It's just as I remembered it when I first came here 25 years ago. It serves traditional dishes expertly crafted by an experienced kitchen. Fresh pasta, exceptional soups, flans, tender cuts of meat, good house wine... the owner is also incredibly friendly. What more can I say? A must-see when passing through Gallicano. Enjoy your meal!

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. It was excellent in every way: the room was simple but spotlessly clean, the dinner was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and I felt right at home. I'll be back!

We returned after a few years, and "Eliseo" continues to be an excellent choice both as a B&B and as a restaurant. The Easter lunch was plentiful and delicious; the spinach flan deserves special mention. Eliseo remains our go-to in Garfagnana.

I was in the Garfagnana area to watch the Rally del Ciocco and asked locals where I could have dinner between races. They recommended this restaurant in a small alley in Gallicano. It's classic, a little dated but well-organized, with new tablecloths, modern glasses, and cutlery. The cheerful ceiling lights and the waiters were two delightful people! We ate wonderfully, everything was delicious! Tagliatelle with wild boar, ravioli with truffles, and a beef with balsamic vinegar, and last but not least, a delicious spinach tart. House wine and amaro. Price? Very reasonable. It's worth a visit if you're in the area!

We stumbled upon this place by chance. The people were very welcoming, the rooms were immaculately kept, clean, and very warm. We'll definitely be back. It's a shame we didn't try their cuisine, which, given everything else, would have been excellent.

There can only be wonderful words for this place, which is truly perfect in every way. I stayed and dined here two consecutive nights, sampling various dishes.
The rooms are clean, cool, and quiet.
The restaurant is truly delicious; you can view the menu directly on the website. I've included a few photos to give you an idea.
The staff is very professional and courteous; I would return not once, but a thousand times. Thank you to all the staff!
