21/10/2025: Varied menu of fish and meat, tried several times. Last night we celebrated a birthday with the room reserved just for us. We made several choices on the à la carte menu. Everything was delicious!! The helpfulness and kindness of the owners were truly exquisite! R. It will remain our favorite restaurant! Rating 10!

27/09/2025: We had spaghetti vongole and a mixed starter plate of cantuccio. The mixed starter plate exceeded all our expectations; every single element was perfectly combined. For example, the warm chicken with mushrooms. The carpaccio with apples was a really great idea, and the service was friendly. We look forward to our next visit.

01/10/2025: Exclusive seaside hotel with a restaurant open to the public, extremely well-maintained and where the food is sublime. I recommend the fresh raw fish and the entire menu, where every dish is served with extreme care by the very professional and friendly staff.

27/09/2025: The trip with Murer-Reisen left nothing to be desired. The reception at the hotel (luggage transfer to the room, staff, reception, and the reverse on the day of departure: everything as you would expect from a four-star hotel) was perfect. Every question and every request was answered in a friendly manner. The waiters in the dining room were very courteous and friendly, as were the room staff. The cleanliness left nothing to be desired. The kitchen deserves a big round of applause. Alassio is worth seeing. It will be a pleasure for us to return there again and enjoy some days of relaxation. Thanks to everyone involved.

22/10/2025: We were at this restaurant three days ago. Without a reservation, we were seated at the bar. The place was blaring with music, and we figured this was due to the lack of people. The food (Angus steak and rabbit) arrived quickly. By then, the restaurant was quite full. However, the very loud jazz music bothered us. When I asked the waiter if the music wasn't a bit strange and loud, he asked me if I didn't like it. I confirmed that I found the loud jazz music out of place. His reply: He just really liked the music. After that, we left the restaurant as quickly as possible. The food was really good. Guests are treated differently!!! I travel to Italy frequently as a tour guide and have never experienced anything like this.

20/10/2025: Perhaps a menu with more options would be ideal. The sorbet is excellent.

28/09/2025: I returned after many years because I remembered the excellent products, and I was once again satisfied! The pesto focaccia was delicious, as was the pizza with tomato sauce. They offer many varieties of focaccia, bread, and other baked goods. The baci and chifferi are delicious.

25/09/2025: Friendliness, quality, and cleanliness make this shop a must-visit during a visit to the city. Every product is excellent, and the price is commensurate with the quality. A must-visit for us foodies!

07/11/2025: The pizzas are beautifully topped, the pasta is good, the fried fish is excellent... everyone is very kind... and the price is fair... we picked everything up in person so I can't judge anything else... compliments to the managers...

12/10/2025: RESPECT! Respect is required. Anyone who offers you a fish soup (CIUPPIN in dialect) for the modest sum of €19 and serves you a broth with 4 mussels, 6 clams, 1 small squid, and what were supposed to be anchovies (a fish too small for soup), but which I couldn't count because they fell apart during cooking (leaving the bones intact), serves a nearly inedible dish, certainly not restaurant-quality. This is a recipe made with "poor" fish, a red mullet, a small white sea bream, a barchetta (I don't know what it's called in Italian), etc. The cost per serving is, however, offset by the time it takes (in this case, there wasn't any!) to clean the cooked fish, to serve the cleaned pieces, so they can be eaten with a spoon. This was simply a poor dish, without care or respect. They didn't even bother to serve the classic slice of toasted bread (too much effort!) to accompany the dish. The waiter approached and asked if something was wrong. I replied that what was wrong wasn't something that WAS there, but something that WASN'T there. He never returned. A fine example of Ligurian hospitality!

08/12/2025: Very nice and clean place. There's also a truly charming outdoor seating area by the sea. The waiters were very friendly. The appetizers were really good, but my wife's pasta was a little overcooked and lacked flavor. Overall, a nice place. Prices are a little high, especially €5 for two coffees. Those are a bit too high, although the tableside moka pot option is very nice.

08/12/2025: After 5 years, we returned, and this little place still deserves the best in everything!!! A truly beautiful little place; entering it feels like stepping back in time. Excellent food, great prices, and above all, it's open 365 days a year, with live music every night. The manager is very welcoming, and the young woman who served us was not only very courteous but also very knowledgeable about the wines and dishes they prepare. A notable feature for Alassio restaurants is that they have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. There are steps to get in, but even a wheelchair user alone would find the manager to be helpful. The musical instruments are very interesting, some made by the musician, who, unfortunately, I couldn't hear because I went for lunch. For the evening, it's best to book. I'll definitely be back!!!
