For those who don't know it, I'll just say that it is advisable to book, you will find a refined atmosphere, excellent and carefully prepared food, like the raw materials, correct and never "ridiculous" portions, a cuisine with content, in short, where you really cook and don't " they only paint plates. Impeccable materials and pieces of service, as are all the excellent service and staff. There are no crowds, there is no noise and the atmosphere pampers you in complete relaxation. Separated by a single glass there are "i Torchietti", a restaurant owned by the Chef himself, where the offer is "easier" and more oriented to the territory, but not inferior in quality.

30/03/2024: After reading the incredibly good reviews of the restaurant, we wanted to know if this was possible. So I called, made a reservation (you should definitely do that) and went there in the evening. It wasn't easy to find as the access roads were closed due to a festival. Then we almost drove past because from the outside you really didn't suspect that there was a restaurant inside. Inside is a miracle, a great family restaurant, very modern and comfortably furnished and fully staffed. Many groups of men and families with the famous Tomahawk Steak or T-Bone Steak. We had the grilled skewers, pasta al ragu, fillet steak and mixed salad. The meat was incredibly tender and tasty. Pasta one of the best with an excellent meat sauce. Enjoy an incomparable experience. Plus the local white wine, which went well. One of the best dinners we had in Italy.

26/02/2024: Locale bellissimo che si distingue da tutti gli altri un po’ troppo turistici che si possono trovare in FinalBorgo. Ottima cucina rivisitata ligure, ma con un occhio innovativo e vegetale. Delicatezza estrema nel piatto ma soprattutto nel gusto. Ambiente molto romantico, caldo. La proprietaria super gentile e carina, servizio giusto bei tempi e non troppo invadente. Consiglio il menù degustazione (a sorpresa dello chef) perché si assaggia un po’ di tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

18/02/2024: An absolute favorite restaurant, every weekend getaway to the seaside is accompanied by a dinner in Petricore. Good and innovative, excellent quality of food and km0, very nice staff. Dishes rich in vegetables combined in an original way. I recommend the tasting menu to be able to taste many dishes

26/03/2024: Such a nice place to come. Think about booking before because when we went it was full, fortunately one last spot was for us. Everything is delicious and as a dessert you should try the chocolate cake with strawberries.

30/09/2023: Eine wunderschöne, versteckte „Oase“ mitten im schönsten Nirgendwo. Mit Leichtigkeit und Freude werden die Köstlichkeiten serviert. Raffiniert und doch feinste, einfache Regionalität! Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir diesen Ort gefunden haben!

16/09/2023: We cycled past here by chance and stopped in. Very tasty regional food and wine from the farm's own winery. The white Pogata is special. Reservations are recommended because you only cook as much as you eat.
