My absolute favorite place!
The food and atmosphere are fantastic. I've dined here several times and have always found the evenings and events to be very well attended and engaging. The chef prepares everything himself, from the bread to the desserts and pasta. The ingredients are all locally sourced, and the wines and liqueurs are a nod to the local area and showcase its unique characteristics. The attentive and friendly staff are always available.
The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset and during aperitif time.

We dined here, enjoying the most beautiful panoramic view of this small village. The dinner was perfect, starting with the "decisive" service (in recommending dishes) yet equally professional, sincere, and authentic. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable, especially thanks to the pleasant and original background music. Special mention, of course, for the food: high-quality, traditional yet with original combinations, strong and distinctive flavors, more than generous portions, and the price was fair for the type of dishes ordered, some of which were elaborate.

A relaxing atmosphere, excellent local produce, exquisite meats, and courteous service are this establishment's hallmarks. MANGIAFUOCO, located in the small village of Rosora, is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing hours savoring the authentic flavors of Marche cuisine on the sultry summer evenings of the Vallesina. The quality/price ratio is excellent. We highly recommend it.
