03/09/2025: The best restaurant on our three-week tour of Italy. The authentic, traditional cuisine is simply fantastic, truly capturing the authentic flavors of yesteryear. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, always helpful. It was a pleasure to be here; we will remember it for a long time. Thank you so much!!! We regret we only got to be there once. Keep it up!

03/10/2025: I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The appetizers were a sore point, where the garnishes/sauces/accompaniments almost completely covered the flavor of the fish. The main courses were better, but nothing exceptional. The tiramisu was inadequate. Dinner cost €150 (2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 1 dessert, 1 wine for €28). I would have expected much more. I won't be returning. There are restaurants that offer a much more satisfying experience for the same price. What a shame.

02/10/2025: Excellent dinners, both meat and fish. The dessert was a work of art. The waiters and chef were super friendly, so much so that we returned. Highly recommended.

29/09/2025: Spectacular in every way. Excellent location, welcoming atmosphere. Superlative food. Helpful staff. When it came to the bill? We expected much more! (4 people. First course, second course, side dish, drinks, piadina). I recommend it to everyone.

28/09/2025: I've eaten at this restaurant several times, and today was a confirmation...everything was delicious...the tagliatelle and gnocchi were excellent and arrived piping hot! The mutton, which we'd never tried, was also delicious, as were the side dishes. Compliments to the chef. The service was friendly and attentive! The veranda was quite drafty with today's wind, but they were careful to install a heater, which didn't completely solve the problem, but it helped a bit.

16/09/2025: Excellent place. The wait staff is excellent. The pizza is the best I've ever eaten. Prices are fair. A place worth remembering and returning to every chance I get. Highly recommended.

15/09/2025: A charming and delightful location. The service could be improved; the first courses were excellent, but the appetizers weren't so great. The only downside was the house wine...I'd call it watered down! What a shame! A lapse in style.

31/08/2025: Discovered by chance on Google Maps. We wanted to have dinner on the beach, so we tried various pizza flavors. They were all delicious, and the crust didn't leave you thirsty or taste bad afterward. Congratulations, guys!

20/09/2025: A nice menu with many dishes. The staff also spoke English and German. A young woman, only two days on the job, did an excellent job. Almost all the customers were local, which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere.

18/05/2025: A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!

20/09/2025: I went to get 3 Margherita Capricciosa pizzas and a pizza chef's fantasy, the first two were very good, the fantasy was a fantastic thing, there are no adjectives to describe it, compliments to the staff and the pizza chef.

15/09/2025: I had high expectations for this restaurant. In fact, when we arrived, the view was breathtaking. However, as soon as we entered the restaurant, they made us sit among other tables that were full of children and it was so noisy that we couldn't talk. We asked to move and there was no problem except for the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room where they made us move. Given that we were very excited, also because we were celebrating an important event, we ordered and our appetizer arrived and it was perfect. Nothing to complain about, but with the first courses, there were serious problems. My girlfriend's seafood taglioni had calamari and mussels, and these had a strong unpleasant smell, so strong that I took one and had to spit it out, as they weren't at all fresh. As for my first course, they got the wrong dish. I had ordered passatelli with lobster, but instead I received paccheri. Not wanting to cause a disturbance in the kitchen, I accepted anyway. The dish was good. Nothing to complain about. But another sore point was the completely unfair bill. Since they had the wrong dish, they should have had the decency to price it the same as the dish I chose, which was lower. Instead, none of this happened. Furthermore, the menu prices didn't match the ones we were charged. So we also paid a two-euro cover charge, which should have included bread, but there wasn't even a hint of that. And to top it all off, we didn't even get a receipt, just a truly absurd management document that was practically a rip-off. For an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course, with two glasses of Franciacorta and a water, it was a whopping 70 euros!!! To recap, we arrived very enthusiastic and left very, very disappointed. I will never return. It definitely doesn't deserve the positive reviews it has.

09/09/2025: Everything was delicious, from the starters to the desserts. Next time I'll try the fish, but that will definitely be excellent too.

12/07/2025: Exceptional place. Well-kept and clean, just steps from the sanctuary. Delicious dishes made with quality ingredients, and excellent service from wonderful people.

07/07/2025: We stopped today for lunch and I must say that overall we can consider ourselves quite satisfied. Of the three first courses chosen, the troccoli with octopus ragù were remarkable, the spaghetti with clams were excellent, the seafood packets were just below par. A big regret was not having bread at the table, the "scarpetta" would have definitely added something extra to the experience. Too bad. Good desserts Price adequate for the quality of the dishes, three first courses, two desserts, water and a beer 79 euros. Friendly and helpful staff, I'm not giving five stars only for the paccheri, just below the other first courses, and for the lack of bread. The "scarpetta" was a must! Recommended

10/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and had such a great time that we went back two days later!! The helpfulness, politeness, professionalism, and friendliness... Paolo, Matteo, and even the girl...they paid us little touches that aren't easy to find these days! Perfect dinners, and so compliments to the chef too! We'll definitely be back!!! Well done guys...your presence makes the difference!!!
