24/04/2025: First time in this restaurant, located in the center of Staffolo, which is also very bright and very welcoming. I ordered takeaway, so I didn't have the opportunity to try table service, but I must say that I enjoyed it very much. Wide choice of dishes, very good and made with good quality ingredients. The owners, as for the staff, are very nice, but above all very polite and very professional, who know how to do their job. For those who are in the Staffolo area and want to eat well, this is the right place. Absolutely recommended.

28/04/2025: Io e mia moglie siamo stati da Pasqualon il giorno di Pasqua a pranzo. Siamo stati subito colpiti dalla gentilezza,dall'ospitalità e dalla cordialità con cui siamo stati accolti. Abbiamo subito capito che si trattava di un ambiente veramente familiare. Abbiamo ordinato: tagliatelle al sugo bianco di cinghiale, cresc tajat alla Pasqualon(tipo maltagliati con sugo di fagioli),pasticciata alla pescarese, costolette di agnello ,patate al forno. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino Sangiovese della casa. Tutto perfetto:sapori ottimi e rapporto qualità/prezzo. Una menzione anche per la sig.na che ci ha servito:ottimi consigli davvero!! Se torneremo a Pesaro andremo di nuovo a mangiare da Pasqualon!

24/04/2025: Very successful 'anti-waste' format! 'Surprise' tasting menu, three courses, tasty, seasonal and original, paired with three generous glasses of wine for honest food and wine journeys. The kindness and impeccable service make you feel like you are in your favorite restaurant! Highly recommended!

29/03/2025: Molto carino ed originale. 3 portate più un mini dessert scelte dal cuoco, con abbinamento di tre vini diversi. Mi è piaciuto l’antipasto di uovo cotto a basa temperatura ed il secondo cioè la faraona. Il primo, così così. I vini potrebbero essere migliori, pur nella stessa fascia di prezzo, ma quello che non mi è piaciuto e che hanno versato due vini diversi nello stesso bicchiere. Il dessert è buono ma veramente minimalista: un boccone e via. Suggerisco di, visto che c’è spazio per ritoccare in aumento i prezzi, rinforzare un po’ le quantità, migliorare un po’ la qualità dei vini serviti e di cambiare bicchiere ad ogni cambio di vino.

04/05/2025: Our experience at the Borgo Antico Restaurant was simply perfect, a true immersion in the flavors and hospitality of the Marche. Since our arrival we were welcomed with great courtesy by Mrs. Barbara, who together with her husband - a very talented chef - manages this small corner of excellence with passion and competence. The service was impeccable, attentive and never intrusive. The quality of the raw materials is evident in every dish, prepared with care and creativity, respecting tradition but with a surprising personal touch. The wine list is well curated, with excellent local and national labels, perfectly paired with the dishes. The quality-price ratio is really honest, especially considering the high level of the overall experience. We felt pampered from start to finish, like guests of old friends. A restaurant where the passion for cooking and hospitality can be felt in every detail. We will definitely be back!
