28/10/2024: Simple and rustic restaurant on the river bank with adjoining trout farm and open grill. Abundant and well-executed dishes. The appetizer was very good with the selection of trout offered in different preparations and, a very pleasant discovery, the combination of ingredients proposed for the burger, also made with trout. Kind and patient staff. Good quality/price ratio. Public paid parking not far away on the opposite side of the river, reachable by crossing the bridge.

28/09/2024: Place on the river bank. Very kind staff. Excellent foods. Low prices Congratulations for everything from the fast service to the quality of the food and the venue. Highly recommended to try.

30/03/2025: Large and welcoming American-style restaurant. With an outdoor space to enjoy in the summer. The hamburgers are amazing. I usually take the one with peppers and jalapeno or the classic (Colorado) with bacon. Our fixed stop for dinner when we come to Bormio both in summer and winter. In front of the restaurant there is a nice playground for those with children.

23/03/2025: in one word a great place in the middle of Bormio. pizza good burger ok. the worst thing about the place is a lady about 18-20 years old (waiter) who completely ignores you. when you order something she brings half of it. when you make eye contact with her that you would like another drink she doesn't care at all. when paying you tell her that you had ordered something extra and she calmly tells you that she didn't put it on your bill and that it's ok. you can have great food but when an idiot serves you you can't do anything about it. we have been here twice and the second time I lost patience

25/08/2024: Bella location e bel locale... ...ma non esiste che un cameriere, su SUO ERRORE, faccia anche l'offeso. Ci sediamo all'esterno ed attendiamo il cameriere che serve prima di noi TRE tavoli arrivati dopo... richiamo la sua attenzione dicendo: "possiamo ordinare anche noi?" E lui se ne va sbracciando... Quando prende l'ordinazione gli faccio notare il nostro ordine di arrivo e lui risponde: "ma io non vi avevo visto!" Io dico che il problema non è non averci visto che può capitare ma la sua reazione! ..e lui che fa: manda un'altra cameriera a servire noi (La ragazza che si occupa della sala interna) mentre lui si occupa del resto dei tavoli. PESSIMO!!!

05/02/2025: well the photos speak for themselves, if you book in advance and declare what you want to eat, you can do it earlier, service and hospitality from times gone by, commendable presentation of dishes, perhaps the only flaw is the water served in an ancient way

26/01/2025: I wanted to put 0. The service is terrible, we waited 40 minutes before the waitress came to take the order, then half an hour before the starter arrived. The food was not good, the first and second courses were too salty. In the end the coffee didn't arrive. I didn't consider this place

24/03/2025: Davvero, non scherziamo! Cena sublime, dall'antipasto al dolce, con piatti della tradizione rivisitati mantenendo assolutamente fede alle ricette originali. Gusti bilanciati, sapori definiti, materie prime di assoluta qualità. Il tutto in una location piacevolissima e con un servizio attento, cortese e sorridente (che non guasta mai). Consigliatissimo.

22/03/2025: In un contesto dove quasi tutti i ristoranti propongono piatti tipici locali, il Filó è forse uno dei pochi che propone un menu diverso, una cucina moderna ed attuale, con legami alla tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave gourmet. Bellissimo locale, molto suggestivo ed elegante con un servizio impeccabile. Prezzo sopra la media ma coerente con il contesto e la proposta.

27/01/2025: Ristorante pessimo con dipendenti scortesi maleducati ed arroganti ci sono stato con amici ma non pensavo fosse così pietoso come posto i camerieri maleducati a dir poco soprattutto Paola la caposala che se l ho presa con noi perché abbiamo chiesto informazioni dove erano i servizi igienici ci ha risposto che potevamo andare a farli anche nel bosco vicino tanto per lei era lo stesso veramente scortese non torneremo più in questo posto veramente nauseante

12/01/2025: Ciao a tutti volevo sconsigliare di venire in questo ristorante abbiamo cenato io e la mia famiglia ma lo squallore non ha mai fine in questo posto tempi di attesa lunghissimi abbiamo chiesto alla cameriera di nome Paola spiegazioni per il ritardo dei piatti e ci ha risposto che non erano fatti nostri e non ci doveva interessare continuando a replicare a mio papà comunque la cameriera è veramente maleducata ed irrispettosa nei confronti dei clienti piatti immangiabili freddi carichi di olio ecc… sono andata in bagno e c’era il degrado totale anche li bagni così sporchi non penso di averli mai visti pavimento lercio da tempo non lo puliscono servizi gialli e sporchi dai bisogni dei clienti insomma uno vero schifo nel senso della parola per un posto che attende le Olimpiadi mi pare abbastanza squallido come il suo personale

03/09/2024: Arriviamo alle 16:45 io prendo un San bitter e chiedo se possibile avere qualcosa da mangiare. La risposta é stata mi spiace ma diamo qualcosa dopo le 17:30! Direi di evitarlo

25/09/2024: Location calda ed accogliente, che definirei “rustic chic”. Piatti tipici valtellinesi ottimamente realizzati. Servizio discreto e professionale. Una piacevole serata che mi ha fatto dire: “molto soddisfatto”

09/02/2025: Awful place. I should have left when i saw the two tables full of dirty dishes blocking the way to the bar. But I was hungry and tired of looking around - most places in Bormio are closed in the afternoon, as well as the grocery store, it also being Sunday - so I made the mistake of ordering some pasta. My heart dropped when I heard the ping of the microwave... when served, the food wasn't even hot. I just couldn't eat it. I asked to pay and the people serving instead of apologising of course became defensive and said it was great food. Definitely couldn't trust the hygiene of the place. Avoid it at all costs!

28/01/2025: Degustibus 99 euros to leave hungry... Tasteless borage ravioli Dry and almost certainly pre-cooked pizza Sandwich you couldn't understand the filling. Well... if this is how we welcome tourism better than us Ligurians
