My wife and I were ecstatic about the taste of the cheeseburger and the beef fillet: the best we have ever eaten. Final treat: the desserts! It will be a must-see on every trip to Bormio.

05/08/2025: Speechless. We were very disappointed with the service, despite the restaurant's appearance as a welcoming and well-kept one. We arrived with two small children and were in a hurry to eat because the kids were tired. After seating us with the designated booster seats, they moved us from our tables for no reason, causing discomfort. One of the waiters, when we were ordering, treated us with an arrogant tone and a lack of helpfulness, far from the welcome one would expect in a quality establishment. The vegetable soup for the little girl wasn't available, the portion for the other child was really small, and overall the service was rushed and careless. We asked for a bottle of sparkling water, which arrived at room temperature, and when we asked for ice, we were told it had just been taken out of the refrigerator (when it was clearly the opposite). A negative experience in many ways, especially for a family with children. What a shame.

04/08/2025: Ristorante nella piazza principale di Bormio. Servizio molto attento e cordiale. Davvero eccellenti le specialità valtellinese a partire dagli sciatt fino ai pizzoccheri. Ottima anche la bavarese finale con salsa all'amaro Braulio. Prezzo normale. Merita una visita

03/08/2025: One of the best dinners in town. The location is reminiscent of a Louisiana fishing lodge. A wooden structure with a beautifully lit portico next to a "Sablonera," a characteristic stone pond where trout are raised. I chose the "Fillet of salmon trout with a side of grilled mixed vegetables." The fish was fresh and well-cooked, the vegetables were flavorful and well-spiced, and I enhanced it with their taragna polenta, which paired perfectly. No flaws; if you find one, forget it and enjoy the dinner.

23/03/2025: Si mangia sempre bene in questo ristorante: piatti della tradizione e non abbondanti e ben curati. E' anche l'occasione per farsi consigliare alla scoperta di vini che, nel rispetto della tradizione e della qualità, consentono di sperimentare nuove cantine e novità di vinificazione. Bravi!

14/03/2025: Alloggiando un paio di notti all’hotel Nevada abbiamo anche usufruito del loro ristorante dove ci siamo sempre trovati bene con la loro cucina della tradizione locale. Buona anche la selezione di vini locali tra cui una raccolta tardiva di nebbiolo che si sposava benissimo con il cervo. Bene anche la colazione a buffet.

16/08/2025: Excellent pizzas with fresh ingredients and plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff, we found a table without a reservation. Excellent value!!! I recommend it.

17/08/2025: I've been coming here for many years, but I've noticed a very lack of customer service from the front desk. This lack of service, however, is demonstrated after payment has been made. Of course, not all staff are like this. Customers should be treated more respectfully, though.
