24/08/2024: It was a pleasant discovery, a typical Roman cuisine restaurant in Fabriano, as a Roman, I would never have allowed myself to do it. Yet I was hungry and had no other alternatives.
Nice and well looked after place, very spacious and well looked after.
Absolutely remarkable carbonara, while amatriciana is less satisfying due to the onion in the sauce.
Overall a pleasant discovery. Excellent value for money!

28/08/2024: Very good price quality. 6 dishes with blue fish and unlimited drinks for €15. The place itself is horrible. You have the option of ordering to go.
27/08/2024: Excellent food, but they allow dogs without a muzzle and one, who did not have one and was inside, between the tables, tried to bite my 2 year old daughter in the side, while she was going about her business without even having seen the dog, who he suddenly turned and bit her shirt, miraculously not injuring her.
This is what's left of the bitten shirt.
The staff said there was nothing they could do about it.
Shame!

17/08/2024: Excellent pizza, light and with perfect gourmet combinations. Both the one with courgette pesto, anchovies and fried flowers and the burrata and raw one are very good. The fried foods are also excellent, not greasy and tasty. The staff are very good and friendly. Definitely worth trying again :)

16/08/2024: Mid-August lunch 2024. Very nice place, certainly the best aspect of the restaurant. We were inside but it was like being outside because the windows were completely wide open and despite the scorching heat of these days we had a good time overall. Fast service, young guys at the tables were kind and very good. Little choice on the menu (it was mid-August it's true but the other times I've been it didn't change much), rather simple food and good first courses, just enough grilled meat in terms of variety of pieces and taste, rabbit as second choice between the two second courses, I can't express myself why I don't eat it. Cost of 37 euros with first course, second course, side dishes and dessert (average).

16/06/2024: A highly recommended street food, giant portions and excellent quality, unfortunately as it was Saturday, people had ordered trays of fried panzerotti, I must have seen 8-10 trays pass by.
But even though we had taken what was left in the display case it was very good.
15/06/2024: At lunch time, the locals come to eat daily offer: pizza, fish, vegetable dishes, spaghetti and macaroni. Some people take food to go. It is very crowded but with an interesting atmosphere. Self service to the table. Eat like a local😜😀

15/08/2024: Perfectly placed for those walking between the station and ferry terminal. From a large menu an excellent pizza bufalina and a decent draft beer. Tables outside. Cheery helpful service

18/08/2024: A characteristic estate well positioned on the hills of the Marche region. We had dinner with pizzas (7) plus drinks, dessert and cover charge €2.50 (service and limoncello included...to sweeten things up a bit) the bill was proportional to what was ordered except for the desserts which for simple semifreddos the price became hot for over €5 each….we are a bit exaggerated considering the cost of the cover charge. Nothing to say about the environment, the atmosphere and what surrounds the structure because it is pleasant and well looked after in addition to the presence of the convenient free parking available to customers.
11/08/2024: My most horrifying experience in the pool ever, dirty water, but above all the lifeguard sitting looking at nothing while 20-year-old boys do "bomb" dives in front of you while you are relaxed on the edge.... I shared a lady at the checkout reported the fact but as if nothing had happened.....I believe that checks on the matter would do justice

02/11/2023: This place is a gem. We’ll hidden - thanks god, because otherwise there would be tons of people and it wouldn’t be possible to get in.
Cozy atmosphere with lovely presence of two ladies who created this great little restaurant.
It has 4 tables and that’s it. Over our two visits we tasted practically all items of the menu and were taken to heaven. Especially the pasta was absolutely divine and the best we tasted. Ever.
06/10/2023: La Buccia wordt gerund door een moeder die fantastisch gerechten maakt en een dochter die geweldig goed bediend. Ze hebben een kaart waarbij je een keuze kunt maken uit steeds twee gerechten per gang. Alles biologisch en veel uit de eigen groentetuin. Mijn voorgerecht was overheerlijke capeletti gevuld met ricotta met een overheelijke gorgonzola saus. Hoofdgerechte waren of bijzondere worstes of kip in sinaasappelsaus. Ook heerlijk. Als wijn hadden we de bijzondere sauvignon Animale Celeste ui de wijngaard van Hacienda Barbara, uit het buurdorp Barbara. Een van mij favoriete wijnen en anderen genote van een rode wijn van Guerrieri van welk wijnhuis 3 rode wijnen op de kaart staan . Bij het toetje heb ik mijn vingers opgegeten. Ik schrijf dit review dus met stompjes. Geweldig!
