19/08/2025: I stopped here to break up the journey south and for an evening visit to Ancona. It was more than perfect for our needs. We had a triple room consisting of two well-maintained, spacious rooms with a spacious, clean bathroom. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent experience.

09/12/2025: A quiet dinner with relatives on Thursday, with a special on sandwiches, which we all enjoyed. My draft beer, a Weissbier, was delicious. The ribs are a must-try, as is the rest of the menu.

22/02/2026: ATTENTION! If you want to order the €19 special, be careful because YOU MUST CHOOSE THE SAME FIRST AND MAIN COURSES. You can't choose each one individually. It should be indicated, but it wasn't done except by the waitress when you ordered. Otherwise, the waitress was very kind, the food was unremarkable (spaghetti with clams completely overcooked), and the quality/price ratio was mediocre. The service was very slow. A couple of orders were wrong. Our table was served before the one next to us, who had ordered before us. I'd say it's not worth repeating.

22/02/2026: Lunch menu for €19. Appetizer, first course, and second course, a choice of two options for each course... well, they don't accept different orders between two diners! Absolutely dishonest, as it wasn't specified either on the flyer or at the time of booking. Terrible service, extremely slow and uncoordinated, average food, and courteous staff. Failed!

02/03/2026: A clean, modern place, with a lovely outdoor seating area in the summer. The food is good and plentiful (we split the fish appetizer between two plates, and both were full!). The first courses, despite being delicious, are over-seasoned, too much for my taste (Norcina-style ravioli, for example), and can be quite heavy. Overall, excellent value. Service is a bit slow, but everyone is very friendly.

08/02/2026: The pizza by the slice really surprised me, with a very good, crispy dough and very fresh ingredients. The price was reasonable and absolutely worth the product. The place wasn't spacious, but it was also cozy, and the takeaway pizzas were a bit poorly wrapped. In any case, it was a great pizzeria, and I'll definitely be back.

28/12/2025: Superb pizza by the slice and takeout! My almost daily stop, for a snack or dinner, when I'm in this area. Quality ingredients, extremely friendly staff. Once you try this pizza, you'll never let it go!

08/08/2025: We ordered two takeout dishes: mixed fried fish (the only good ones were the squid and octopus) and seafood tagliatelle. I think the photos speak for themselves. A kilo of oil. Unfortunately, the fish flavor wasn't there, or if it was, it was completely obliterated by the oil. It wasn't just the cooking water. Unfortunately, we were disappointed and nauseated by the oil.

26/02/2026: Quiet and basic, yet clean, rooms. There's a minibar with free bottled water (which isn't a given these days). Comfortable bathroom. Abundant and varied breakfast, ample parking. Friendly and helpful staff. A good base if you're in the Ancona area!

02/12/2025: The focaccia they call Fornarina here wasn't even on the menu, it was simple but it was sublime. The SpaccaSassi in the carpaccio is a sort of wild fennel. I love these places. Come on⭐

06/03/2026: It's a pizza restaurant that's usually very busy on Saturdays and in the summer when they set up outdoor seating. We went on a Sunday evening and were alone, but I have to say it was very good; we sat in front of the stove and had a great time. The pizzas are very light and delicious, and the potatoes and Ascoli olives were excellent. For water and beers, without dessert, and coffee, we spent about 14 euros each. Excellent, I'd say.

16/07/2025: La trattoria è in pieno centro a Loreto. Nelle vicinanze si trova parcheggio (a pagamento). Internamente le sale sono abbastanza spaziose con arredamenti un pò datati. Ci sono tavoli anche all'esterno comunque al coperto (dove abbiamo mangiato noi). Menù molto vario soprattutto a base carne. Noi abbiamo preso dei ravioli alla cacciatora strepitosi e degli ottimi gnocchetti con guanciale, pistacchi e zucchine. Per secondo una discreta tagliata al tartufo (la carne era un pò dura ed il tartufo non si sentiva molto). Per finire un dolce fantastico, una specie di tiramisù a semifreddo. Servizio buono anche se un pò distaccato e con poca empatia verso il cliente, forse anche per il fatto che il locale era strapieno quando siamo stati noi (ed era di mercoledì), infatti abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo prima che si liberasse un tavolo, per cui è consigliata la prenotazione. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi per la qualità e quantità offerta nei piatti.

11/07/2025: Ho cenato presso questo ristorante ordinando un piatto di gnocchetti con zucchine e guanciale. Dopo aver fatto notare al cameriere che facevo fatica a trovare il guanciale nel piatto, il cameriere stesso mi ha confermato che sostanzialmente il piatto è fatto da gnocchetti e zucchine con una presenza di guanciale minima (presenza assolutamente irrilevante tanto all’occhio quanto al palato). Mi chiedo: l’aver trovato appena 4 pezzettini di guanciale della lunghezza di non più di mm 5 (lo spessore non voglio neanche citarlo) perché indicare il guanciale sull’indicazione del piatto presente sul menu? Per il resto nulla da eccepire sul posto e sul servizio reso.

Good variety, but exorbitant prices, as good as, if not more so than, a restaurant, considering you're taking out and eating at home. If you stay, they'll charge you one euro for the cover charge, which includes a placemat and paper napkin. No, it's a vacationer trap.

24/09/2025: What a special place... Breathtaking view... They're definitely more of a restaurant than a bar... but a plate of cured meats and cheeses and their white wine made for an excellent aperitif. Their grilled meats are a must-try. We'll be back.

20/09/2025: Spectacular sandwich, stunning views, and friendly staff who are easy to chat with. The price is more than fair despite the location. It's a perfect place to spend even a quiet half hour enjoying a good meal.
