21/10/2025: My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, from the breakfast staff to the lady working at the spa. The outdoor spa was excellent, but the indoor pool was less so, as we found it a bit cold. Breakfast was worth the price; it had everything you need to start the day off right. Good value for money, but probably due to the low season. We'll definitely be back.

10/07/2025: We stayed at the Miramonti Park Hotel and we can only describe it as a fantastic place in every way. The facility is welcoming, immaculately clean, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, and designed to make every guest feel pampered. But what really makes the difference is the staff: their kindness, helpfulness, and customer service are top-notch. A special mention, however, undoubtedly goes to Luca. It's hard to put into words how special he made our stay. He's not only an impeccable professional—a true worker—but above all, a wonderful person, with a big heart, a smile always ready, and a rare empathy. His presence left a profound impression on us, and we can honestly say it was one of the main reasons our stay will remain unforgettable. In a world where everything often happens too quickly, meeting someone like Luca truly makes a difference. A great man, even before being a great professional. We will definitely return, even just to see that smile that made us feel at home again.

11/01/2026: Not being a casual tourist but a Valtellina native, I expected much more. The atmosphere was beautiful and unique. The service was perfect. The food was on par with other places, in fact! 93 euros for the food in the photos.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. 17/01/2026: IF YOU LOVE THE THRILL, ORDER HERE! The thrill of playing Russian roulette is unmatched when it comes to ordering food! You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes they completely mess up your order (a diavola became a ham and mushroom calzone). Very often, the food arrives cold (even though delivery times have been on schedule lately). But the best thing of all is being faced with dishes you wouldn't expect to find even in the most remote village in the Amazon rainforest... (The pizza was clearly reheated twice! The first time without mozzarella, the second with the entire cheese. You can't get away with something like that. I'd post a photo of the pizza, but after the first slice, I fed it to my beast of a dog.) Friendly drivers but rude staff. In April, a friend of mine who went to the pizzeria was FALSELY accused IN FRONT OF EVERYONE of stealing a can of tea. It's insane that this place has 3 locations (one under construction). Change your attitude when it comes to home deliveries, or close down and make room for other pizzerias that are definitely better quality. If you have to do home deliveries, do them WELL! P.S.: You need a strong stomach to avoid stomach aches after pizza delivery.

19/01/2026: Today, after two years of not coming, I went into the cafeteria. It wasn't clear that I had to get the food and go upstairs. It used to be like that. The bottom line is, the man at the bar gave me a somewhat rambling answer. The blonde lady, when I asked a polite question, replied, "So what?" We should have simply said that we had to get the food and go upstairs. I left, and I won't be eating here again.
