20/06/2025: Yesterday we had lunch in this establishment, four of us, one of whom was in a wheelchair, so no problem with access. We stayed outside, as it was a hot day. Parking is available and free, as the establishment is adjacent to the supermarket. It is self-service, so the customers are their own waiters. The food is limited to a few first courses and a few second courses, plus desserts, but cooked very well. There is also a bar, for hot drinks. Very cheap prices, generous portions, a public establishment to recommend.

23/02/2025: We stayed just one night during the week to go to the old baths and we found this solution at a great price. We slept in the double room, which was nice and clean. The living room with the central fireplace was beautiful, where we ate an excellent breakfast. Recommended

20/06/2025: If you love grilled meat, courtesy and the smile of the staff, Keller Steak House is the place for you. My wife and I were ecstatic about the taste of the cheeseburger and the beef fillet: the best we have ever eaten. Final treat: the desserts! It will be a must-see on every trip to Bormio.

04/07/2025: One of the best restaurants in Bormio where to try typical local cuisine. They welcomed me in the kindest way even if I showed up 20 minutes before their closing time, and they were dedicating to me full attention explaining in details the various dishes options and the best wine matches. The meal overall was delicious, and the price fair given the quality of the ingredients. Definitely a top choice to take in consideration if you are in town.

18/07/2025: The woman who did my waxing was very kind and polite, and you could tell she's just starting out and learning. She's only 18, a beginner, and that's fine: it's normal for her to be in training. However, I believe she should still be supported and monitored more closely, especially during client treatments. She shouldn't be left completely alone: a little supervision or support would be important to ensure a high-quality service. Unfortunately, the waxing result was only partially satisfactory. I don't blame her, but rather those who should be more diligent in training her. I politely expressed these observations at the time of payment, but my comment wasn't received with openness. I was simply told that the woman had already been monitored during the week. I honestly wonder how, considering the outcome of the treatment. I believe listening to client feedback is essential for growth and improvement. Finally—thankfully—I managed to find a place at Estetica Paola, where I'd been before, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Despite the emergency, they welcomed me and fixed everything with their usual professionalism and expertise. Excellent work, as always. Bormio Terme is a big name, and has managed to stand out in the past thanks to excellent brands like Comfort Zone, which I know well and happily purchase. But—my God—if this is the experience, it really isn't worth it.

23/03/2025: Si mangia sempre bene in questo ristorante: piatti della tradizione e non abbondanti e ben curati. E' anche l'occasione per farsi consigliare alla scoperta di vini che, nel rispetto della tradizione e della qualità, consentono di sperimentare nuove cantine e novità di vinificazione. Bravi!

14/03/2025: Alloggiando un paio di notti all’hotel Nevada abbiamo anche usufruito del loro ristorante dove ci siamo sempre trovati bene con la loro cucina della tradizione locale. Buona anche la selezione di vini locali tra cui una raccolta tardiva di nebbiolo che si sposava benissimo con il cervo. Bene anche la colazione a buffet.

06/06/2025: Best coffee on the pass. Genuinely friendly barista and an amazing waterfall just behind the building. A great place to stop on the pass.

22/05/2025: Cristal Bar Mountain Bistrot offers well-presented dishes in a refined environment. The food is very good and of high quality. The service is friendly, pleasant and courteous, but at times slow. Overall a great experience, ideal for a relaxing break in the mountains. I will definitely be back this winter!

08/05/2025: A place that closes for a month cannot fail to report it on Google Maps... Arrived here, parked and paid for parking only to find the shop closed, even though it was open on Maps.

02/07/2025: You eat near the river. Outdoors or inside. Quiet place, but very nice.
