In the charming town of Grottammare, specifically on Lungomare Alcide de Gasperi, we stumbled upon "Il Grillo," a delightful seafood restaurant overlooking the sea. All white, it's divided into two areas: a charming indoor veranda and an outdoor area furnished with large, functional umbrellas. We enjoyed the famous spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood) and the clam version, the fabulous seared tuna steak served on a bed of green salad and cherry tomatoes, and two exquisite desserts: lemon and mango sorbet and dark chocolate almond parfait. All this was accompanied by an excellent Ribolla gialla del Collio. We will gladly return.

Stopping by on the way back from Villa Serena in Jesi. The appetizers were without raw fish, a roast, and seared tuna. Everything was excellent. A young, attentive and precise waiter served us. The lady was very kind and wished me a speedy recovery. The place is on the seafront and very welcoming. It was packed for lunch. I'll definitely be back for the raw fish. My compliments to you.

Lorena, what can I say about Lorena? She's a welcoming person. When you arrive, you feel right at home. The staff is professional and extremely kind. The food is AMAZING: delicate, fresh, tasty, and delicious.

Excellent experience! Prompt service, appetizers and main courses that won us over with their freshness and simplicity—this may seem obvious, but I can assure you, the fish is simple and doesn't need excessive sauces or flavorings.

15/12/2025: Very nice place, impeccable service! The waiter is really kind, helpful, and professional. The food is very good, but some of the appetizers, in my opinion, lack character. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back.
14/12/2025: First time at this place, found and booked with The Fork. Really good food, two cold appetizers (four tastings), tuna steak with baked vegetables, and baked sea bream with potatoes. All accompanied by excellent local passerina. Very fresh fish, balanced flavors, and top-notch service. Fair price for the quality and location. An experience to repeat, well done! 👏
