osterias I have ever tried in Naples. 100% recommended.

29/05/2025: Una visita obbligatoria per chi si trova in irpinia. Enzo, simpaticissimo proprietario ci ha ricevuti con il garbo necessario e ci ha coccolati durante la cena con leccornie sopraffine preparate dalla mamma ai fornelli. Una esplosione di sapori che ha toccato il cuore con i tagliolini al tartufo e porcini. Come dessert un cannolo ripieno delicatissimo con crema di papaia che aveva il sapore delle spiagge brasiliane. Tutto annaffiato da un prezioso aglianico. Provare per credere. Ogni tanto una gioia. Successo enzo.
