We stayed with my family for 4 consecutive days in the morning and I must say that I found the staff friendly, smiling and very professional. I will return... very thorough cleaning.

It's happened to me often, asking for a product to be brought to me later, but instead everything always arrives at the same time: sandwich, chips, ice cream, coffee cream. While I'm eating, the ice cream melts, and the coffee cream becomes liquid.

Special thanks to the gel who was on duty on Saturday 18/7/26. He was kind, friendly, and competent, despite the crowded place. He was incredibly sweet. Well done from a colleague from Forlì ☺️

Unfortunately, I've been having a bad time at this McDonald's for a while now! The tables are always dirty, the service is incredibly slow and inattentive, and the sandwiches are horribly assembled: it seems like they just put the ingredients back in the box, hoping that somehow everything will be fine, but unfortunately, that's not the case. I was hoping it was due to a staff shortage or training, but I see it's been going on for a long time: I order two breakfasts and one arrives, I order menus and they arrive after a good 20 minutes. I've written the rest above. Sorry, I liked it, too bad!

Nice place, fun and cheerful, ideal for a couple of carefree hours. I'd say the speed has improved. Everything confirmed. I'd reiterate that the new products and offers are also worth trying. Nice collection of glasses. It's a shame the workmanship isn't exactly top-notch.

I often stop by for a break or a quick meal, and I'm always happy with the service. Fast service, a clean environment, and generally friendly staff. It's also convenient for those passing through the Mantua area who want to stop without wasting too much time.

The new Gran Crispy McBacon Chips are very good, I hope they keep it. We got the cheese fries and there was very little cheese, the same thing has happened other times with the cheese and bacon ones: you pay more and there's very little seasoning! On the other hand, the Big Arch had so much sauce, you could only taste it and the other ingredients slipped through.
