A truly noteworthy restaurant. This splendid restaurant is located within an elegant hotel, featuring a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is strongly rooted in tradition, with interesting reinterpretations that showcase local flavors without distorting them. The kitchen's entrée was a delight: a delicate and delicious cream of vegetable soup. For our appetizer, we chose venison bresaola with ricotta and walnuts, a balanced and truly excellent combination. Next, a magnificent loin of venison with wild blueberries and polenta: simply spectacular. The slow-cooked rack of lamb over vegetable spaghetti was also excellent, prepared with great care and precision. Generous portions, impeccable cooking, and top-quality ingredients complete a first-class gastronomic experience. A highly recommended stop for those who love good food. We had an absolutely flawless dining experience here from start to finish. The service was impeccable; as soon as we arrived, they took our coats, making us feel welcome immediately. The table was beautifully set, and the attention to detail was evident. The entire staff deserves praise-they were all professional and welcoming, and our waiters were incredibly attentive without being intrusive. Had a lovely time dining here. We walked in and were completely blown away by the service and the helpfulness of the staff. The food was also amazing, and they even had someone to help us choose our wine pairings. Will go again next time I find myself in Bormio for sure!

The restaurant we found on the spur of the moment had absolutely top-notch service. Just looking at the menu gave us a sense of luxury. Maybe the bad food was my fault; perhaps Chinese people should avoid such places…

Fantastic restaurant with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and atmospheric pianist. We are also staying at the hotel and are very enthusiastic! Highly recommended!
