A3Passi is an enchanting place that I highly recommend to anyone seeking an escape from the routine, combining the tranquility of the countryside with luxurious amenities and superb cuisine. We will definitely be back!

13/09/2025: My friends and I stayed at the property while doing the Apennine High Marche cycle tour, organized by Amica Martina in collaboration with Marche End Bike (highly recommended). Very comfortable facility, top pool and spa! The managers are super top!!! Delicious breakfast with homemade products by Elisa. Her husband was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to visit them as soon as possible. Kind regards...the "girls" of the cycle route!

29/08/2025: We arrived at this restaurant following a force majeure event, which forced us to cancel our reservation three times at the last minute. Despite this, the kindness and helpfulness of the family who runs it never faltered. The tagliolini alla marinara, a recipe passed down through the generations, the roast beef, and the sardines with onions are excellent. Not to mention the desserts, unique and delicious. Special mention to Leonardo, attentive to every need and passionate about his work. Congratulations, and see you soon.

28/08/2025: The hotel is located near the center of Recanati. It's a short walk away, but those who prefer to drive shouldn't have any major problems. Not bad. The price for the nights is fair. You can eat at the hotel, and the food is very good, even though the bill is separate, while breakfast is included.

10/09/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted. Jessica and Stefano were excellent hosts. The dishes were not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. Excellent value for money. It's definitely a place I'll gladly return to and one I recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant, quality dinner. Thank you.

05/09/2025: A small restaurant with two entrances and tables on both streets. The alley is more quaint and quiet. We dined at a streetside table in front of the main entrance, with plenty of people and cars passing by. Excellent, typical Abruzzo/Marche food. Homemade cooking; I really enjoyed the meatballs in tomato sauce, just like grandma used to make. The cacio e ova balls and dry fried food are delicious. Kudos to the two young owners. I recommend trying this place.

08/08/2025: The road from San Severino to Stigliano offers beautiful views of the Marche hills. Once you arrive at Ristorante Marisa, it's like coming home. Here, you can enjoy traditional home-cooked cuisine featuring homemade pasta, traditional sauces like duck or truffle, cured meats, warm focaccia, meat cooked over the fire, and simple but delicious traditional desserts. There's also a good selection of wines. The veranda is lovely, with a spectacular view and, despite the summer heat, a pleasant cool breeze. We tried the gnocchi and ravioli with chicory and fossa cheese, which were delicious, and the grilled fillet steak, which was incredibly tender. On another occasion, we also sampled Marisa's frittura, fried meat with battered vegetables and fruit, which was very enjoyable. The service is friendly and informal. But we expected this; after all, we're at home!
