13/05/2025: I've been here a few times. Every time the staff does me a favor by serving me. Last time (12.05 in the evening) I was refused to warm up a pizza to go. WHY? Because there are a lot of customers in the place! What should matter is the queue and the order in which we stand in it! Your boss ordered a vending machine with numbers to improve service, but out of laziness you don't fill in the numbers because they ran out when we were there. Is takeaway pizza cheaper than the one in the place that I can't ask for a warm dish? It costs exactly the same, so who came up with the rule that you can't heat up takeaway, especially since I asked for it? If I wanted a cold pizza I would buy it at the COOP next door. Don't customers eating outside deserve warm pizza? Additionally, while standing in the queue we were not served in the order in which we liked that the last slices of pizza that were interesting to us were "taken" by customers waiting in the queue behind us. The pizza flavors are very specific. Not very common for Italian flavors. In my opinion, the atmosphere is created by the service, and it is clearly the problem here.

10/05/2025: Delicious fresh pizza!! This must be the best pizza-shop in Ancona!! Freshly made and a lot of varieties And one more very important thing; the staff actually understand and speak English!,, Which apparently is not common at all in Italy

20/05/2025: I really liked it, I ate very well, many delicious appetizers, tagliatelle with asparagus and cannelloni excellent as well as the meat. Excellent attentive and fast service when the place was full, very kind staff. Simple and welcoming place. Outdoor terrace with beautiful panoramic view! Excellent prices.

15/02/2025: Elegant and very formal place. The staff were friendly, polite and professional. The food is very good and with attention to every detail with contrasts of particular and very interesting flavours. The fish was showcased well in each dish Well-stocked cellar and quality wines for all tastes. The price is high but it's worth it. The staff in the kitchen is very organized (I was next to the kitchen and everything was visible). Note of merit for the level of cleanliness, both the room and the kitchen itself at the end of the shift.

20/05/2025: The rooms are very small and not exactly in the budget category. Our TV didn't work, and the internet didn't work properly either. We were in room 401, so the value for money isn't optimal. The staff was very friendly, though. We were offered a new room because the TV wasn't working, but since we were only there for one night and there was no German TV anyway, we declined. Even so, they didn't offer us a discount because the TV and WiFi weren't working.

10/05/2025: dated hotel, decadent and dirty room (in ours we found hair everywhere). Mediocre breakfast, friendly staff
