09/12/2025: Best meal we’ve had while traveling in Italy. Good food, good wine, good atmosphere, and such warm hospitality from the owner and family. We asked for recommendations from the owner, and ordered octopus “alla pignata” for appetizer. Next was amberjack carpaccio. For mains we got “Chitarrine” alla tarantina and Baked fish fillet. The octopus is fresh and tender, tomato base with the basil leaves is so fragrant. Tasting the dish somehow made me feel nostalgic. Amberjack carpaccio is also fresh and pairs surprisingly well with the red pepper and olive oil. Baked fish amberjack fillet was an aromatic treat. The meat was fresh and flavorful, and pairs nicely with the potatoes and vegetables. The “Chitarrine” alla tarantina was also very delicious, with the pasta cooked perfectly and the mussels fresh and flavorful as well. Overall it was an incredible meal, and we left wondering why it does not have at least a Michelin recommendation. Thank you for an unforgettable dinner.

08/05/2026: We went for lunch. We had spaghetti with clams, seafood scialatielli, a delicious peppered mussel dish, and two focaccias for the ferry ride. Everything was delicious, the service excellent, and the atmosphere pleasant. Fair prices. Highly recommended.

07/05/2026: As soon as we arrived, the waiter asked us, "Would you like sparkling or still water?" We told him our preference. Besides, we each ordered our drinks separately. We felt it was unnecessary to require a bottle of water and then charge for it without having explicitly requested it. It's not very transparent. Otherwise, the food was good, but nothing special.

They pampered us and advised us throughout. I emphasize the professionalism and promptness of the waiters, always attentive to what was missing and what was served at the table. They were attentive, kind, extremely polite, professional, and never intrusive. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

11/06/2026: We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend, also trusting the excellent reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The problems began immediately with accessibility: the restaurant is completely inconvenient for strollers (there are no ramps or dedicated entrances, a serious architectural barrier even for wheelchair users), and the bathroom lacks a changing table. In 2026, I find this unacceptable. Even though I had specified in my reservation that we were bringing a baby—hoping for an inside table with air conditioning—they seated us outside. The outside, covered in plastic tarps, created an unbearable heat, without even a fan to cool us down. To top it all off, we had to wait 20 minutes in the heat just for water. The food: the appetizer was mediocre (commercial cured meats and bruschetta with clearly packaged pâté; the only redeeming feature was the cheese). The first courses were completely tasteless, and the strangozzi were a sticky mess, with the consistency of industrial-strength fresh pasta from the supermarket. The second courses were also a sore point: while the sea bream was acceptable, the mixed grill was awful, overcooked and charred. The only positive aspect of the meal was the tiramisu. The service: distracted and inattentive. Despite asking to share dishes, we had to ask several times for clean plates. No one offered us grated cheese for the first courses, forcing us to ask for it. The final bill was decidedly disproportionate for the quality offered. We had high expectations, but we definitely won't be returning.

20/09/2025: A bit lacking as a free beach but if you like to sit on the rocks of the pier/promenade there is a way to find a spot.

07/09/2025: We enjoyed it there a lot! We booked a Gazebo. It was really nice and clean. There always staffs nearby incase you need to ask something. They have area for activities as well. It suits for family with kids. They also offer phone chargers with locker and it costs 1€. It got charged pretty quick too! Highly recommend here!

11/05/2026: They forgot half the pizza ingredients. We asked for a bottle of water and they didn't bring it. €1.50 cover charge is excessive, even if it had a sea view. Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant and don't match the quality of the food. The food isn't good quality; the sausages were cold, tasted like they were from the fridge, and there was too much oil on the pizza. The sausages were badly cut. The fries were incredibly salty. I even have a stomachache, and I've had heartburn. Besides that, the staff is very kind and respectful... the atmosphere is lovely, but the prices and everything else are awful. I felt like my money was stolen. Have a nice day.
