18/08/2025: We had dinner here this evening by chance. On our way back from the beach, we decided to dine out with some friends. The place was lovely and the food was delicious: seafood carbonara spaghetti, spaghetti with bottarga, gnocchi with pesto, capon magro, sea bream fillet, barracuda... all delicious. We finished with excellent homemade desserts. All in all, a great experience. (Gluten-free options too! 😍)

08/08/2025: Tried it by chance and it was a beautiful and interesting discovery... excellent food... kind and friendly service and for once everything in calm and quiet times... no rush... just savour it.

27/07/2025: Pure goodness. Made with excellent ingredients, the owner is a kind and true master pastry chef. I had the pleasure of tasting coffee like I hadn't had in a long time.

15/08/2025: Today, August 15th, my husband and I had lunch at this wonderful place. A fabulous view, an excellent lunch full of delicacies, and impeccable service thanks to the waitress Eva. I'd already heard good things about this restaurant, and I have to say they weren't wrong. We'll definitely be back...

Special mention goes to Andrea, who accompanied us throughout the evening with exceptional service: attentive, warm, and professional. It's just a shame that tipping by card wasn't possible – that should be changed urgently, because someone like Andrea deserves every recognition! We'll definitely be back! ⸻ A wonderful evening of enjoyment and wonderful surprises! We ate generously – every course was creative, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. 18/06/2025: Piatti "essenziali" Ho ritrovato un antico sapore...melanzana con cioccolato fondente! Perfetta! Ho purtroppo potuto gustare pochi piatti per un piccolo problema sanitaria che mi ha impedito di sperimentare altri piatti e vino! Da non perdere Gentilezza,gusto, ricerca e curiosità! Da provare Ritorneremo!

16/06/2025: Questo locale è perfetto per un'occasione speciale in cui gustare abbinamenti particolari. I piatti sono tutti molto ricercati. Ottimo anche il vino consigliato dalla titolare.

29/06/2025: I visited the workshop recently and the experience was definitely disappointing. The place itself is not bad, but what ruins everything is the attitude of the staff: rude, brusque and unprofessional. • From the moment I ordered, the staff showed obvious annoyance to my questions, answering hastily and with an annoyed tone - just as reported by other customers . • This is not an isolated case: several people on online review platforms complain about the same unfriendly and unhelpful behavior, especially from those who take orders • Overall: unwelcoming service and, in my case, what should have been a pleasant moment turned into a feeling of annoyance. The advice is clear: if you are looking for courtesy and a minimum of sympathy, here you risk being very disappointed. A change in the relationship with customers is needed, because it is not enough to have a good pizza if you are then treated like a burden.

26/06/2025: Nice place!!! The decor immediately strikes you.... garage style...with motorcycles, cars and old and iconic objects. Specialty "pizza a la pala"...wide choice...and I must say that the 2 choices we made were really excellent. Fast service...and average prices. We will definitely be back. 👍

04/09/2025: Low quality ingredients (mushrooms from a can and artichokes from a cheap jar) on a tomato coulis that comes from a can. Without having simmered. Really not worthy of Italy.

21/08/2025: The sushi is great, with lots of variety and delicious food. The outside atmosphere is very nice, but the inside is rather uncomfortable.

17/08/2025: The service isn't bad, but the wait is long. The menu is very limited, with little choice or variety. Furthermore, it's inconvenient to have to order dishes from the waiter every time you order from the paper menu. The sushi wasn't good; it was full of rice, and you couldn't taste the fish. Finally, the place was small, and even with air conditioning, it was very hot. Never again.

20/07/2025: For every anniversary, celebration, or occasion, we spend a couple of fantastic hours here in our favorite restaurant, where everything is perfect! Great atmosphere, excellent food, service, and attention to detail, all of which we treat as friends!

20/07/2025: Tutte le nostre feste e momenti speciali li celebriamo qui nel fantastico Doc!!!Bello in ogni stagione,ma d estate nel giardino e nel cosiddetto romantic table l atmosfera è da favola!!!La gentilezza di Cinzia squisita sommelier, chi serve in tavola,tutto fa da cornice alla sublime cucina dello chef Paolo ( adorabili i nuovi desserts … budino al cocco… morbidoso al cioccolato e menta per citarne alcuni) Io sono vegetariana e ho sempre un menù dedicato!!!Ieri sera era una nostra importante data e come nella foto allegata al momento del dolce una gradita sorpresa!!! 25/08/2025: I've been coming here all summer and had a great time! They also have excellent and tasty gluten-free options made with chickpea flour. Outdoor tables with umbrellas, a clean and welcoming place, and helpful staff.

09/09/2025: Excellent pizza, very rich, high quality/price ratio considering that you are in Liguria. I returned the following evening and had the fried fish, the pork one is also excellent, highly recommended.

09/09/2025: I don't recommend Ristorante Manuel. We waited a good 50 minutes for our order, and the staff only responded to my question about how long we had to wait. The mussel dish was disappointing—about 60% of it had gone bad, as you can see in the photo. A very disappointing experience, and I definitely won't be returning.

07/08/2025: If you're looking for a pub where quality reigns supreme, this is the place! The sandwiches are true masterpieces, made with the freshest ingredients and surprising combinations that will have you licking your fingers. And what about the beer? A vast selection, with options for all tastes, poured to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
