21/06/2025: Italian pasta, PIZZA, steak, seafood risotto are all super delicious. The waiter is super handsome and has a good memory. This restaurant is worth visiting several times.

03/06/2025: Agriturismo Calisto serves food that, in my opinion, is hard to find these days. Everything served here has always been grown from scratch and freshly cooked. For a small set price per person, you get an entire meal that's almost impossible to finish. The owners are fully committed, and you can feel their dedication. If you want to enjoy authentic Italian food in a rural setting, you MUST come here!

20/07/2025: We returned to this restaurant because we had a great time last year, and this year too, the food was excellent and the staff was friendly. Recommended.

18/07/2025: We were here twice. Both times I ordered carbonara pasta. The first time it was really delicious (you can see it in the first photo). However, the second time I came and ordered the same thing, the food was much worse prepared (you can see it in the second photo). The eggs were overcooked, they didn't stick to the pasta, but fell off it.. so I had to eat half of the pasta... despite that, the portion was really big.. so if you still decide to try eating here and choose carbonara, I would suggest coming really hungry..

02/08/2025: From father to son, here from Florence, for over 15 years now I have always eaten EXCELLENT PIZZA!! The family-friendly atmosphere is welcoming!! The bathroom and the entire place are very clean. I highly recommend it!!

13/06/2025: Incredibly slow and unfriendly service, we had to wait 25 minutes for draft beers, with no other guests besides us, and 4 staff "working" in the pizzeria... They managed to assemble the pizzas (7 in total) in 1 hour... the quality of the food was okay, but we were disappointed with the place. What would have happened if there had been guests at every table.

We ordered a fried food and some pizzas, I have an eye and already from the fried food from the color I realized that it was exquisite, said and done, devoured! Then what about the pizzas, I am an eater of Lecce pizza, I repeat every week we are looking for the best places. TOP EXQUISITE PIZZA TO RECOMMEND TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS. TODAY I RETURNED AFTER 2 DAYS WITH THE FAMILY, AND I SUGGEST THE TAGLIOLINI WITH SEAFOOD, SUGGESTED BY THE KIND AND SCRUPULOUS MRS. ANGELA, VERY RIGHT TOGETHER WITH THE FRIED CALAMARI. 29/07/2025: I've never written negative reviews on restaurants because if I don't like a place, I simply don't go back, but in this case I felt cheated. We ordered two cuts of steak, and both were mixed up, some pieces of delicious meat and others inedible: it was dry and smelly. I find it truly shameful. Do you think people are stupid?

09/07/2025: Very good pizza, courteous and very fast service, spacious but a bit chaotic environment. The only flaw is the beer: a medium blonde at a too excessive cost is the reason for the 3 stars. Finally, the coffee can be improved. Too bad!

13/08/2025: It seems that tourists are less well served here than the locals: too much ice in the aperitifs, seafood salads without flavor, pasta with vongole without wine (even though wine was one of the ingredients on the menu), barely grilled squid without flavor or condiments... to be avoided
