(REVIEW ONLY RELATING TO THE RESTAURANT) Finally, after years of hearing positive things about it, I managed to organize a Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. I must say that expectations were amply rewarded. Restaurant (and rooms) on the rolling Osiman hills, with a view of Conero between Osimo and the hamlet of San Biagio, clean, well-kept, with large internal and external spaces surrounded by gardens, crops, orchards and farmyards where farmyard animals roam freely. Abundant dishes with homemade flavours. Pasta all homemade. Traditional meats from the Marche region. Fragrant and sincere local wines. Fast and friendly service despite the rooms being full of diners. Prices still competitive. Applause! 👏🏽

Very welcoming and beautiful restaurant, excellent food, I celebrated a birthday with several people and no one complained, everyone had a good time and this says it all. Nice and clean place, friendly staff and fast service, everyone was well done

We had dinner in this farmhouse by chance and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised! The quality of the food is excellent, I tasted some truly special dishes. Not to mention the kindness and competence of the owner and waiters. CONGRATULATIONS 5 STARS ARE FEW

Locale sperduto tra le colline osimane. La location è suggestiva e adatta a pranzi domenicali. Tempi di attesa simili a quelli delle poste, siamo arrivati a pranzo e per poco non abbiamo visto il tramonto. Il cibo peró è buono, le porzioni sono abbondanti e il personale gentile. Anche il prezzo è promosso.

I didn't visit the rooms because I was only there for lunch. They are very slow but have a very large open space.

Place ok, food ok, service ok. The only discordant note is the quantity. I left still feeling a little hungry... Sin.

Siamo stati in questa struttura nei Giorni tra Natale e Capodanno, usufruendo anche del pernottamento. Iniziamo dalla Camera , Bellissima, Pulita , Confortevole e nonostante fossimo in 5 (camera familiare) ognuno di Noi aveva posto in abbondanza per sistemare le proprie cose. Letto COMODISSIMO.Abbiamo usufruito del servizio ristorazione per tutte le cene, ed ovviamente colazione. Che dire TOP! Prodotti freschissimi di loro produzione , ben cucinati e di ottimo livello. Accoglienza 10 e Lode, Siamo arrivati la sera quasi per Cena e nonostante fosse tardi, siamo stati super coccolati. E' stato tutto perfetto ma posso assicurare che da padrona lo fa il calore e l'accoglienza di tutti!
