01/06/2026: I wouldn't recommend this place if you don't like waiting. The service is extremely poor. I had a reservation for 8:00 PM. After being seated, I asked for water and a glass of wine, but they didn't arrive until 20 minutes later, and only after I'd reminded them twice. The order was taken even later, and the food was served just as slowly. The food is indeed delicious, and the presentation is original, but the atmosphere created by the staff completely ruins the experience. The waiters are constantly fussing, arguing among themselves, and answering every request with "yes," after which nothing happens. After 15 minutes, you have to find another waiter, who responds in exactly the same way. And the cycle repeats itself over and over again. And this wasn't just my table. There was a family of three at the next table. We arrived around the same time, but their menus arrived even later than mine. Meanwhile, the terrace was only half full. I ended up leaving at 10:00 PM because I'd spent the last 20-30 minutes just waiting for the bill. It only arrived after I asked for it three times. After the third request, I stood up and slowly headed for the exit, as I couldn't wait any longer. The music was a major drawback. It was playing from one of the waiters' phones through a speaker. Every time he moved away, the music would cut out or start playing intermittently due to signal loss. And after every two or three tracks, the entire terrace was forced to listen to YouTube ads. The food here is good, but the service is so poor that it completely negates the positive impressions I had from the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend this place if you dislike waiting, as the service was extremely poor. I had a reservation for 8:00 PM. After being seated, I ordered a glass of wine and some water. Another major downside was the music. It was being played from a waiter’s phone through a portable speaker. Every time he moved farther away, the music would cut out or start stuttering due to signal loss. On top of that, the entire terrace had to listen to YouTube advertisements after every two or three songs. The food is good, but the level of service is so poor that it completely overshadows the positive aspects of the dining experience.

07/01/2026: Highly recommended, lunch on January 5th was excellent. I highly recommend it. They didn't give us a menu with prices, but we had no unpleasant surprises; the quality of the food and service was excellent for the price. Thanks to the owner for the orecchiette pasta made for our baby, they were truly delicious. The ravioli with creamed peppers were delicious, and the cod was delicious, with a very balanced flavor and fennel sauce. Go there, it's top-notch cuisine!

28/12/2025: I'd love to tell you how the food is, but we couldn't even get in...even though the place was completely empty, the owner was getting ready to smoke a cigarette, and the waiters were all folded...it was completely booked! You wouldn't think they have a welcoming attitude!

26/10/2025: Delicious food, friendly service, nice and peaceful off season and enough choice for a couple of vegetarians!

20/09/2025: We walked up without a reservation and were seated right away. The waitress was excellent as was the food. We had the fresh fish of the day and split it between us. It was worth the money.

24/02/2026: We organized a lunch for my mother's birthday. There were 20 of us. The lady who runs it is super nice and helpful. She can't wait to tell you about the animals and the countryside in general. She shows so much passion and love for nature. The food was very good—the cured meats were particularly good, and the meat and eggs were few. All the ingredients were produced on site. The agreed-upon price seemed consistent with what was offered.

01/01/2026: Wonderful experience at this agriturismo! The owner, Rosalba, is a wonderful person: kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had dinner and slept there on December 31st. The food was authentic and the service was courteous. The breakfast was high-quality and attentive to allergies/intolerances. The room was clean, cozy, bright, and quiet, surrounded by nature. A unique peace! The animals are beautiful, and you can tell they love them and care deeply! We'll be back as soon as we can! ❤️ Thanks again!

12/05/2026: A stay in a charming accommodation in a unique place in the world. Sleeping while imagining the lives of people in small spaces, raising their children and earning a living, makes you reflect. The accommodation is very comfortable, the bathroom is excellent, the breakfast is great, and the girls at reception give great tips. Suggestion: pack light, use a backpack (a wheeled suitcase here is crazy), comfortable shoes, and a hat is essential. If you come by car, leave it in the Via Saragat parking lot; it's covered, very affordable, and you can walk to the sassi or take a bus that drops you off very close.

28/04/2026: The bed was a bit hard for our preference, but staying in a cave is incredible and the experience will never be forgotten. There was a very large selection for breakfast and they catered to my gluten-free needs, upon prior request. They had fresh honeycomb and fresh homemade yogurt.

It all began about 25 years ago, even professionally, for Lucanian director Giampiero Francese, who returned last year to direct the Cinespettacolo "La Storia Bandita" in the Grancia Park of Brindisi Montagna.

05/05/2026: A fantastic experience this evening at the restaurant "da mario 2.0"... The food was absolutely delicious, especially the platter with many high-quality cured meats and cheeses! The service was impeccable! Roberto and Tatia were very attentive and offered excellent recommendations. We thank chef Vito for his creative and tasty dishes! The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening. We can't wait to return!
