07/08/2025: Pesce sempre di ottima qualità in base al pescato del giorno. Antipasti ottimi e ben curati con materie prime selezionate, primi eccellenti come cotture, gusto e preparazione (si vede la preparazione di chi sta in cucina), secondi molto buoni. Cortesia del personale e dei proprietari. Prezzi per alcuni un po’ alti, ma la qualità si paga e qui c’è tutta. Dopo tanti anni e tante prove credo di poter affermare che si tratti del miglior ristorante a Viareggio.

23/07/2025: Siamo stati in famiglia Devo dire che il ristorante ha un nome blasonato perciò siamo andati tranquillamente credendo che fosse un ristorante si mangiasse divinamente invece porzioni scadenti i prezzi troppo alti pietanze in sapore hanno fatto sorgere un dubbio ma il nome è veramente una garanzia?? Non sempre è così

12/07/2025: An experience of cordiality and excellent flavors! During our week-long vacation, we went there twice. The first time because we were convinced by the photos of the dishes, the second time because we had to return! We found no flaws (at least not ones worthy of note)! The menu was easy to understand, the specialty items were appetizing, the preparation was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their guests. We're not posting photos of the dishes because we didn't have time! Beautiful, artistic, delicious, plentiful, inviting, and fragrant. I'm posting this review with the hope that anyone passing through Champoluc who has the opportunity to stop for a meal can visit Andreone and his staff and have the same experience we did!

29/06/2025: Excellent restaurant with particularly attentive and empathetic staff. We always dined in the restaurant for all three evenings spent in Champoluc always finding the possibility of appropriate choices both from the general menu and from the suggestions relating to the off-menu. Highly recommended.

22/07/2025: An experience that would have deserved an extra star if the price hadn't been so high. The location is enchanting, inside a villa that's often the venue for events or weddings. The restaurant is an ultra-luxury establishment, even boasting a green Michelin star (for sustainability). The dishes are refined, and the menu is undoubtedly high-quality. The dish that made the chef famous, chicken livers with dark chocolate puff pastry, is one to remember. The only downside is the price, as it was more expensive than other restaurants with actual Michelin stars. In short, a highly respectable restaurant, with a menu that may not be cutting-edge but is truly top-notch, and for a few dozen euros less, it would have deserved five stars.

21/06/2025: Overall, extremely subpar experience despite some highlights. Food and service being the lowlights. Of the dishes we tried, 50% were inedible (e.g. mullet, grains). We also had two times where the portion sizes were drastically different between two people at the same table. The servers didn’t do anything about it. For example, the spaghetti portions had one that was 50% the other which was comically bad. Another artichoke dish one plate had 3 and another plate only had 2. Shocking how little attention to detail the restaurant had for being so expensive. The service was also extremely slow (which I can understand given they were busier), but with the price, our expectations were much higher. I don’t recommend anyone coming here because of the lack of quality control and training in service.

27/07/2025: Nothing to say about the location or the service... But unfortunately, I notice that the place is often empty, and it's easy to understand why. In a place like Monte Sant'Angelo, prices like those in Milan are a bit excessive. A platter of cured meats and cheeses, €18, may seem like a great deal, but the quantity is really small; like a schiacciata with oil and oregano, €9... €9 is a lot. I'm not arguing with the quality, as it's average, but the prices are really high. Going out for a simple aperitivo and spending €30 per person is definitely not an option.

02/08/2025: In occasione di una visita culturale alla Reggia di Venaria Reale, ci siamo fermati per un pranzo dopo la visita alla Reggia. La nostra valutazione è decisamente positiva: Il personale gentile, giovane e dinamico ci ha messo a nostro agio. Il cibo, ed in questo caso la "pizza" veramente ottima. Il conto finale è risultato convincente e positivo. La struttura si affaccia in una piazza mantenuta piacevolmente "come era in origine", arricchendo la sensazione di trovarsi in un luogo storico. In pratica tutto bene 👍!

25/06/2025: It's a nice restaurant and the location is very nice, except that I ordered a plate of pasta and it arrived raw, but the pizza is excellent. I would recommend it for a pizza and a salad, which looks very inviting

The personnel is pleasant and friendly, the food is excellent, the environment is unique and unique, it is truly very pleasant.

18/07/2025: Very friendly staff, great food and affordable prices. Traditional italian / naples food. We managed to get along with the waiter even with not so perfect italian and he was very friendly with my 9 year old niece, teasing her. Food came quickly, and portions very large, which was great since we were very hungry. Everything was delicious.

16/07/2025: Ero stato in questo ristorante molto tempo fa e non mi ero trovato male (a dire il vero avevo mangiato solo pizza); trovandomi nei dintorni sono ritornato:UNA DELUSIONE TOTALE Una mozzarella accompagnata con pomodori e melanzane (?!?) ed Un piatto di spaghetti con cozze e vongole 24 euro (non sapevano di niente, ne ho lasciato mezzi), acqua naturale totale 50 euro - un ladrocinio Ristorante accalappia turisti Il proprietario, vedendomi perplesso mentre pagavo il conto, forse rendendosi conto, si è giustificato mettendola sulla qualità !!!! Sono spesso in giro e pranzo fuori 100 giorni all’anno …. la qualità appunto : mediocre MAI PIÙ

30/07/2025: A tasteful trattoria with fine tableware, housed in an old olive oil mill. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the food is excellent and beautifully presented. The prices are reasonable, and the owner demonstrates great passion and courage in his work.

30/07/2025: A hidden gem among the Calabrian olive trees During our recent trip to Calabria, we had the pleasure of dining at a truly unique restaurant, nestled inside a carefully restored old olive oil mill. The location is simply enchanting: intimate, elegant, and meticulously crafted, with an atmosphere that captivates from the moment you step inside. The staff was impeccable: friendly, helpful, and highly trained, offering attentive service without ever being intrusive. A rare balance. The menu, though limited in number of courses, clearly demonstrates how quality can (and should) prevail over quantity. Each dish is refined, with original yet perfectly harmonious flavor combinations. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and every bite is a sensory experience that recounts the region with refinement. Finally, the bill was another pleasant surprise: absolutely fair prices, especially when compared to many other restaurants in the area that, despite charging similar or higher prices, don't even come close to this level of quality. A place worth discovering and experiencing, perfect for those seeking an authentic and memorable gastronomic experience.

18/08/2025: Pizza dinner for two. The atmosphere is lovely; in summer, guests dine outside in a charming street atmosphere, enhanced by Fellini-inspired architectural elements: the Fellini Museum and a decorative rhinoceros from one of his films. The pizza is truly delicious and comes with a wide variety of toppings: a capricciosa and a sottobosco. Service is attentive and fast. Reservations are recommended due to the large number of tourists. Prices are average.
