I'm making this review, but then the usual automatic service will answer me anyway. Read them, they're all the same. What can I say? The unlimited drinks have been nothing for a while. The receipts are out of the question. You have to remember the number by heart. They take away the number. The table service, and in all of this, they're much more expensive than McDonald's. With all the negative reviews I've read, the head office should take away the management... This would be better for improving the restaurant.

We stopped here thinking we'd save time compared to a traditional restaurant, but we were wrong. A 30-minute wait for a fast food restaurant with few people inside is excessive. In addition to the slow service and broken kiosks, the lack of still water among the drinks available is unacceptable. Furthermore, the refill station was barred.

PURE DISORGANIZATION. There were no unlimited drinks, and the screens didn't work. They were working with food without gloves.

Great place. Helpful and professional staff. The meat, as always, is exceptional. Parking is easy to find. The premises are thoroughly cleaned. I would pay a little more attention to the bathrooms.

22/04/2026: Coming from Belgium, I'm quite impressed by the large touchscreen with games for children. A great innovation. They should also increase their caramel stock; when I ordered ice cream, there was very little because they were running low.
16/04/2026: Excellent food, no doubt. But they're terribly organized when it comes to taking orders.
