30/11/2025: The place looks fancy, but the whole experience was a disappointment. The food was overpriced and honestly not good enough to justify the cost. On top of that, they charged us for the bread they brought without asking and even for the oil — 2€ per person — and never mentioned it beforehand. If you expect transparency and decent quality for the money you spend, this is not the restaurant to choose. I left feeling ripped off, not satisfied.

30/11/2025: Absolutely absurd! SCAM be aware! They charged us for the bread and service and then charged us for every person for the OIL we asked to use. Everywhere else in the WORLD it's free but here. Please do NOT go here.

20/09/2025: Very convenient location, just a two-minute drive from the center of Bormio, convenient for walking to several nearby attractions. A very nice breakfast room, large and spacious room. The TV could be bigger, and perhaps turning the heating up a little every now and then wouldn't hurt. Convenient parking is available, and the common area is very nice. The breakfast was varied and good, and the problem we had with the room was resolved unexpectedly well. We were very pleased.

04/09/2025: My 6-year-old son and I vacationed here in July; the location and services far exceeded our expectations: exceptional rooms, a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, and incredibly kind staff. A perfect choice, especially for families, with private rooms with bathrooms and communal areas perfect for spending time even on rainy days. The hotel's location also allows for walks suitable for small children, and there are countless experiences of all kinds nearby: walks with alpacas; high-altitude bobsleigh rides; educational farms; hikes in breathtaking locations; and bike rides. We were very satisfied and happy with our experience, and what can we say about the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the bartender, and especially the delicious dishes from the chef, who was ready to satisfy every request? A highly recommended vacation experience. Thanks again!

07/09/2025: Found by chance when we first arrived in Bormio. The menu features freshwater fish and meat. Very, very good. Generous portions. Fast and very friendly service. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

21/10/2025: The pizza was tasty, but the service was very unfriendly and arogant. We visited this pizzeria for the second time in about two years, and both times there were issues with the staff. Maybe they’re only like this with tourists — I don’t know — but based on other reviews, it seems that more customers have had problems with the unfriendly and unprofessional service. Unfortunately, it ruins the whole experience and makes it hard to enjoy the good pizza. Once again, we were convinced that it’s better to go somewhere else than to come here and have the food and the evening completely spoiled.

05/10/2025: The service was not rude but joyless - we arrived for lunch and were told ‘only pizzas today’. The crust of the pizza was very tasty and fragrant but the pizzas themselves were salty and toppings lacked flavour. However the place was clean and seats were comfortable and it is conveniently located.

04/09/2025: Enjoyed having a choice between gluten free cannelloni and lasagne! Thats never happened before. I chose the cannelloni. Next time I would buy a side salad to accompany it. Serving size was on the small side.

18/09/2025: We're not there!! Honestly, I thought it would be much better, but I was disappointed. I went with my 15-month-old son, and for him, there's only a little pool with a mushroom and a small slide, a small play area where it was freezing! It's like making kids sick. They're doing some renovations, so there was very little; the Turkish bath had a bad smell inside, and there's no clarity on how to get back to the parking lot, we got lost twice. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it; the real spas are elsewhere, I'm sorry.

13/09/2025: They don't accept reservations, and because of this, during holidays and public holidays, lines can form for hours just to get in, regardless of the time. The spa area has a limited number of places (with a turnstile to count people), so after waiting in line for more than an hour, you might still not be able to access the spa until someone vacates their spot. As a municipal swimming pool, however, it's well-maintained and pleasant, and the spa area is equally well-maintained and pleasant. Obviously, during public holidays, things can get chaotic, as managing the spa without a reservation causes inconvenience.
