15/07/2026: We stumbled upon this little gem completely by chance, and it was a wonderful experience. I'd like to start with the impeccable service. All three waiters were delightful, professional, and incredibly warm. They brought us water for the dog before we even asked for it. The smoked salmon appetizer was superb, the gnocchi were delicious... But, ladies and gentlemen, the linguine with Castelmagno cheese stole the show!
The only flaw was the tiramisu in the bowl, which didn't seem fresh, but it was still a great experience.
14/07/2026: Carefully crafted dishes, excellent ingredients, and unique pairings. The mussel appetizer, for example, isn't your average marinara or peppered mussels: the ginger, lime, honey, and soy sauce sauce creates a truly interesting pairing. The linguine with scallops, bottarga, and lemon is fabulous. Seafood and meat menu. Quick and attentive service. Excellent selection.

20/07/2026: Lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, a truly pleasant location. We ate truly high-quality fish and excellent portions (big compliments to the chef). However, the waitress's table service was a major flaw... slow and very rude, deliberately ignored when there were only three tables to serve. We chose the chef's appetizer, which included four truly delicious entrees. It's a shame they served us without even explaining what we were eating.
Recommended place, but it's a shame the waitress was unprofessional. The young waiter, however, was very polite and helpful.
20/07/2026: Very good food, fresh fish, and large portions. It's a shame about the rude and arrogant waitress. If you don't enjoy working with customers, perhaps it would be better to change careers. I would have given more stars, but given the waitress's lack of professionalism, two already seems excessive.
P.S. If I order a dish based on the chef's imagination, I expect at least an explanation.

14/05/2026: Everything was perfect! All the dishes were excellent, with special mention for the Branda (exceptional) and the Sacher Torte (amazing)! The service was impeccable and attentive, with Paolo doing everything he could to make you feel at ease. The prices were absolutely excellent, and the quality of the products was superb (everything locally sourced).
Not to be missed! A wonderful discovery!

25/07/2026: We travel a lot and always go to all-you-can-eat restaurants. So far, this restaurant has become the absolute best we've been to. If the decor isn't important to you, but the flavor of the food is what really matters, this place is fantastic!
The grilled calamari is soft and flavorful, the shrimp juicy and tender. The pork* and chicken with bamboo mushrooms is excellent, and we've never had gyoza this good! We were all super happy. The service was super fast. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!
12/07/2026: I give everything a 5. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent, fresh, with plenty of choices on the menu, and the food arrived quickly. The location is homey and beautifully decorated. No flaws. Fantastic.

Borgo Castello in Loano, with a magical atmosphere, delicious food, very friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
A true gem.

Tucked away in a courtyard surrounded by historic buildings...a quiet atmosphere compared to the restaurants downtown.
We ate very well, and the lady was very kind and friendly.
