05/08/2026: We returned after 4 years... the place has moved (not much), but it's still right in the center... the pizza has gone from good to amazing. Truly a gem in the historic center!! Fast and well-executed service, despite the large number of people seated at the tables.

02/08/2026: Amazing discovery right in the center near the Rocca. The place is small inside, so I highly recommend booking. In the summer, there are outdoor tables along the outer walls and in the small square in front of the fountain. We were immediately drawn to the pizzas served outside, even without a reservation. Despite it being a Saturday night with summer january, they managed to get us a table for two. The staff was young, responsive, and welcoming. Superlative pizza, and I still can't understand why it hasn't been nominated or reviewed by the 50 top pizzerias in Italy, even though it has received other awards. Superb service, I've never had my pizza arrive within 3 minutes of ordering. Excellent value for money. A true Neapolitan pizza chef, to whom I reiterate my compliments after having complimented him personally. The pizza is delicious and very digestible. Keep it up, and still, cokplinentissimi!!!

The fact is, a line lasting more than an hour is impossible in your area, but this was the case on Saturday, when a man took a huge amount of bread: sealed packages of round rolls, both white and brown, and a huge sack that was weighed separately. At that moment, my sister was waiting for me and can attest to the fact that it took me a very long time. There were two other men in line besides me, and they too were waiting impatiently while that man continued to take and load bread. No one came out, not a single second employee to lend a hand! And then, when that man finally finished loading all the bread, they ignored me and started serving a woman who had just entered ahead of me. When I returned, my sister, who was waiting for me, asked me why I had taken so long. Something like this had never happened before. Look at the cameras and see what happened on Saturday: how that man was served with bread, and how they then ignored me to serve the lady who had just walked in, obviously an acquaintance of someone. I know your Norwegian brioches very well, and I know when they're fresh and when they're hard as rubber. I'm not the only witness, but also the people I buy takeaways for: my sister and my brother-in-law. So there's no need to justify yourself. I'm just surprised that, instead of apologizing to a customer who's been coming to you for three years, and to my sister who's been coming for several years, who's tagged you so many times in her stories, and me too, by the way, you're trying to convince us that this didn't happen. Look at the cameras! I know your fresh brioches, both chocolate and cinnamon, and I know when the new girls who just arrived repeatedly sold me products that weren't fresh. I told my sister: if it happens again, I'll write a review. Thank you for your attention. ------------------------ ❗❗❗❗After the big change, the situation has gotten significantly worse. The taste of the pizza has changed, as has the service. The day before yesterday, I stood in a very long line because a man was being served who bought a huge amount of bread. I had to wait almost an hour. In these cases, a second employee should intervene to manage the line, but no, everyone waited patiently! When my turn finally came, they started serving a woman who had just entered. This is disrespectful to the old customers who, under the old management, regularly frequented this place! Furthermore, several times I've had "Danish or Norwegian cinnamon" brioches that weren't fresh and were so hard they were impossible to bite into. If a similar situation were to happen again, my next report will be sent to the Municipality or the relevant Ancona authority. Customers spend money to get a quality service, not to be treated by a group of disrespectful young people in your management!!!!

08/07/2026: For a beach lunch, we opted for savory brioches and stuffed focaccias: exceptional flavor, fragrance, and texture, and original and unexpected fillings (like the roast chickpeas paired with vegan stracchino and olives). We couldn't resist the pain au chocolat, too, which was also delicious. Highly recommended for everyone, vegans and the curious alike 💚

27/05/2026: Very nice location, with outdoor seating available. I found both the appetizers and the food excellent: I had the gorgonzola sandwich and it was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful! I always recommend making a reservation... because they fill up quickly!

11/06/2026: I strongly suggest removing the "gluten-free option" label from the restaurant's description. The staff demonstrated a lack of knowledge of the procedures required to ensure safe service for people with celiac disease or intolerances, casting serious doubt on the reliability of the offerings. This, combined with disappointing service and food quality far below expectations, makes for an overall negative experience. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant!!!

21/07/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, which, true to its name, offers hospitality and authenticity like "once upon a time." We sampled traditional dishes: lasagna, rigatoni with house sauce, mixed roast meats, and baked potatoes, as well as a delicious bread soup served while we waited for our first course. The menu also featured fish dishes, especially an unusual fish and chips: this village, Casalattico, was the source of a significant wave of immigration to Ireland, bringing Italian cuisine to Dublin and bringing back this most classic of Anglo-Saxon dishes. And so, to round off our meal, we sampled a traditional Irish dessert on St. Patrick's Day, and at the end of the meal, some excellent Irish chocolate, kindly offered to me by the owner, Silvano. Very reasonable prices.

16/07/2026: One of the best restaurants in the area! The atmosphere is great, the service excellent, and the food perfect—from the bruschetta to the pasta and dessert, everything is just right.
