17/06/2025: I was looking for the phone number to go back and I realized I hadn't reviewed it... quickly done: convenient parking at off-peak times and periods, but a walk is also good for appetite and digestion. Neat location and attentive service never pushy. Food (sciat, cured meats, risotto with perch) well executed and with a very balanced flavor. Really good.

24/06/2025: Top location, being right in the center and if you're lucky, there's also parking a little further on (but there are about ten, no more!). We didn't stay overnight, but we went to the restaurant for lunch. Generous portions, interesting menu. Maybe they weren't expecting all the people who then arrived, being first only two and then three (two in the dining room and one in the kitchen) but we waited a bit too long between the appetizer and the first course, and we were a bit hungry. We had a cutting board as an appetizer that I recommend for two because it's abundant and complete (18€) and a caprese, as first courses we had a carbonara with truffle and a cacio e pepe with pistachio. Too bad for the wait, I certainly would have enjoyed it more but I understand the unexpected. A ten/fifteen minute walk (or 5 by car) takes you to the Belvedere for Civita Bagnoregio.

14/06/2025: I did not rate the rooms because I only had the pleasure of having lunch, but if the passion that is put in by the staff is the same as the restaurant, the rooms are also a positive certainty. Everything taken care of in detail, with dishes to lick the plate at the end. Everything very good, with excellent service in an intimate and welcoming context... even my dog ​​Black received attention from an impeccable service. Professionalism, courtesy, friendliness. A thank you therefore to the staff for having made me spend a good time of my holiday and I will not forget as always happens for those, or what, makes me feel good. Nico.

24/06/2025: Very warm welcome, ample parking, very pleasant terrace, fairly fast service, and food and wines that offer more than reasonable value for money. Highly recommended (provided you make a reservation). The dishes are just a little lacking in flavor, but that's a very personal opinion.

03/06/2025: Il proprietario è stato di una gentilezza rara: nonostante il locale fosse quasi pieno, è riuscito a trovarci un tavolo all’esterno, permettendoci di cenare in tranquillità all’aria aperta. Il pesce era freschissimo e cucinato con cura — ogni piatto, dai crudi alle portate principali, era davvero delizioso. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’attenzione verso i bambini: le nostre bambine sono state accolte con un sorriso e qualche piccola accortezza che ha fatto la differenza. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Una serata piacevole sotto ogni aspetto, torneremo sicuramente!

15/05/2025: Pesce fresco di qualità, ottimo il sapore dell’antipasto. Buono il primo della mia compagna i tagliolini al nero di seppia con capesante e carciofi. La mia zuppa di pesce eccedeva troppo con il sapore un po’ troppo salata e le spezie coprivano il sapore del pesce (una zuppa senza poter fare la scarpetta 😕). Sull’antipasto: il piatto a barchetta che vedete nelle varie foto è lui! Molto buono però per 50€ la quantità è un po’ scarsa! Locale con musica di sottofondo(non dal vivo), bellissimi bicchieri in vetro di Murano! (tavolino trabballante).

16/06/2025: Lovely grill restaurant attached to the Hotel Cala Cuncheddi. Very good service, great starters. The fish for the main course was also delicious. Thank you! (Sorry we had to decline the welcome from the kitchen due to gluten intolerance, but it looked great).

02/05/2025: Posto molto interessante,alla periferia di Montecatini ,tagliere toscano con salumi ottimi e focaccetta fantastica ,i primi molto buoni...gnocchetti al sugo di granchio e tordelli al ragù..il tutto annaffiato da un buon bianco.prezzi al di sotto della media per la qualità .Consigliatissimo

10/07/2025: We discovered it by chance years ago because it was located across the street from the hotel where we were staying. It started out as a simple pub, but it has continued to evolve. We first appreciated the excellent burgers and then the ever-evolving cuisine... in just a few years, it has become both a surprise and a must-try. Highly recommended, also for its charming location.

12/06/2025: Excellent restaurant that takes care of the Customer. We stopped for lunch after visiting the Clitunno sources. Excellent welcome, we had lunch with courgette flowers in tempura, "Taglioliva" with white ragù of guanciolo, stuffed cappellacci, wine, water and coffee. Excellent raw materials, artful preparation, however for my tastes I would have cooked the cappellacci for a minute longer.

21/06/2025: An unforgettable anniversary (unfortunately)!!! As Piedmontese, despite never having heard of this restaurant, we chose it to celebrate our anniversary, intrigued by the location and the menu offered, at the not inconsiderable cost of €70 per person. When booking, I kindly requested a table a little more refined for the occasion and reported my pregnancy, with related dietary restrictions (no meat, fish or raw eggs). I was assured that an ad hoc menu and a “special” table would be prepared. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the special table had... evaporated. No special preparation, we were asked to choose from the few remaining tables, including those exposed to a half-sun on the terrace with umbrellas. We opted for the veranda, on a scorching day, where – despite the presence of air conditioning – it was never turned on. The heat was a recurring theme among the other guests, but the response we received was that “even the staff suffered with us”. A nice gesture of solidarity, of course, but not exactly what one expects during a lunch costing over €140. The courses arrived with very long waits between one and the other - about 40/45 minutes - even though the menu was already defined. Understandable, perhaps, in case of unforeseen events. Less understandable if it is a tasting menu managed by the chef himself and already communicated in advance. Even though I had reiterated my dietary needs related to pregnancy both during the booking phase and upon arrival, I found myself forced to send back four out of five dishes because they contained precisely those ingredients that I had asked to avoid. The most curious substitution was that of the raw meat tartare with... boiled fennel covered in béarnaise sauce (with raw egg included which, at that point, I made my husband eat so as not to send back yet another dish). A substitution that was not only questionable in terms of nutrition and taste, but also not exactly comparable in terms of cost - too bad the price remained the same. Even the dessert was no exception, served with a Marsala sauce. Perhaps in the belief that alcohol, when sweet, is less valuable? In terms of taste, the intent to offer creative and unconventional cuisine is evident, but the balance between innovation and harmony in flavors seemed to be lacking at times. Forced combinations, inadequate consistencies, and a certain tendency to want to amaze at all costs, even at the expense of the pleasantness of the dish. Visually, however, everything seemed excellent, as in the photos that we had also seen from previous reviews and that convinced us to try this place. The final bill also included a second glass of wine that we had never ordered, promptly removed upon our report. A small mistake, which however adds to an overall experience that was poorly cared for and, frankly, disappointing. A lunch that cost us time, money and memorable sweat, but which left us with the certainty that – at least for us – it will be a unique experience. And unrepeatable
