03/08/2025: The atmosphere is nice and the food is very good but there is no variety of choice and there are few types of sushi and when the food runs out of the tray you have to wait half an hour for more.

13/07/2025: It had been a while since I had been there, I must say that I found a quiet atmosphere with helpful and kind staff. Even as for food, I found a lot of variety with an affordable price for everyone.

14/09/2025: When we arrived at the restaurant, we asked if there was seating outside. The answer was to wait 15 minutes, with our names written down in a notebook. After about 40 minutes, having heard nothing, we asked when we would be seated for lunch and the answer, unfortunately, was that there was no seating, with no explanation as to when we would be told. We don't think this is the right or friendly way to approach customers. Not recommended, not because of the food, which we didn't have the chance to try, but certainly because of the staff.

14/09/2025: Three of us came in at 7:00 PM for an aperitif. The waiter didn't greet us and ignored us. After a few minutes, he paid us a visit, saying they'd be there shortly. We waited a little longer and asked for an aperitif. The manager rudely replied that they'd be closing at 7:30 PM (the online closing time is 8:00 PM). We decided to stay anyway. So the manager asked the waiter if there was room for three outside. There was, and it was obvious, so much so that the waiter huffed and puffed at the empty table that needed clearing. A chair, which was also available at the table next to us, would have been enough. With a cheeky face, he told us that unfortunately there was no room. We politely said our goodbyes and left. I understand everything, the tiredness of a busy day like Sunday, but working with the public, I say that you don't behave like that. All you had to do was say, "I'm sorry, girls, but we're closing." A customer feels cheated. It was a lapse in style, a real shame about the service because the quality of the products is unquestionable.

25/05/2025: Good ice cream. Too bad there is no place to eat it except standing or on the 2 benches in front. Quantity slightly lower than average compared to the price.

12/05/2025: Valid ice cream shop, good ice cream, complete with 'unconventional' flavors and lactose-free flavours. Smiling and kind staff despite the slightly late hour. We didn't taste the cakes and the single portions, but it must be said that they looked beautiful, very inviting. The environment is clean and tidy, it is not large, but if the weather permits you can stop on the outdoor benches.

20/09/2025: A shameful experience at Tramvai in Mantua, to say the least. I don't even know where to begin to describe how pitiful the evening was. The fries arrived cold, hard, and inedible, as if they'd been cooked hours earlier and then abandoned. The sandwiches? Cold, tasteless, and without any attention paid. But the worst was with a friend of mine: they made the wrong sandwich twice in a row, and while we were already finished (if you can call it that), she hadn't even started eating. A total disaster. The service was embarrassingly slow, lacking the slightest professionalism or attention to the customers. No one apologized, no one tried to correct the mistake. The feeling was that the staff didn't care at all about who came to eat there. To conclude, the quality of the food made us feel sick: we literally felt like we were poisoned after eating. An evening ruined by a place that passes itself off as a sandwich shop but can't even begin to serve a decent sandwich. A place to forget, never again. Not recommended for anyone looking for something hot, tasty, and edible.

22/05/2025: Simple trattoria with typical Mantua dishes, pumpkin tortelli truly exceptional. Generous portions. The lady who welcomes you with kindness and sympathy is an excellent hostess. Fair price.

21/07/2025: The staff were friendly and attentive. They don't speak French, and I don't speak Italian, so no problem. Excellent food. Arrived at 10:30 p.m., and they were still serving!

19/07/2025: I was in this pizzeria at 10.30pm this evening there were 6 of us and we asked if we could have a pizza the waitress said I'll hear from the pizzeria if they still have dough after a minute the owner arrives and says there was no more pizza the waitress says that we asked and the pizza was sent away we are here at the pizzeria la QUADRA in Guastalla very good pizza and super beer

02/10/2025: Ordered a cheeseburger... How you didn't put cheese on it, I don't know. Burnt fries Fast service, but if you have to do it like this, take five extra minutes. FORMAGGIOtto means you need at least a slice of cheddar... You can eat the burnt fries when you close. 15 euros for a hamburger. Disgusting. Never again.

05/09/2025: A rustic place serving excellent grilled chicken. The boat-shaped fries are delicious. The craft beers are also excellent. The desserts aren't bad, but they're worth the price.
