Genuineness is the watchword. Top quality ingredients. Well done! Fantastic Torrelloni from Mantua with ricotta and herbs, panelle with super cured meats, very good sbrisolona. Very honest prices. Free parking on the square.
The environment needs to be renovated but that's fine too,
given the goodness of the food.

Typical dishes of the area: excellent fried gnocco with local cured meats and Tortelli d'erbetta.
Fast service, very friendly and helpful staff with knowledge of English and German.

I have been going to this place twice a year for several years, we have always had a good time, the staff is efficient and friendly, the service is fast and they are also very helpful with animals. Fried dumplings and good cured meats, excellent pumpkin and herb tortelli, on Wednesday we also tried the delicious tripe.
As a greedy person, perhaps I would include a few more desserts.

We arrived a little late, after 1.30pm, without having booked, despite this we were welcomed without problems.
The restaurant is central and adjacent to a convenient car park.
Three diners, we wanted to try the fried gnocco with the platter of mixed cured meats, accompanied by the house Lambrusco: excellent choice!
Furthermore, we wanted to try the Grana Padano paired with mustard, very good.
The quality of the raw materials made up for a slightly old but characteristic environment.
Lunch ended on a sweet note with sbrisolona soaked in Lambrusco, a combination recommended by the restaurant manager and much appreciated.
Fast and friendly service, meaning excellent value for money.

In centro a questa deliziosa cittadina c'è questo locale. Molto affollato, ma, nonostante ciò, servizio abbastanza solerte. Pochi piatti scelti nella tradizione locale e ben cucinati. Prezzo più che accettabile
