The pistachio flavor was delicious, not overpowering, and the cream used was top-quality, fresh, and light! The price was absolutely right! Thank you!

14/12/2025: A group of eight visiting Milan. We lucked out with a last-minute availability (Saturday lunch) after several attempts at other restaurants. The food was very good, but the prices were moderately high, as is now common in Milan. The atmosphere was a bit gloomy, with various rooms furnished in a "living room" style, making it cozy but, in my opinion, uncomfortable to eat sitting on the sofa at various tables.

09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.

09/11/2025: We wanted a porcini-based lunch, and before leaving the province of Ragusa, we searched online and found Osteria Il Porcino. We arrived and after a few minutes of waiting, accompanied by a good glass of wine with my wife, they accompanied us to the table. We ordered some fresh porcini-based appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The girls in the dining room are very kind and the food is a delicacy. If they were to ask us how you feel after this experience? Our answer would be: We feel like PORCHIni!!

Especially the waiter Salvatore—you'll find few waiters with such enthusiasm and passion for their work. We were treated very well overall, and the food was excellent. Highly recommended!

I don't know if it's the best, but I can confirm that I had a good meal: an excellent first course and a delicious side dish for €10, all topped off with courtesy and smiles from the staff, as well as prompt service in a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. If I pass by, I'll gladly return.

It has an earthy, natural feel, with great attention to detail. The tables are beautifully set, the lighting is pleasant, and the staff's smiles are so genuine that you immediately feel welcome. And then the food arrives. The sea bream, in particular, is truly divine. It's served so fresh that you can almost smell the sea it came from. Grilled to perfection, light golden brown, with a delicately crispy skin and meat so tender it practically melts in your mouth. The seasoning is minimalist, and that's precisely what makes it so good: a touch of sea salt, a hint of lemon, perhaps a little Sardinian herbs – enough to accentuate the natural flavors without overpowering them. The side dishes often come directly from the region, some even from their own garden or from small local producers. Nothing feels industrial or mass-produced – here you feel like you're visiting people who are proud of their island and its produce. The menu is concise, but incredibly high-quality. There are often daily specials, depending on the fresh catch. And every dish is prepared with the same care, patience, and passion. What might surprise many: the pizza at Pesce d’Orto is also really good. The dough is light, airy, yet beautifully crispy. The ingredients seem high-quality and fresh, and the Pizza Rot with its intense, fruity tomato sauce is a real highlight. You can tell that even simple dishes are prepared with great care here. What makes an evening at Pesce d’Orto so special is the combination of quality, warmth, and atmosphere. You sit there, perhaps with a glass of Sardinian white wine, feel the gentle sea breeze, hear the soft murmur of the other guests, and you realize: This is vacation. This is Sardinia.
