12/07/2025: First and only disappointment about an restaurant in Italy! We had to put ourselves salt and pepper on the bruschetta as it was very bland. I personally was very disappointed about the quality of the food. I would not recommend.

09/07/2025: I did a study abroad semester in Florence and this restaurant was assigned to me and everyone who lived in the same building as me. I've never eaten such AMAZING food. both of my parents are immigrants so I've had my variety of foods from all over the world. Nothing compares to this place. The service was outstanding, if not the best one of the best out of any restaurant I've ever been too. The atmosphere of this place is top tier. The Owner Gianni is so friendly and awesome. Along with the rest of his staff from the waiters all the way down to the cooks. I ate here 120 times thanks to my program and I can easily say that each meal blew me away 120 times again. If you're in Florence, Italy this place is a must try.

19/08/2025: We just had dinner here and the experience was good. The price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. As a tourist, I didn't feel cheated compared to more centrally located restaurants. The service was attentive throughout, and the dishes were plentiful. Special mention goes to the pasta dish "Tagliatelle Porticciolo"—it was delicious. In short, a typical Sicilian place, "simple," but highly recommended!

18/08/2025: A small, unassuming restaurant with a culinary level worthy of good traditional Sicilian cuisine. The service was excellent, from the chef to the chef, and especially the prices were very low. A must-see, especially for those who love tourist traps.

23/08/2025: For my birthday, I enjoyed the 5-course menu on the rooftop terrace. The location is truly a highlight, with its fantastic view and modern, relaxed, and sophisticated ambiance. The dishes were truly outstanding – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty. The friendly and attentive service is also particularly noteworthy. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend the Ambrosia Roof.

30/08/2025: We stayed at this property for 2 days. A charming place, just a few kilometers from the lively tide. It's the perfect base for reaching the beautiful coasts and neighboring towns. The room was quiet and clean; we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was good, with some local products. The pool was adequate and surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended.

30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed at the Best Western because we had an early flight from Fiumicino the next morning. We had dinner at the Concorde restaurant (the hotel restaurant) and found it to be a welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff, especially Mrs. Simona. The traditional Roman dishes were well-prepared and the ingredients were of good quality. Finally, the desserts they prepared were delicious, especially the tiramisu, which I highly recommend. It was a positive experience for the restaurant.

08/09/2025: We stopped here looking for a quick bite to eat before a concert at the Circus Maximus, and we left knowing we'd definitely be back. Well done, well done!

29/06/2025: Hotel Ferdinando a Sant’Angelo is a little jewel of a hotel. Well cared for by its owner that also run it. It has beautiful thermal pools and a stunning restaurant on a terrace with a view over the sea. My room was very comfortable in size, clean and with a little patio overlooking the sea. Breakfast in the morning is served outside and everything is homemade. Thanks so much for the hospitality and I will be back for sure.

09/09/2025: A wonderful evening at L'Albergo Ristorante. We arrived there hungry after a visit to the Valley of the Temples. You can sit in a lovely courtyard with small trees. The calzone, shrimp pizza, and tagliatta di manzo with fries were all absolutely delicious! The value for money is truly excellent! The warm chocolate cake with a melted center is also highly recommended!

13/08/2025: Great restaurant for gluten-free dining in Pavia. The gluten-free pizza crust is excellent, and the selection of toppings is wide and varies with the seasons (I had a mozzarella/zucchini flower/ricotta pizza, unusual but delicious!). Note that only the crust is gluten-free; I think you have to check the toppings on a case-by-case basis. I don't know if they have a separate oven, but I think they're careful. I'm very allergic to gluten and haven't had any reactions, even though I often get stomach aches in pizzerias that aren't 100% gluten-free in France. There are also a few gluten-free desserts. The peach ice cream is incredible, and the lemon and basil one is also very good. I also had a very good raspberry spritz. Don't forget your mosquito repellent if you choose to sit on the terrace in the summer (the inside seemed a bit noisy).

13/08/2025: The pizzas are original and excellent. I chose a pizza with a mozzarella base and mint zucchini cream, with yellow tomatoes and "pasta di salame" (it looked like mini minced meatballs, it was very good). The pizza is very large, well garnished, the dough is thin and airy, it's really great. My allergic friend had a gluten-free pizza and she also enjoyed it, without having the slightest stomach ache, which indicates that they take great care in the kitchen to ensure that the gluten-free pizzas remain so. In addition, her dough was airy and puffy, amazing for a gluten-free pizza. For dessert we had artisanal sorbets which were also delicious, and we drank raspberry spritzes which were also great. The servers were friendly and the veranda pleasant (be careful though, we regretted not having mosquito spray). Excellent value for money.

16/08/2025: Given the setting, located on a mountain with small, very cute terraced houses. However, there are no shuttles to get around the property, even just for breakfast (more than 1 km of very steep descent). Even though I had an SUV, the car struggled to get up. There is no entertainment, so if you want some exercise you have to leave the property, obviously by car. Because there is always no shuttle service for getting around. The price is exorbitant for what it offers (plus €10 per day for small dogs without even finding a water bowl, for example). They allow dogs, but not on the beach. It's a shame we found out after paying, otherwise we would never have gone. The positive note at least is the polite and professional service staff. For the customer, zero service. I will never recommend it to anyone. That part of Gargano is well-sold but always with zero services and it's not as nice as they say.
