02/06/2025: We went to this restaurant by the sea with a couple of friends, beautiful location with sea view, friendly service, good food but in my opinion minimal portions, a bottle of purified water €4 0.75 cl, (3 glasses), for me an exaggeration, cover charge €4 per person, hot cold appetizers, the hot one with 4 types of stewed muscle (mussels, clams, Ragusa and snails), the cold disappointing very very poor (1 shrimp, 1 Alice, little salad, 1 piece of mackerel, a bite of sauce in the center of the plate). Squid and shrimp skewers (small), the squid have never seen so small. Dessert tiramisu good, but 3 spoons, 4 cm high, for €7. Coffee. No wine. My girlfriend and I ate 2 appetizers and 1 skewer and I had the tiramisu, €44 per person. The other 2 guys: 2 appetizers (1 cold, 1 octopus with potatoes), 1 first course and 1 second course (mussels). And dessert. Good but not great.

02/06/2025: Hot appetizers arrived cold… the white wine brought 10 minutes after the appetizers… the first ones spotted in the waiter's hand while we were still eating the appetizers… which were taken back to the kitchen and I don't want to know how they were reheated… anyway even the latter were nothing special… maybe the pizza is worth saving… lots of people were eating it… €130 for nothing… I'm sorry but that's how it is…

Oliviero Toscani said that everyone he met who wanted to become famous like him said they were artists and had a thousand ideas, but in truth none of them were! The true artist doesn't say he is an artist, art is already within him, you just need to have the opportunity to demonstrate it to the world. They all open a thousand places, but very few are the ones that are worth going to and willingly spending your money on, this as for artists is a certain fact

17/03/2025: Piccolo posticino informale, ma accogliente e colorato nel centro di Ancona. Cucina deliziosa, salutare e prevalentemente plant based. Dolci ottimi! Personale cordiale e gentile. Prezzi onesti. Peccato gli orari di apertura così limitati e la chiusura nell’intero weekend. Credo avrebbe più affluenza se estendesse le sua offerta ai più giorni e con orari più flessibili.

16/05/2025: Piccola osteria poco fuori le mura di Fabriano, ambiente e servizio informale con piatti della tradizione rivisitati con creatività. Ottimi il crostone con fave in porchetta mancava giusto un po' di olio, i panini al baccalà e la parmigiana di melanzane. bene la carbonara, abbondante anche nel condimento, tagliata con materia prima di qualità, quasi per due il tagliere del guerriero. Prezzi nella media. Bravi ragazzi

10/05/2025: Calate il sale ragazzi, ma che è! La carbonara era fatta ad arte ma ci stava un kg di sale che l'ha completamente rovinata. Ve l'ho pure fatto notare e mi dite che è la quantità giusta che usate sempre... Ma dai, spero che vi siate sbagliati e non ce lo avete voluto dire perchè sennò se viene uno con la pressione alta lo ammazzate ahahahaha. Pure il brasato poi, ricco di salsa ma questo invece sciapissimo e la carne letteralmente di gomma (a naso questo non è colpa vostra, è proprio scadente la materia prima che usate, cambiate fornitore). Con dispiacere l'ho lasciato a metà, perchè non riuscivo a masticarlo da quanto era gommoso. Ce le avete le potenzialità ma applicatevi e se sbagliate, basta dirlo e non è successo nulla. Ah, in ultimo, se prendo la carbonara col tartufo, visto che il sovrapprezzo applicato è molto alto (4€ in più mi pare) poi il tartufo ce lo dovete mettere, no che fate il braccino corto e a malapena si sente.

04/06/2025: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are varied, but all really high quality. I had the pappardelle with wild boar ragù, really delicious. For the second course a grill with potatoes and chicory.. but I wasn't able to take photos. The meat was really super. The place inside is large, very clean and welcoming. The staff is super kind and above all prepared. Unfortunately when we went there were baptisms or birthdays (I didn't understand well) and there was a lot of chatter and above all a lot of people coming and going. In any case I recommend this restaurant.

09/02/2025: We returned to taste their crescia, I must say, really light, very different from our Crescia Marchigiana, really worth trying. On the day they also have a fixed menu for the workers and they have really popular prices. Very good beers
